They over charged me on an alternator belt. They knew I was desperate and had no choice so the charged 110 for a 20 dollar part. It felt like con artist at their best. It was the worst experience I have had at an auto repair shop. No honesty and expect to pay a high labor cost.

What I came for was minor in nature, but I really appreciated how quick they got me back on the road in better condition then I came it. I Would highly recommend checking this place out for yourself. You feel very informed and comfortable with the service provided for your car as a costomer.

Do not take your car to this shop. After spending too much money for vehicle maintenance service, my automatic windows didnt work. When I returned to the shop to find out what was wrong, the owner said that I was playing some sort of game.. When I returned to the shop with my wife, she asked if the non-working windows had anything to do with disconnecting the battery. The owner said no. He removed the mechanism and proceeded to fix it by blowing air on it. After 30 minutes he put the switch back in and it still didnt work. The owner stated that the window switch needed to be replaced. I looked in the manual and found that when the battery is disconnected the windows need to be reset. I was able to reset the windows and they worked perfectly. If you take your vehicle to this shop you are taking an expensive chance. Its not worth it.

My alternator died on the freeway. With the engine stalled, I was able to exit the freeway and coast to a stop not far from the shop. Sam arranged for a quick tow and replaced the alternator amazingly fast. Very helpful. I recommend RPM.

The owner kept lying to me from the beginning. He said he will charge me for 2 hour labor, but if finished in one hour then he would credit me.He only looked at my car for 45 mins, and he kept wasting time.Made up a problem told me to replace battery and alternator, then charged me for 2 hours because I told him no.Worst mechanic in Los Angeles. There’s so many other places in the area that are fair and just. BEWARE of this one!

In contrast of the other reviews I must say that I got a superb service of my car with great attention to the vehicle and very nice attitude towards me as a customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!I took my (perfectly functional) car in for an oil change, two hours later I returned to a violently shaking engine, and a confrontational mechanic/owner who took no responsibility for the condition of my car. I am currently having an ACTUAL mechanic look over my car (at great expense to me) to find out what they broke, either through their incompetence or, worse, intent.

Dodgy place, gave a vehicle for inspection and a lot needed to be changed for almost 3 grand. Change the radiator but it just needed to be flushed, change the brakes at the back, why? we asked, because if you change the front you should do the back too but even the front didnt need to be changed..... And this is the owner doing this, so I wouldnt go there if I was you.
