Best car wash in the mid-city area. I bring both my cars here once a week and they always do an exceptional job. The manager even keeps black wheel point in his office just for me so my wheels always look new. Very nice people and surprisingly fast considering their high volume. I never go anywhere else

Was super stoked to find a hand car wash place while visiting. However found out as my car was going thru the wash that attendant says it sits low too low- and that I should get the hand wash (with I thought I did for 33$) they proceeded to put my car through and scratched up the front lip 😭.The gal that helped was apologetic and nice and explained that she should have been more clear when I told her I wanted the hand wash since there are “two versions” of their hand wash. Ahhhh noooo.Lesson learned and a scratched front bumper. I still tipped and left. But be warned- if you have a car that sits a little lower even with factory specs like mine you may come out with scratched and damage. For reference my car is a non lowered factory bmw m4

Nice folks who take pride in their work. $100 detailing was well worth it. It took about an hour. You can ask for special attention to parts of the car that aren’t clearly visible and they take care of it for you.There’s a Mexican joint across the street if you want to enjoy a cold brew while you wait.

Maybe okay for price. But just not worth it for me. Takes a long time. Just as good of an exterior clean as an express wash.As I got home, I’ve noticed several spots they missed. Taking off another star. This wasn’t worth the premium.

Great place to wash your car. The prices are fair and reasonable, the service is the best, and they do a very good job. Got my car washed, waxed and the very next day it rained. I called to ask if they could rewash my car and to my luck they did. They even rewaxed my car. I really appreciate them for that. Props to Javier and his crew for doing what they do!

Lost the human interface for good or bad probably due to the pandemic. Had to call out to get attended. I felt the Auto car wash was only decent in doing its job. Pretty busy place.

I was at Majestic Car Wash located at 8017 W. 3rd st. Los Angeles, Ca. 90048 this morning at 8:00am Sunday June 27th, 2021 for a carwash and wax. I was 3rd in line. I was waiting and watching through the hallway window to see my car going through. As it turns out, the 4 cars behind me went through first. I went out to look and my car was parked to the side. I gestured to the manager Javier Sainz with my hands in the air stating, how come my car hasn’t gone through. Javier said, I don’t think I will give you service anymore, don’t talk to me. Well, I was upset that this was said to me. Prior to this I had complained before at this same carwash that the wax light didn’t come on, nor did I see any wax spray on my car. Apparently it was jammed and then Javier ran it through again. Also, my mats were not vacuumed well. So I guess Javier Sainz has pegged me as a complainer. Let me be clear, I was just in my complaints especially when I paid $25.90 and tip well, NOR did I at anytime use profanity. In addition, Javier Sainz is a very nice man and maybe his fuse was short this morning. I like him and he’s good at what he does. Hower, to be threatened with, “I don’t think I will give you service any more” followed by, “Don’t talk to me and leave me alone,” was out of line. Looks like I’ll go to another location.

Neighborhood car wash with gas and a decent store for cards, snacks, and coffee.

Just got my car washed. I’d say save yourself the trip. They scratched paint on roof of my car with one of the spongy extension poles. Plus there’s still gunk on my car, not the best wash. Two stars are because they were very friendly to me.

The employees were beyond rude. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere. I would never ever go back here and highly recommend finding somewhere else.

The exterior sparkled, the interior was like new, and all of the dirt were gone. I honestly cant say enough. I then decided to bring our other car through for a basic wash and it was by far the best wash ever. The customer service was also fantastic. Highly recommended.

The waiting area is a strange spot with Russian TV, a leopard print super-mega-high-back chair, sexual stuff like condoms, libido-boosters, and other stuff I wont mention here but it somehow adds to some kind of culminated weird-but-amazing experience. I would literally drive from Harlem to this place because I know I am assured such amazing attention to detail. Keep up to great work!

One of the best car wash around. Been a client since there early days. Move about half hour away and even so, I still try to make it here as much as I can.Why four stars? Simple. Over the weekends expect to wait close to two hours for your car to be ready. They have to much business expected as how good they are to the size location and manpower they have. Best thing to do, drop off the car and have some pick you up and drop you off.

Best place to wash your car hands down. I love the staff here because they are super friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Javier. They really know their stuff.

