What a service! I got my car the next day of inquiry. Mike from Prime Time Auto Leasing took care of me like family from start to finish. He took my old leased car back right from my house and delivered my new car the same day. Amazing and recommended!

DO NOT TRUST, Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I went through MIKE, and from day one he made me promises about how Im approved everything is set, the car is ready etc etc. He had me come meet him at his office to drop off the check of 1K for the taxes and licensing on the car, he told me to pick up the car at the dealership. I went to the dealership and the salesman said nothing has been approved yet, you cant take any car after contacting him numerous times he told me for 4 days in a row the car will be ready but still never came through with his promise. Every time i try to contact him to get my $ back he wont answer any of my calls, but the moment I use someone Elses phone he picks up and makes up a story about. WARNING DO NOT TRUST!!!!! Im still trying to get my money back!

Arbi is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you want your money stolen. I leased a car with Primetime over a year ago, I recently looked over my lease and noticed that it said I had only put a 500 dollar cash down payment which was weird because I had given him 1500. Come to find out, he gave me a 1000 rebate for being a college graduate..which I am not. He used that rebate along with 500 of my cash as a down payment and pocketed my hard earned 1000 dollars. To make things even better, when I called him to confront him his response was well I dont work for free. So you steal for a living?

STAY AWAY! Mike is a CON MAN, thief, and will liar, and a very, very horrible person. On December 7th I leased a car with Mike since I was referred by a friend of my wife. When I met Mike for the first time after speaking with him at the dealership he advised that instead of selling by 08 Dodge to the dealership he sell it for me. He stated it was apart of his business and would be happy to sell it for me to make me some extra money. Since I am extremely busy and he had decent reviews on yelp I opted to trust him to Sell My car. We agreed he would sell it for $5000 (this was a VERY fair price).Fast forward a few months and there was excuse after excuse as to why he didnt sell my car. He said that He got all these offers but no one would buy without the pink slip. He assured me he would get it sold the day he got my pink slip and gave me every assurance it was a done deal! He Finally convinced me to send him my pink slip in good faith.For the NEXT MONTH I called Mike at LEAST ONCE A DAY! No Text No call back! ... He was gone... I finally got the hint what Mike was up too. I let him know (via text) I would be calling the police and taking him to court and also post this review I finally am. I demanded That I get my car back. Well guess what? He finally text back!!!!Mike informed me he ALREADY sold the car.... for only $2300! (It was appraised at Carmax for HUNDREDS MORE!) I was very upset when he told me this since he didnt even ok it through me. VERY SHADY! But most likely a lie anyway. He said the reason he did call back was this and that and blah, blah blah. He actually used a sick mother for an excuse to every other imaginable LIE he could think of! He would say he would make a deposit to mail the check, every time never coming through. Breaking his word as a man, every time. Oh yea! there was a time he actually made a deposit in my bank for a check after I was at my breaking point.... THAT CHECK BOUNCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Here I am 7 months later with no car, no money for it and actually a bounced charge on my account. Not to mention he actually registered the car in another name making it difficult to report it stolen, ( although there is a detective looking into Mike). Mike has caused so much stress to me and my family and it was the worst business decision of my entire life to deal with him! He is now going to court and being sued by me (AND OTHERS WHO HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME). Do not do business with this crook! He will take every Dime he can shave.P.S. I called his old business associate Arbi who informed me Mike actually doesnt even work for Prime Time Auto anymore and he stopped working with mike because Mike is Shady.To Mike: YOU WILL SEE ME IN COURT, AND STEALING FROM ME WAS A VERY BAD IDEA!

The worst car buying experience we had. About a week ago on May 7, 2015 we purchased a car from keyes Chevrolet. Mike told me that I need $2000.00 down payment for a car that costs around 18,000.00 and it fully loaded with gps, back up camera etc. when my husband and I got to dealer, I noticed that the car price is $20085. When I asked Mike for explanation, he said that $20085.00 is with all fees included, I asked again, what is included?, he said that your fees such as sales tax, registration etc.When we got home with the car and I was about to call for insurance, I noticed that not only $20085 is not all fees included, but also it shows $1000.00 instead of my $2000.00 down payment which was counted by Mike himself and the finance director of the dealer. When I called dealer, thinking that it might be a mistake, I was told that Mike took the $1000.00 as a broker fee which he didnt speak to us about. I called Mike to return my $1000.00 and all fees that he made us to pay in addition of his promised price and he told me he will take care of it. It is 8th day that we purchased the car and he still plays back and fourth. Ive been calling and texting Mike, but every time he said he will call back but he doesnt, he doesnt respond to my texts and the email. I already was able to connect couple of his clients and thanks to yelp reviews I found few more to use for court and to report this business to a better business bureau . Please be aware of this company, especially working with Mike Fawaz and if you already have similar experience, contact me.
