So I think I’ll definitely be parking here again.Pros: Shuttle was convenient and free, cost wasn’t ridiculous, location was PERFECT, and shuttle drivers were pleasant.Cons: PEOPLE PARKING IN MULTIPLE SPACES. I really think a staff member should be on each level to facilitate parking inside the garage area. I literally had to SQUEEZE into a space and had no regrets because I paid in full for my reservation. If folks knew how to drive/park there’d be a ton more spaces. Locating the entrance was a bit tedious. Oh the airport pick-up locations 😰 ugh I hope those improve.I appreciate Ray coming to my rescue when I could not get out the exit! He was patient and presented a quick fix to get me on my way. I do recommend this location with a disclaimer to get there at least 3-4 hrs before your flight just in case you have to drive around to find a spot to squeeze into.

Super easy online booking and works great as long as you can estimate arrival and departure accordingly.You’ll get a bar code for print and/or email that you’ll use for easy entry & exit.Downside is that most parking lots are marked for ‘Compact’, so you’ll find a ridiculous amount of cars parked across the lines with many white space between yet some cars mingled so close that dents and scratches are a huge concern.Transport to & from the airport was easy too. If you can manage your own luggage swiftly, that helps.

Im only giving one star because the shuttle from the garage to the airport was timely and the driver was very nice.There are a few more reasons for no more stars, however. The parking spots were too small and no one knows how to park in them. Took a while to find a decently sized space.Then when we arrived back to the airport after our trip, it took an hour and a half for a shuttle to finally come pick us up. We had to squeeze onto the shuttle with people needing to stand because there was absolutely no guarentee of another one coming around. During the hour and half every other parking garage companys shuttle went round and round picking people up right away. I wouldve gotten an uber but surge prices made the uber the price of parking at the garage for the weekend so we were forced to wait. The phone line was constantly busy with all of us trying to get a hold of the customer service and I had to leave multiple messages with no response. The shuttle driver was run down and tired which made him a little rude but hes not to blame. And upon arriving back to the garage there were two other shuttles just sitting there. Not sure if there were drivers but the company should know how many shuttles are needed because we input our return date upon reserving our ticket.Safe to say I will not be using this parking garage again.

Parking structure was well lit and secure. Shuttle was easy, quick and efficient. Had an issue with my flight and had to make changes. The manager, Raed - Ray was very understanding, quick to respond. Will use this biz again. 2 thumbs up

Parking was safe and convenient. Driver to airport was good. Shuttlle for return wasnt marked properly at all and driver couldnt explain where he was going. Its lucky I got back. Then leaving to exit gate, tickets wouldnt scan and I had to wait for an attendant. This should have been a much better experience .

A little hard to find the entrance, but once we scanned our app to enter we were able to find a parking on 3rd floor. The shuttle was waiting for us once we got down. The very friendly shuttle driver asked me to take a picture of his sheet showing 3 different shuttles that can pick us up on our way back, and he told us where to pick up the shuttle upon our return. When we arrived back to LAX, the shuttle had just arrived, and the super SUPER friendly driver lady helped us load our luggage, and we were back at the lot in a jiffy. Maybe our timing was just perfect, but Ill definitely try this lot next time we travel.

This place is horrible. The day we arrived to park (8/18/2021) there are THREE parked shuttles with staff napping. We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and take us to our gate. When I asked the driver why the wait is so long, he blamed it on airport traffic, not the fact that only one shuttle is running. To top it off they went to several other pick up locations before even going to the airport.Don’t even think about trying to call to ask the status, you will be on hold until you die.We travel frequently and we will never park here again.

Soooo much cheaper than LAX parking! The shuttle runs all the time so we didnt have any problems. The lot was basically full though, we drove to every floor and couldnt find a spot even though we paid ahead of time. They let us park in a spot that said reserved for ...

