Due to Covid my family and I weren’t able to throw my dad his 50th birthday party we originally had planned before the pandemic. We still wanted to make his birthday very special so we contacted the Mariachi Ausente! We surprised my dad on the morning of his birthday and he was beyond happy and so pleased with their performance. Also, they knew every song he requested which was amazing. I had such a great experience with the Mariachi Ausente. I found them online and went on their Instagram and immediately knew they were the ones. Our family will be contacting them for future events. Highly recommend them.

By far the most unprofessional Mariachi I have ever hired. We were supposed to get married on November 28th 2020. But the pandemic hit, we were devastated. After months of planning, we were forced to postpone for a future date. Called all of our vendors and all were more than willing to accept a rescheduled date, but not this Mariachi. Cesar Rios said if we didnt like it to see him in court. We are not canceling, the venues are not available due to the Executive order of stay at home. Stay away. Dont hire them.

This is an absolutely beautiful group. My dad really wanted a Mariachi group for his bday. With all the craziness of covid going on right now we didn’t think it was possible. On a whim I texted Mariachi Ausente just last night asking if there was any way we could make it happen for my dad. They replied right away and were very accommodating and communicated everything and answered all my questions. They showed up the next morning on time, beautifully dressed in their gorgeous outfits and big smiling happy faces. This truly made my dad’s day!! We were concerned with how it would be with social distancing but they were extremely professional and made sure to keep their distance. Oh and the music Omgoodness we all were amazed. All the years of hearing mariachi music from parties to restaurants etc etc and my parents said this is they very best group they’ve ever heard! They were so beautiful. The music the vocals all of it. My dad was in tears he was so happy. We are so grateful. Thank you to you all. It is a memory we will never forget.

This is a every unprofessional mariachi they dont honor their word. I placed a deposit and then got told by the founder that they where unable to honor their word. Then I was told that he didnt have to give me my deposit back. Thank God I got it back. Its very unfortunate that they have to conduct themselves in this manner.
