Ive been cutting my hair with Tony for more then 10 years. Never been disappointed...

Was a first time/walk in for these guys. Easy going staff, my barber (Tony) was a friendly guy and gave one of my best cuts Ive had in recent memory. First try and Ive already got my go-to barber after moving to LA. Price was in line, shop easy to find. Great on all accounts!

I started bringing my kids here about a year ago, mind you Im a mother who has always been taking her kids to get haircuts and as a female I always feel uncomfortable walking into barbershops but Tonys Barbershop its a different story, in here I feel like I walk into family, the atmosphere its very nice, friendly and respectful, owner and the rest of the barbers are the best, they are awesome with kids, my kids are 10 and 7 and they love this place, they wont let me take them to another place. As for me, I love how comfortable and respectful everyone is, the place is very clean, and they do an amazing job. My kids have had haircuts by each of the barbers that work here and every time they always get a very clean and perfect hair cut. Thanks Tony Barbershop for always making my kiddos look good and making my barbershop trip comfortable.

Louie does great work. True professional in his craft. All of the barbers are very good. A nice clean proper cut and shave every time.

There are very few places that I go and few people I mean that specialize in detail.Tonys was that shop and my barber was that guy. I mean talk about a value, great cut, expert fade, and a razor edge for $19. The Gus was fast, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Weve all been in a chair where you can tell w/o even looking at it that the cut is going to be damn near perfect. I could feel it from the moment he began to cut. I could barely speak the language therein, yet never felt out of place. Talk about precision!

Been getting my hair cut here for about 18 months ... nothing but the best, and Im serious. These guys all know what theyre doing, and theyre pleasant. I speak only English, but I think theyre all bi-lingual, which is always an amazing thing for me. If youre looking for a good cut, skilled barbers and a pleasant experience, check out Tonys. You wont be disappointed. Btw, I never make an appointment - sometimes in right away, sometimes a bit of wait. And if waiting, the couches are seriously comfortable ... and theres a load of little restaurants there, so you can catch lunch or coffee, or both.

I have a important family function and hadn’t been able to get into my regular barber. I called Tony’s as it is close to my job. They were great on the phone and I had looked at their reviews and thought it would be ok. I showed up and they said Louie would be cutting my hair. Again I thought it would be great as he was mentioned in other reviews. I showed him a picture of the way I cut my hair. He said no problem. I’m a little older. I leave it a little long on top, part it on the side and have a low fade. I couldn’t see what he was doing as I was facing away from the mirror. When he first turned me around it looked ok. Only on one side he went too high and it left a funny line in the fade. the hair was gone and what could me do? He said he could fix it. That’s when he started with the clippers and I could feel him taking a bunch off. I asked if we were good and he said yes. Then he started with the clippers on the other side. I thought “uh oh he’s struggling “ at this point I had to trust him that he could save the cut. When he turned me around I had a buzz cut on one half of my head and a little patch of long hair at the top of the other side. As I talked to him about my displeasure with the cut he apologized over and over saying that he thought I would like it. So it seams that he gave me a cut that he thought I would like and not the cut I asked for. As I was sitting there telling him I didn’t like it I saw one of the other barbers and another person waiting looking at me like my hair looked bad. When I got home my son looked sad and told me that it would grow back. I want to shave it off. And to top it off Louie with all his apologies never offered a discount or to pass on payment for the bad cut. I guess if you want someone to do whatever they want with your hair then it’s a good spot but don’t expect a cut that you ask for. It’s been over 10 years since I have had a haircut this bad.

Accidentally went here when looking for a different barbershop. Louie spent a great deal of time on my hair and was very thorough. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a haircut, and only regret that I live in nyc and won’t be able to go back on the regular.

Iv been coming here for 10+ years this is the only place i get my haircut you cant go wrong with any of the barbers there i do recommend calling the place always has customers make a quick appointment or just see how long the wait might be. Great with kids too.Tony&Richard you might have too wait for so call ahead.

I decided to give this place a try becuase of the good reviews it had but Man did I regret it.. Louie cut my hair and completey screwed It up, it was so bad I had to wear a hat for a month straight till it started growing out.. I needed another cut 3 months later and had nowhere else so I decided to give this place a try again, but this time with a diff barber in there. I got there waited an hour for a guy with long hair to cut my hair so he could tell me no he said “Louie will cut u up” I didn’t want to because of the past experience.. All 3 other barbers denied to cut my hair so I was forced to cut it with Louie since I had no time to go looking elsewhere. I showed him a picture and thought It would be diff this time and guess what? Yeah! He screwed my hair up so bad for a 2nd time that I had to shave it all off.. all my coworkers made fun of how my hair looked he left bald lines all over my head that I don’t have he just did a terrible job. On top of that I was still charged $25 Plus $1 fee for card. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I GO HERE AGAIN every single barber in there were very rude both times I went and just sit there gossiping about people they stop cutting ur hair and get on their phones for a cool 5 min. Don’t recommend and never will I ever stop by here again

Expect a wait if you go on a weekend or after work, but other than that great service and an excellent cut. Most barbers speak both English and Spanish if that makes any difference to you. 👍🏼They take credit cards apparently now as well.

These barbers take the longest time to cut hair. They just always watch television. I was literally in the middle of a cut and the barbers friend stepped in and he talked to him for 2 minutes. I honestly hate this place and I don’t know why it’s 4.5 stars

I called to ask when they would have a moment for a shave, they said 20 minutes ...I went there, I waited for 45 minutes and it put me in front of me someone who had just arrived by telling me that it would be mine in 20 minutes.I wasted my time with these unfriendly people.

Man I was a little sceptical on going here didnt if the would know how to cut my type of hair, but had a great experience.

Don’t go to the barber closest to the main entrance. He doesn’t communicate and doesn’t obey the limits of your hairline. He don’t even taper that good either. 👎🏿
