Very unprofessional. You can’t even reach the office right now but their still renting cars. I rented the white Range Rover velar and it over heated on the side of the road at night and I had to Uber home and now they are telling me I have to go get the car and bring it back to the shop and they said it it does start that I have to call Range Rover roadside service. Not to mention they didn’t even return my calls until 1pm the next day. Unbelievable. Why should I have to deal with this when I am the customer. Also he yelled at me on the phone and spoke to me so disrespectfully. I am a women I should never be spoken to like that by a man. So many other car places to go to I high recommend to take your money else where

When I inquired about the allowed mileage on the cars I found out that they only allow half the mileage that other exotic rental companies allow in the area before charging 3 dollars extra a mile. I was also laughed at and told to “have a good day” while I was still talking and hung up on. Unbelievably poor customer service. Take your business somewhere else. You’ll have a better experience and save money.

Tried numerous times to rent a car with no return call or email. One morning I called and someone picked up half asleep, explaining they werent at work yet (10am) and someone would return my call shortly. No return call. Ive rented from the last Vegas location which was a very professional, exciting experience. Not sure if its the same owners, but this location has no where near the same customer service as Las Vegas

WOW what a great experience! Me and my husband are visiting from Denmark for his birthday and his dream was to drive a Lamborghini. I just rented a Ferrari California Turbo from Royal Exotic last week and wow.. I had a blast!! The car is convertible and RED!!! just like a ferrari should be. The costumer service was great, the showroom looks amazing and clean and lastly, the cars are all beautiful! Thanks to Magnea and Jorge, I will be coming back and with the whole crew next time.

Me and my wife coming to Los Angeles for Coachella music festival. Saw an ads on Instagram about special rate. I emailed a few days ago and no respond so we decided to call in a few times in the morning upon our arriving at the airport. Don’t trust the business hours because you won’t expect to have someone pick up the calls in the morning!
