I was a little bit troubled that they wouldnt remove these raccoons but I am glad I was wrong. Mark was professional and listened to my long story. Id like to tell the story of a man (my husband) who spend over $300 on squirrel repellents, including ultrasonic noise devices, water-sprinkling devices, liquid sprays, granule sprinkles, and even a faux cat with glistening eyes to poke into the ground. Five weeks of trying those things led to no reprieve — the man (my husband) and his family could still hear scuffling and shuffling noises coming from somewhere deep in the home, and it was starting to prevent them from sleeping. When you hear scuffling and shuffling noises around the house, you normally think it’s a infestation of rodents.The man tried poison, but it didnt work. He even tried rat traps, but they didnt work, either. In the end, the man’s wife (me) called upon a local company, who promised to make everything go right back to how it was at the beginning. Those wildlife knights in shining armor came out to the house that very same day, waved their magic wildlife control and removal wand around, and made the squirrels go away.The moral of this story? Listen to your wife. If she says to call in the professionals, she’s probably right.

Chris and Eric are great techs to deal with and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They resolved our rodent problem and remove all the animals humanely. They removed all the rat poop and sanitized the area. The repairs look good and you can hardly tell the rodent proofing is there. Thanks for doing a great job! I hope I do not have to call you again.

My technicians did a wonderful job of keeping bats out of our attic. Thankfully, only one or two had gotten in by the time we realised the problem, and they two nice men that came out had the damage repaired and the entryway sealed in a matter of hours. No further problems to report, all my gratitude!
