I went to this place to get help because i had received a 60 day notice from my landlord, and with all the stress and worry i had i run into this place on el classificado, i was first uncomfortable going it but i spoke to Manuel and he made me an appointment to go in, so i did... well i wasnt able to speak to manuel but to vanessa.. long story short i paid $200 dolkars to start off the process in which i still had to pay $700 dollars more a total of $900 just for their services.... so withing 4 days i found a place to mive in and i asked to speak to vanessa to see if i can get my $200 dollars back, and they gaved me the run around saying she wasnt there and or she had left foe the day... until i had to go in their office to ask for my $200 dollara back since it was only 4 days i had payed... well canessa daid i woukd only get $120 back!!! They just are taking peoples money especially them knowing that we are desperate to get help, they take advantage of people who need the most help.... i do not recommend this place, they say one thing and do the opposite... i will never come back to this place.... they charge $900 just foe their service that doesnt include the court response that they need to submit for the enviction process.... a total of $1600.00 save your money and there other places that will do it for free!!!!

The only nueva vida we got was one in the streets. Despite all the money we paid them, it didnt seem to work out whatsoever and the landlord essentially was handed an easy win. Too much confusion and court dates were moved around too much until the last one landed on the day we got evicted. Nearly $2k went down the drain and all we have to show for is it living on the streets. Maybe it was just a bad experience individually but I have no reason to give positive feedback given the outcome. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible service. Very dishonest. Did nothing for us and still kept all of our money. You are better off filling the papers yourself. Do not trust them. We learned that by law everyone is entitled to at least 3 months. You dont need to pay these people to charge you to tell you that.