An all-in car wash from any handwash for my truck is $30+. For $50 I practically got a full detailing making my car feel and look fresh! Great service and you definitely got a return customer in me.

They did a great job Raffi the manager is a very good guy and responsible for his customers and always answers his phone and even texted me and Francisco did a good job washing inside and outside my car thank you guys.

The car wash was great with my car looking wonderful, and the price is in-line with what i would expect for a hand-wash deal.BUT, for the love of god, it should NEVER take 40 min from start to finish!Time is $$ and I was about to jump in my car, after 15 min of it just sitting there after the wash itself, and get to where i needed to be instead of them completing the job.

Wow! I am speechless! These guys made me wait 1.5 hours for my car! I saw 5 different cars pull in 20-30 minutes after me and left before me! The kicker is I finally get to leave I’m the LAST car and it’s so dark I can’t see inside. They tell me it’s done I get home and there are CRUMBS on my seat! They didn’t vaccume the side of my seat or the interior!! They didn’t even wipe my cup holders down they are filthy! I despise the management of this place! I paid $40.00 to have my car still filthy! They should be fired!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Perfectly fine car wash: they did a thorough job even though I got the cheapest service, it was quick even on a Saturday, and they are located next to a good coffee shop.

Not only do they not remove dirt off your car, they stole my iPhone the last time went. It’s my own fault for leaving it in the car but be aware because they are bold.

While waiting patiently for an attendant to tell me where to leave my car, I noticed a shape gesticulating towards me from inside a black Merc (think cliche drug dealers car). But with all this tint I cant see a damn thing! Next thing I know theres a thug in a wife-beater halfway in my window spraying at me that I am blocking his way (turns out I was). I guess he was late getting an eight ball to some D list actors house because he got all worked up and threatened to hit me. He asked me if I wanted to do something about it to which I said Id rather not and then said Please go away... Mr. Tough Guy.Much spray later, one of the managers, also thuggish looking, but of an eastern European sort, finally decides to intervene and tells me -- as I sit in my car with thuggish aggressor looming in my window -- that I need to leave. I, of course, protest to which the thuggish manager points to the thuggish customer and says hes been a customer for a long time. Well, damn. Silly me! I shouldve known that if youre a long time customer you can threaten other customers with physical violence and have them removed.Even more insulting, the eastern European thug/manager must have really poor memory as I have been using this car wash on and off since 2006. Well, no more. Javier, the other manager has always been really nice to me and taken good care of me. But sadly it seems the thug manager rules the Majestic.So take that little tale for what its worth. Me? I shall go elsewhere from now on!

$22 for basic car wash

Now, thats what I call a WASH. It seems to be where every LA, black Mercedes comes to get clean; there were lines of them, some of which were very, very expensive vehicles. The premium wash for $20 is not to be believed, however. Im not sure Ive seen such pride in work for quite a while. The individuals scrub and scrub and polish your vehicle with such thoroughness and eye to detail that I was actually a little impatient. The result is worth it, for sure. And when I walked to retrieve my vehicle the gentleman laid down his polishing rag over a puddle so I wouldnt track water inside. Theres a TJs not too far away you can walk to while you wait and buy groceries. If you love your car, take it to Majestic.

I found a BIG White scratch on my car that most certainly was NOT there when i got there, As soon as i found it And asked about it, Employees started Gathering around me Yelling at me accusing me of scamming them, I went to take a picture of the scratch and all of his employees decided to Flipped off my camera, I Said that would make a great picture to send to the owner! THEN He tried to start a FIGHT with me! Literally making the other employees Hold him back, the MANAGER ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO FIGHT HIM..... literally ...he asked me if i wanted to go outside and FIGHT HIS EMPLOYEE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, DISGUSTING MANAGER/STAFF, Obviously 0 Care for their customer as their review history shows!I plan on finding the owner of this place and letting him know exactly how his car wash is being run. .... Which Seems to be about the same as a STREET GANG.

The best car wash

I got my car washed there a few weeks ago. The process was alright, even though it took about 20 min for my car to be finished. The problem was after I got home I noticed some scratches on the roof of my car, which werent there before. They werent deep and Ill get them buffed out but wasnt happy to see them there in the first place.Not planning on going back.

The do an ok job. The can try to vacum inside a little better in my opinion! I would go back.
