Place was set up nicely for a 15th bday celebration. Unfortunately more people attended than responded and they ran out of food. Waiters were rude and treated guests as if they were an intrusion.

Nice place, not the biggest, but it still holds alot of ppl. Foods pretty good.

The best! From start to finish we had an excellent experience. The staff was wonderful and always had a smile on their face. So easy to work with. Beautiful setting and fabulous room. We had a large baby shower and it was so nice to hear the compliments about Sepan Banquet. We had to do very little decorating and it looked perfect. I highly recommend it!

This place is beautiful, the food amazing! The price is beyond perfect. Had my wedding there and recently had a quinceñera. We will be back for another quinceñera.

Sepan banquet hall hosted our company party and he did not disappoint. The lighting and ambiance was amazing. Everything was super clean, and they had a great crew hosting us.The food there is absolutely amazing. I had seconds and thirds. It kinda felt like you were on a movie set. The view and vibe were just different in a great way.Check them out, they have a great deals.

Very nice good food

We chose this place for our anniversary party after we attended my niece’s wedding here last year. We were gonna have less people though so we got the smaller hall instead. We figured we wanted it to be special so we splurged a little too with the food and the drink and the lights. It ended up looking very pretty but still a little casual, which is what we wanted. We already had a wedding 25 years ago, we didn’t need another one.My wife’s Colombian and they always have coffee after lunch, so since a lot of her family was coming we included that as part of the event too. That went really well and everyone really liked the coffee. It’s not easy to impress Colombians with coffee, but that and the appetizers were very well received.The only thing that was a little complicated to figure out was parking. At first we had no idea what to do because their parking lot didn’t seem very big so we told some people to find street parking if they could. Somehow that wasnt a problem and everything went well. They said they’d take care of it and they did so it all works for me.

Staff is extremely friendly. Waiters serve with courtesy, at entry gate you are being greeted. There is no other place beautiful than this. Staff is polite and service is good. They have a professional behaviour. Good place because of reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Sepan Banquet hall for the sheer good services.

We loved the party, had a corporate event at the Sepan for our company. Guest were very impressed with the venue. Food was delicious, staff, waiters were very friendly and polite. It was too much food, the way it supposed to be at any party. Atwater village is one of the nicest neighborhoods in entire Los Angeles. I highly recommend Sepan Banquet halls for your next corporate event.

I came here to a Website Depot small business event full of speeches by gurus and some comedy. the bar and food were great and the light show in this place is pretty great its like a tome warp. Recommend this as a party place. good hospitality from staff also.

Lack of management is horrendous. Unanswered emails and attempted phone calls had yielded no results in getting a refund for my sisters event. We will be pursuing all consumer and contractual opportunities afforded to retrieve a refund. I hope other dont have to go through what our family has gone through with the owners and managers of this place.

The price here is very reasonable. Menu, staff and services; everything was perfect and lovely. We had a lot of fun and it was an amazing day ( My Anniversary ) which I celebrated with my loved . I definitely recommend Sepan Banquet hall to all my friends and family.

The place is very beautiful but it is a shame how Ive been trying to contact this place regarding of my booked event and nothing. I did liked the place but again emails, letters, etc have been ignored and its just frustrating. I have seen that other people have been wanting a refund and have complained about it too.

We wanted to celebrate the retirement of my grandfather. All the people of the office and near and dear ones were called. We wanted to make it look like perfect. It had gone perfect. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. 5 on 5 stars for the services and professionalism.

We were there for a baptism. This was a nice banquet hall for a small party. It was a little too white, maybe they can add a splash of color on the walls. The food selection was delicious, the best was the seafood salad. Valet was very fast which was great because it was freezing outside!

Its unfortunate that such a beautiful venue would have such horrible service. I have this venue booked for my daughters Quinceanera that will need to be canceled due to the Pandemic but they have ignored all emails and attempts I have made to speak with the regarding my event. I have read several people are requesting a refund and they are refusing even though this is something out of our hands.

