So let me start by saying that the overall experience wasnt flawless. I had to wait a while when test driving the car and then again when completing the paperwork on purchase and there was a lag getting me the financing quote. However, the overall experience was still a 5-star one for the following reasons.1. The cars: So technically this is a perk of BMW as a whole not this location specifically. However, BMW has great cars across models. Personally as someone looking for a 2021 entry level sedan after a lot of test drives and research on settled on the 330i as the best in breed. And while best is going to be subjective and will vary across model and year, BMW warrants consideration across a lot of form factors.2. Inventory: This is a big dealership with a lot of cars and configurations available.3. Price: This is obviously going to vary by model, time of year, and even whos quoting you a price but based on my research I thought the base price I was charged was a very good deal.4. Financing Terms: Again this will vary based on your credit score and the overall interest rates set by the Fed, but I was able to lock in a ridiculously low 0.9% APR which means the value of the money Im paying is actually decreasing more (due to inflation) than my balance is increasing due to the interest.5. My Financing Manager Jonathan: JJ was a great dude. He explained things clearly and obviously made the case for why particular upsells could be helpful but never put any pressure on me or tried to keep pushing when I nixed a particular item. And he was an all around great dude and (and someone who also moved out here from New York).So in short, was my experience perfect, no. But it was overall as good of an experience as youre probably going to get at a car dealership and I came away very happy with my new ride.

I purchased my certificated car in the early of July. The car condition is pretty good.After couple weeks, I still didn’t receive bank statement about my car loan. Don’t know what happened, I called them and realized my finance was not processed successfully by the bank. They asked me to go back and sign again. Finally, I got my loan statements after 1 months (from my purchased date).However, I still don’t get my plate. I went to DMV, and checked the status. DMV said my transaction was pending, and asked me to called back to dealer. They just asked me to wait for 90 days, if still don’t get it, called back again. My friend already got his plate and we purchased at the same time. Not sure if this related to the financial issue.Felt bad about the shopping experience.

This time, a custom build was ordered and got here quickly. She was able to take back my 540i M Sport (she got me that one too), make accommodations to end that lease a couple payments early, gave me the lowest selling price on the X5, and pulled every incentive available during the wait time to delivery. Less than an hour to order and talk it through. 35 days, it arrived, we cut a deal in 15 minutes cause Id already researched the hell out of the pricing, options, market, etc., and I finished with finance and got a tutorial and was on my way. Barely 2 hours, which is unheard of to negotiate, close, finance and get out the door.See her. You wont need anyone else if a BMW is what youre looking for. The dealership has great staff. Could use an upgrade to the showroom/amenities (these are, after all, luxury cars, and the building seems spartan and dated). But no complaints here otherwise

Had a great experience with BHBMW I’d say that’s honestly all thanks to my Vehicle sales person Scott Kim. Scott was really personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle’s and finance options. I had a pretty easy process with my trade in as well. Only down side or complaint would be that the finance department was having a meeting during the time of my purchase that left me sitting around waiting. I personally would’ve liked to see management release someone from the meeting to handle a customer or conduct a meeting at a less busy time. No one like to sit around and wait. However Scott the hero stepped in and tried to entertain me and my daughters as much as possible to help the time pass.I’ll just say if you don’t like pushy car salesmen who try to make you feel like they’re forcing you to buy a car and won’t let you explore the lot or your options independently then Scott’s the guy for you because he’s very much the opposite of all of that.He’s helpful when asked and never pushy. This was a mixed review because you only have one chance to make a first impression and BMW Sales sure screwed that up. I would never want to buy a BMW from this place. I was actually here for Service and nobody told me there are two addresses and so my navigation took me to the wrong one. NBD except everyone seemed to care. Long Story short, show some empathy, not everyone visits a dealership regularly and might want to communicate that there are two addresses when scheduling appts... Service side was great, but my E46 has been quite reliable and honestly likely the last good BMW made.

I got an appointment to visit the showroom on a really short notice. Wael was patient enough to sit down with me and test drive a few cars prior to making a decision and ensured I choose the right car for my needs. Throughout the time he was patient, considerate and very professional. Since this is my first BMW, Wael took time to explain to me all the features available and even helped me set up the car. The finance department (J.J) was willing to work with me throughout the process and dealt with utmost professionalism. Overall a 5 star experience.

I have been taking my BMW to Beverly Hills BMW for almost a decade now. I have never been happier since my service advisor changed. Reza is the most professional and reliable advisor that I know there. He shows that he cares to make the customers happy not just talking about it. Now my only worry is if he ever leaves that dealership and I wouldn’t be able to have a service advisor like him again.

I thought this place would be a little daunting, but they were friendly, no pressure, and no BS, no extra$, unless you ask for them. I got what asked for and paid only for that. Even Finance was pleasant and a good deal. Ask for Peter Murphy.