THE FRONT EMBLEM WITH BUILT IN RADAR WAS REMOVED AND WIRES WERE CUT AT THE PARKING LOT. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THIS HAPPENS AND THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS OR SECURTIY. ONLY AT THE ENTERANCE AND EXIT. DONT PARK HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT STUFF STOLEN. NOT WORTH ANY SAVINGS WHAT SO EVER

I would like to start off by saying this place is trash. I only gave them 1 star because I had to. They don’t deserve any stars. Myself, along with another male and his family were stuck on the elevator for 20 mins. Operate was wasting time asking 200 questions about nothing and finally at the end of answering all her questions she said she would call and get us help but they never came. The male and I ended up having to pull open the elevator door and escape before the elevator started randomly moving again. The parking garage is overpacked with cars making random parking spots in the roadway. The drivers of the buses are rude. And this place charges way too much to be looking this messy. I was told before I got there my parking would be $14 a day and I get there and they charge me $53 🤷🏾‍♂️ So I would recommend you GO ANYWHERE ELSE to park. THIS PLACE AINT CHEAP WITH PRICING ITS CHEAPLY RAN. This place is ran by foreign people (no offense they are foreign) who don’t believe in customer service. DONOT PARK HERE AND IF YOU DO DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR BECAUSE THEY WONT SEND ANYONE TO HELP YOU. You will have to get out yourself.

Hard to find available parking spots, and most of the spots are compact, so of you have a non-compact vehicle theres a high chance youll park over the line taking up two spots.

It took an hour to find a parking. I had to call and was told to park in another area. There should have been someone directing people to a different designated area. The shuttles also took long and were too full. Shuttle drivers were friendly

My catalytic converter was stolen from my car when I parked there at the end of August. This facility is not safe!!

I have had great experiences with this garage, I use them a lot. It is nice to have a routine at the same garage. I travel often out of LAX.

I wish I had listened to the reviews and went somewhere else. Parking is a complete mess - 1/3 of the people take up two spots with their cars. I drove up and down seven flights of parking twice before I finally found a spot on the 7th floor even though I pre-paid my reservation. Upon arrival my pre-paid bar code registered as invalid when I arrived and I had to call for help to get in. Almost missed my flight spending 40 minutes just to get in the place and park. On the way out my code didnt work again and I had to pay a second time to exit. Called five times over the last week, leaving multiple messages (including with a human being) trying to get this refunded with no luck. Today no one picks up (after several attempts) and it forwards to someones cell phone whose voice mailbox is full....

Just called this shuttle company and the employees in customer service can not comprehend what I was telling one of their agents, was transferred to a second agent same thing!! INCREDIBLE!! Never will I call again to get service from this company. If you cant give me appropriate customer service, were starting already on the wrong foot. Kindly get yourself someone that knows what theyre talking about and in turn doing.

We have used this shuttle for years, and it was great! Always picked us up and we could find a van right away. Tonight we waited 20 minutes, and finally had to call the company to get a shuttle.It must be new owners, but we will not be using this shuttle again

I wanted to say George was very helpful to me and my husband. The parking lot was full. We didn’t have any reservations to park, but he found a parking space for us. He left before we could give him a tip for his great customer service!!! Also our shuttle driver, I forgot her name (black lady with blonde curls) also provided great customer service. Now the only problem I have to share, is that I was disappointed with the shuttle seats. Some of the seats were torn, but other then that everything was excellent. (11/28/19)

Stay away from this place: 1) Too many Compact spaces occupied by too many non-compact vehicles; drove around and around garage only to end up squeezing my Prius between a huge pick up truck and a large SUV or risk missing my flight. 2) Garage is half airport parking, half business-reserved parking; if youre not careful youll end up in the Reserved half with no easy way to get back to the airport parking section. 3) Upon returning to LAX, I missed first shuttle because it had completely different colors and dissimilar name from departure shuttle: I departed by riding the yellow-maroon Airport Center Express LAX shuttle, but arrival shuttle was a different model, white-purple-orange Airport Center shuttle. Will NEVER park here again!

Just simply make a reservation and watch how nobody gives a single damn about it. Oh, and you’re going to be surprised by how CARELESS can a 24/7 customer support can be. Plus they also have the best attitude over you paying them money. Right now my vehicle’s security is truly depending on luck + I LITERALLY missed my plane and stuck in the airport because of the lamest shuttle service EVER

Be aware that the shuttle service is not 24/7. I called/texted/called and waited for over an hour after midnight to be picked up. The shuttle never came. Finally after flagging down the shuttles for other parking structures near to them, one of the drivers took pity on me and dropped me close to where my car was - at 2am. Perhaps even worse, the person who answered the phone the second time I called hung up on me because she did not appreciate my tone. Needless to say, I did not appreciate her lack of concern or care. When she finally answered the phone again, five minutes later (I guess it took that long for her to calm down), she admitted that she was unable to contact the driver of the shuttle. In other words, after she had accused me of not waiting in the correct place, she admitted that she had no idea where her shuttle and driver were. So, no, they had never sent the shuttle. Even though there was significant traffic issues in the airport due to construction, I watched shuttles for other parking companies go by several times during the over hour I waited. I know which parking companies I will call next time. It certainly wont be Airport Center Express.