A friend of mine celebrated his daughters Quinceanera here and we all had a great time. Good, fresh food, excellent music, outstanding service and tasteful decoration. I was really impressed and Ill consider this place for my next event.

I had my 45th birthday that day and i was investigating for some good place to celebrate my happiness with my dear lovely friends and family. So, I came across Sepan Banquet hall and found it to be unique and beautiful small place. I recommend it for future needs.

The place was beautiful, and the caters were very sweet and attentive. Guys in the parking lot were so nice a d helpful. We assisted a Quinceañera there and I loved the place and the food, I am definitely renting it for my daughters Quince next year.

The ballroom is so gorgeous that a lot of extra decor is not really necessary. Add some up lighting, the flowers, and nice linen and its a great display. The man at the elevators was also very helpful the day of the wedding, and patient as we took photos in the entryway!

The service and the food was very well at this place. I would highly recommend for you to have your next party or event at this location. I have been here several times now on different party events and the service has been better every time. The waiters are very professional and courteous and will do there best to help you out with anything you might need. They do have valet parking to which is pretty nice, so no worries looking for parking. Comparing to couple of years ago, there new upgrades are just simply put, AMAZING! Very elegant looking white halls with pretty colors being shined all over the place.

The place inside looks great and the food is good.The staff is not so great. They seem kind of moody and picky. I was a vendor here for an event and they kept complaining about nonsense. They wouldnt even let me park inside for free even though I had to load and unload equipment. At the end of the night it was worse as the staff kept making faces, talking in their language and laughing (making fun of) those who didnt speak the language. How rude. They complained that they wanted to go home, telling me to hurry up. The event was done at 12am and I was out by 1am. That seems reasonable.In the end the place is nice to see and visit but I would not recommend anyone to rent the venue for their event. The place is run by unprofessional staff.

I think the banquet hall is beautiful dont get me wrong, but the men in charge of the parking gave awful service. We dropped off our car in perfect condition, no weird noises were being made, but when we got our car back it was in poor condition. The motor was making a lot of noise and when we got onto the freeway, our car completely shut off and we had to call a tow truck to take us back home, which was an hour away from Los Angeles. The valet drivers for this banquet hall messed up our cars motor and now we have to buy a whole new one that is going to cost us over 1,000 dollars. We know for a fact it was the men working the parking because we took it to the mechanic and they specifically told us that since someone had pressed on the gas pedal too much it caused the motor to completely malfunction and not work anymore. I really suggest the owner keeps an eye on their valet personel because they were not handling the cars with care and were driving recklessly. Now at their cost, we have to pay the price for a new motor that we personally did not damage.

Sepans hall in Atwater village is gorgeous place for your unforgettable event. We have been hosting our family events at their banquet since they open, and there was only one hall.Arman, the owner has been very nice and polite with us. Making our Events worry free unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a very good deal, you found the local jewel in Silver lake, Atwater village at a very good price, with friendly staff, and very good meat. Specially their BBQ meat is just amazing. I highly recommend Sepans Banquets for your next special event.

My sister-in-law had her wedding here with about 50 guests. They have one hall on the ground floor and another one on level 1. We had got the upstairs hall which was quiet spacious for all our guests. The venue is really close to the freeway. Street parking can be a little hard but they do have valet parking ($8).

This place is horrible starting from the owner to all of its staff.Ihad my kids christening at this so called wannabe banquet hall and got the worst taste in my mouth. First the owner raised the seating prices two days before my event. During the day of my event the food was old and spoiled which i heard from all my guest. Then the kitchen was very un prepared when we had suprise birthday cakes for the guests who had the birthdays my entertainer had to announce it three times and still they brought the cakes to wrong person. At the end of the night they had gathered by the tables to get tips even though my guest gave it to them during the event. If you have a party pay the extra couple of bucks rather then go these incompetent people.
