Me and my friend went there Thursday morning, waited 30 minutes for 9am as this business opens at 9am. I called the business at around 9:15am and a guy answer the phone like he just woke up. I asked if someone was coming to open because I was outside waiting. He said, I won’t be there until 12 noon. I think as a business you should be more responsible and open as advertised on your business hours or notified customers via notes on front door so they’re not waiting for you to open. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this business go somewhere else where they actually open for business.

Sandra is super helpful, I have been coming here since 2017 and Sandra and Angel are always super nice. In-fact I left my phone charge there, for a year, and they still had it, when I came into register my new car. I couldnt believe it, It had a lil post-it note with my name on it... I mean who does that! Amazing! Also super fast and convenient.WAAAAAY better than the DMV.

Definitely recommend going here over the regular DMV (especially since they are open on Saturdays). Sandra and Angel are both very friendly and helpful- smooth experience.

Called LA Elite had to get my tags for my vehicle after I went to DMV office Lincoln Hieghts at 3:00 o’clock they said the office was close that Governor Newsom had order all DMV offices to close early do to the heat. WHATTTTT .. Called LA elite explain to them my situation that I needed my tags and my registration was suspended.. They told me they would help me. Went into their office Sandra help out fixed my suspension on my registration and gave me my tags in about 15 minutes in this weather.. Sandra Thank you . Great service..

I recently moved from Missouri and had to transfer titles to register my vehicle and get new plates. Sandra and Angel were extremely helpful, ensuring I had the right documents and walked me through the whole process. They even had quarters available for customers to park in the meter spots outside their offices. I was in and out with new plates, registration and tags in 30 minutes. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had when dealing with registrations. You could register your vehicle here 20x before you get to the front of the line at a DMV, not to mention Sandra has actually worked at the DMV for 10 years prior so she knows what she’s talking about. I would highly recommend their service to anyone! Thanks guys!

IT WAS JUST AWSOME.They gave me quarters to make sure my car wont get a parking ticket.Everything was fast, they were nice.I EVEN HESITATED to make this review because i wanted it to be my secret place to renew my registration.Well, here it is.

LA Auto is the place you want to go to get your dmv done. No lines, no hassle. Had my tags within a couple minutes! And theyre open everyday!!!! Definitely two thumbs up!

Registered my car in about 10 minutes which is the first time it’s taken minutes in my life. No waiting, they were really helpful. They gave me new plates and stickers onsite and installed them on my car. I don’t have the 2 hours to spare at the DMV. I prefer to pay the $35 fee and get premium service.

Heres some advice to everyone reading this review.....Forget about going to the DMV. If your like me and work six days a week, on that only day off would you rather enjoy your day doing something relaxing or spend it in an over crowded room full of screaming kids and chaos wait several hours to be seen, and then once youve been called, have the worst customer service experience??!!I am so happy I found LA Auto, Sandra was awesome, no lines, no wait, no hassle. Excellent customer service!!! I will never go to waste my day at the DMV ever again!!
