I needed papers notarized, and Yonnatan Kebede was very professional and helpful. I was in and out of the office quickly. Their prices were very reasonable too. Should the need arise, I will definitely go to their office again.

Good place to do passport phots and Live Scan for international visa. I came in and I had my fingerprints and photos done in less than 30 minutes. There are alos good restaurants next door.

Clean place and fair pricing! Customer service was great I was in and out within 15 minutes they were gracious and printed my live Scan form. They also have tax service and Ill be coming back in the near future.

They didnt submit my LiveScan to the DOJ and when I went back to ask, they tried to tell me everything is OK. I called another LiveScan and they simply input my number and noticed it was never entered. They could have easily done that for me as well but instead just brushed me off. DO NOT GO HERE

Scheduled a mobile appointment for a LiveScan today, sat around and waited, called and the guy says I should have called to confirm the mobile appointment. Nowhere in the process of scheduling a mobile appointment does this business state you need to call to confirm your mobile appointment. I received 3 text messages saying my appointment was coming up, and not one of them said I needed to call to confirm the appointment. The guy who answered the phone acted like it was my fault. I wasted my time today waiting, and I needed my LiveScan done TODAY! Awful business practice.**EDIT** I must change my review from 1 to 5 stars. The fingerprinter contacted me immediately and really went above and beyond to make this right. He came to my place of business after rescheduling a time and got the fingerprinting completed efficiently and quickly. He was apologetic and friendly, and made me feel a lot better. Because he decided to correct the situation and was thoughtful about it, Ive decided to change my review. And at no prodding by him. He never even mentioned my review in dealing with me. Good job!
