Ive been coming to this auto shop for many years and they always honestly repair my cars. They do the job and dont try to take advantage of it. Rogelio always solves my doubts and is patient in explaining the causes of problems and I have learned a lot over time with the different cars that I have owned. HELLO FROM THE OTHERSIDE!I took my Tahoe there for complete tune-up and oil change very reasonable price! It is good and clean facility customer service very well! Even though I made them feel uncomfortable because I and so very tall and big I truly apologize for making them feel like midgets but our Father God bless me to find this place so Im happy!

Taken my vehicles here before, unfortunately this shop and the mechanics have done me wrong. They charged $400 for replacing a bad ignition switch. Now I had to buy the part from the dealer for $400. Money was no issue here. But thats a ripp off if you dont do the job right and you glue the parts back together. Im sure the shop will deny ever working on my car. I only brought my vehicles here because I was too busy at the time. Now I have plenty of time, Im replacing the whole ignition switch myself. Steer clear from this shop!! I will also let the other shop that recommended me to go here, that it is not a good and honest mechanic shop. 👎👎

Rogelio and his team are top notch in honesty and service.I have an older car and Rogelio fixed the necessary repairs and didnt try to sell me other unnecessary repairs like the other mechanics I used in the past. I have been sending friends and family to Rogelio for any car repairs they may need. La Maquina is my permanent place to take my 1999 Jeep Cherokee- my jeep only wants Rogelio and his team to work on her... :-) :-)

These guys are the best!! I just got my truck serviced and I couldnt be more happier very professional and decent prices I got a new oil pump installed and all seals re done and my truck feels brand new it was a big job but they got it done pretty fast . I live in the valley and its worth making the trip to his shop I dont trust anybody else! Thank you rojelio!

I was recommended here by another mechanic,( wheel bearing, oil gasket and A/C) Rogelio was great each time, his price were very fair, he was honest about what needed to be repaired, and there where no surprises costs. However I was rudly hung up on as I tried to explain the exhaust is custom and only flex pipe with no muffler that is very light and simple to remove. These were friendly tips to give a picture of the situation to encounter when receiving my vehicle and business. I understand there is a process in the replacement of this particular Driveshaft, however understanding there is custom work done to simplify this work are details that are helpful. I never had the chance to fully explain as the price went up randomly.

I have been coming to this workshop since I moved to Los Angeles 6 years ago. I was recommended by a neighbor and I have not had any complaints regarding the repair of my vehicles. The last job was the catalytic agent that was taken away by other peoples friends. They installed one that passed the smog without problem. And they also changed the engine to my Kia Sorrento. Here I have no hesitation in leaving my cars because they are not parked on the street at night and they are always protected. And he also answers me. With guarantees when the parts are defective. They solve all my problems and my childrens cars too. 100% recommended.

I have come to this workshop for many years with 3 different vehicles, each one with brand-specific problems. Rogelio has put his knowledge and honesty in each one.Sometimes it has been delayed by faults that take more time to diagnose. I have remained calm and reassured that my vehicle is in good hands. I never install cheap parts, they are always quality parts.My last visit was the change of catalytic converter and I passed my smog check after driving it on the freeway as he indicated.If you call for catalytic prices make sure you give all the information about your vehicle and know which one your vehicle needs.The most important thing is the sticker CATALYST that appears stuck under the hood. There is the numbering for your catalytic converter.

I came to this workshop because my catalytic converter was stolen and they helped me here. My car had a large piece of pipe cut off and the sensor was taken along with the CAT. They gave me the option to buy the parts myself or they could put them on. I opted for them to put them on and they gave me a 5 year written warranty from the manufacturer. This gives me a lot of confidence because I know it is a quality part. At the same time they gave me directions so that my car would be ready for the smog check because it will be my turn in 2 months and they offered to check at no cost before taking it. Excellent service in the installation of Catalytic Converter for my Jeep Patriot 2011. I quoted prices on auto parts and the price was much higher than what I paid here including the installation. I left a small deposit and the next day they had the catalytic ready, I waited and they were very kind. They gave me the manufacturers 5-year written warranty. And my vehicle passed the smog check inspection. Recommended 💯👍
