Nice people but took way to long for locations to load on video

I went in for a live scan and fingerprints for a government agency. The FBI rejected all my three applications done by WellnessMartMD saying they did not do it right.After the 3rd time, I asked for my money back so I can do it elsewhere. They refused to give me my money back and insisted to resubmit my application (which again, was rejected 3 times by the FBI.I did not want to waste my time (over an hour) and energy coming here only to once again get a rejection letter that my application was rejected. I was told, WellnessMartMD not giving me my money back can cause them to lose their license. They claimed that I approved the application I do not work there. It is not my job. I answered the questions they asked me and I also showed them the multiple rejections letters. The nurses that work for WellnessMartMD are very nice and accommodating. However, they are not properly trained to submit live scan applications. WellnessMartMD should hire and train staff that specifically trained to handle live scans. They are also short on staff, so when my application was rejected twice, I had to wait for a long time (over an hour)to get my fingerprints done again since the nurse was busy conducting medical tests on another customer.I went to do a live scan in Notary & Live Scan on 4th street in Santa Monica and received my application approval the next morning. I hope WellnessMart, MD will do the right thing and refund me my money.

No nonsense medical center. I’ve gone for vaccinations and TB tests prior to teaching kids. Easy in and out with little wait.

The day of the Physical our experience was phenomenal! Fast and easy. I called requesting a signature on a school paper (physical) one signature. Asked if I could email. The lady very dry said no. U need to come in..... with todays technology and I should drive 40 miles in traffic!.. funny thing is the doctor works remote (great idea) yet... I cant email a sheet to get a signature stamp....

I came to WellnessMart for a fingerprint and background check so I could volunteer at a school. The woman who helped me was very professional and attended to me promptly. There were several people there and she did and excellent job juggling multiple threads at once. I would certainly come back for other services.

Customer service is top notch at this facility. The two RNs Andrew and Michael are true professionals. They were genuine in the care they provided for me. I felt very comfortable in talking with them. They treated me like I wanted to be treated... with respect. Both are great examples on how RNs should conduct themselves in a medical setting.

Excellent concept, great service, great prices.

Been here almost an hour. Only one staff member and 4 people in line. I guess thats how they keep costs low by wasting my time.