Lets start with just a few of many visits (schedule services) electrical issues, work was done and completed,, yeahhhh, however not one email or text, nor a phone call was made to let me know the work was finished, and to come in and pick up the car, aswell as dropping off the lesser value loaner, after about 10 days. no info ? so I called in, and was told my car was ready a week prior....Nice one.....I brought my car in which was a minor issue, strip molding around center shifter Council paint bubbling, easy peazy, BMW is taking care of this issue, however the part had to be ordered, which would take an unknown amount of time, after a few days which later became weeks I actually received text from my Rep, letting me know the part was in, however I explained to my Rep, that my car was in the body shop therfore it would take 2 to 3 weeks before I could bring in the car, so about 20 days went by, and I brought my car in, got a loaner, a few days later, yes It took about 2 or 3 days before my Rep contracted me letting me know the part was sent back to there warehouse, and it would take awhile? So maybe bring the loaner back whilst I wait, so again, more waiting, and waiting, and waiting, after a month plus had gone by no communication what so ever from my assigned Rep, nothing communicated to me, no emails, nothing, I called several times, I sent text messages to the same number my rep texted me from, I left messages with reception, and on there voice mail to call me, or text, or email, I left messages on my reps voice mail several times every time I called I would ask if my Rep was available, was told my particular was in, and to hold eventually only being transferred to her extension only to have to leave a VM, every time I called, same situation, so I called the parts department myself spoke with the Parts manager, he told me yes the part had be there for about a month, he said it was going to be set back to the warehouse again! lucky I called when I did, I told the pts manager please hold it I have a scheduled servicing on the 10th, August, he said okay will hold it......WOW....Theres more incompetency, which as far as Im concerned is a direct result of my service Rep plain and simple. WFT

I was apprehensive about having my vehicle being brought up to snuff after 3 years of being afraid if how much this would cost me to get back to operative.I bit the bullet and an pleased to have the Ultimate Driving Machine whenever I leave my carport.Reza was exceptionally accommodating when I expressed my concerns about Asian drivers behind German vehicles and I refrain from commenting further.

Great people, great service although it took some waiting time but thats because i went there and my rep. was off that day so Nick took over and went above and beyond trying to satisfy all the customers that day including me, i really appreciate his work and help, answered all my questions and was so professional i cant put here what he has done because it wont fit, also their financial manager J.J. Jonathan was hilarious, extremely professional he finished my paper works in a way that i couldnt feel it, he and they were extremely friendly extraordinary helpful can go extra mile to help customers,The Manager of BMW of Beverly hills Paymon is a certified sweetness the sweetest thing, i only met him for minutes to appraise my trade in vehicle and he was such a sweet guy, almost the friendliest person iv e ever met, his smile was the best, so down to earth person, Genuine.The place only needs some amenities for long time waits (out of control waiting times).

I want to mention my experience with you guys about my purchase process on Beverly Hills BMW!I bought the 530e CPO 2018 from this dealership!At the beginning their welcoming was awful, I waited there about 30 min just for talk with reception person to connect me to the sales advisor, after that I waited for another 25 min,finally I could see my sales advisor for look at the car and test drive!After I drove the car, we talked about the price and 2 problems on the car, they agreed with the first problem and when I talked about the second one, the sales advisor just jumped from his chair and told me, thats we have, you should go the others dealers to find your favorite car!!!I was Surprised for his reaction, I didnt do anything to him, thats why he apologized me after 5 min!After we made deal with him,He transferred me to the financial service center to finalize the purchase process and l waited again fo another 55 min to call me but nobody called me, when I asked them how working on my purchase process, after 2 min some body called me!!!!I organized with the the manager of dealership and service center for next 20 days for that service I requested on purchase process, but I mention with them Im living far from the service center and I need a loaner car for that time, the accepted my request and when I close to the service date, they canceled my appointment!!!!when I called them,they mentioned we dont have loaner car and well rent a car for you, when I asked her to connect me to your manager, she ignored me and started talk with me with loud voice and referral me to the sales advisor and he didnt answer his phone too!I was so disappointed with them, I called to the different people on that dealer and finally I found the person and he made it again the new appointment for me and when I went there, after I dropped my car on a service center and they transfered me to the Auto renting car and when I signed the form they released the Nissan Versa to me for 7 days!!!Could you believe that!? I dropped the 5 series BMW on the service center and I have to deal with that car for 7 days!!!!????I never back to this dealer again, I really recommend the Rusnak BMW for everything, if living close to that dealer!Dont go to the BMW Beverly Hills ever!!!!!!They dont care of you they just thinking on their slaes!!!!

This service center location continues to provide the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Year after year. No matter which service advisor you try to contact or call no one will answer the phone it always rolls over to Sales and they tell you to contact service. They don’t communicate with you about the status of your vehicle and after multiple days pass you have to reach out to them and hopefully get a response. When you pull into the location it is rare that someone will meet you at your car to ask you what you need you have to search around to find someone to help you

I shopped around many LA stores but ultimately made the right decision by coming to Beverly Hills BMW to finalized a deal on a 2021 BMW 540i. Neda my saleswomen was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the whole transaction. Erika her head assistant made me feel right at home.