Reliable, and affordable parking structure close to the airport. The shuttles are always there and quick to get you to and from. I’ve used them 3 times now, and plan on using them again.

My favorite parking structure near LAX. The airport bus is great, prices are reasonable, and the parking garage feels very safe.

Cheap and easy to get in and park and pay online. The shuttle service is horrible though. Waited 30 mins at the airport for them to pick up while every other service came by about 3 times before they showed up. There are better places.

This parking service is not great!! We only parked here because we were so last minute and it was one of the cheapest still available. The way to the airport was fine. The driver didnt say much barely spoke.On the way back something to note is they only pick up from the departure area which doesnt make sense because obviously youre arriving, but whatever no big deal just something to note. There was one shuttle that went around the entire departure area and never stopped at all so we missed that shuttle and had to wait for 20 more minutes. I saw all of the other parking shuttles such as parking lot c, all the rental car shuttles, and the parking spot shuttle come through about 5 times while I was sitting there waiting. While this place seems to have 1 shuttle that only comes about every 20-30 minutes. The driver didnt say anything and he drove kind of crazy swerving in and out of lanes and yelling at the cars. No bueno. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Airport Center Parking structure is an easy, quick and safe place to leave your vehicle upon travel. Never had a problem in the years that Ive used this location. The shuttle service to the airport is conveniently located at a short distance.

First time trying this place out and it worked out pretty well. Perhaps it was too dark attached he time but had a difficult time finding the entrance from the street, you have to drive in toward the Crowne Plaza to get to the entrance. I can confirm what others have posted, parking spaces are smaller than what you expect so be careful or door dings. The shuttle was right there when we walked to to head over to the airport and it was a quick drop off though we did have to be at the gate by 4am so in general there was not much traffic. Coming back didnt have to wait too long for the shuttle though not sure why they ask you to text when you arrive. I dont think the information gets back to the shuttle driver. I would use them again.

My experience with the Los Angeles Airport Center Express has been positive 50% of the time and negative 50 % of the time. This is OK for a restaurant, but NOT acceptable for a service whose reliability directly affects whether or not I catch my plane or at on time for an appointment.On two occasions the service was Extremely Poor to the point of Unacceptable. After the first incident I promised myself to never use the service again. My wife’s preferences and time eroded this commitment and I scheduled another parking and shuttle service last week. Things went fine on my parking and trip to LAX. When I returned to LAX I was unable to locate the shuttle. I called their advertised number several times; I got No Response! We waited at the pick-up area for Hotels and Private Parking Lots for over 20 minutes. No sign of Airport Center.Becoming increasingly frustrated I went on line to see if I had missed something. To my surprise I discovered a notice directing me to wait for the shuttle on the upper level (the Departure Level) at an area labeled “Private Parking Lot Shuttles”. “Starting January 23, 2017 Airport Center Express shuttle service will change….We are now required to pick-up and drop-off customers at the same level: the Upper Level (Departures.)” The notice was accompanied by pictures of orange and black signs showing a drawing of a shuttle and the words, “Shuttle Zone, Private Parking Lots.” My wife and I, with baggage in tow, took the escalator to the upper level to look for the signs and pick-up area. To our disappointment and growing frustration, NONE EXISTED! The Airport Center Express Website was OBSOLETE!Approaching desperation, we asked cab drivers for the cost of delivering us to the Center Express parking lot. We also discussed calling an Uber. My wife, who for some reason has an undying loyalty to this company, continued to call Center Express. Having an additional old number (which is no longer posted on the shuttles as it was years ago) used for texting Center Express when waiting at LAX, she finally was successful in getting through. The shuttle finally picked us up over an hour after we left the gate!After this final disappointing and frustrating experience, I am definitely and permanently looking elsewhere. I suggest that you do the same.

My dad parked his SUV here on the last floor for about a month and when he returned he saw that the back seat was stolen. He doesn’t speak English so I called the office to ask if they had cameras and they said they did, and for him to go to the exit to speak to the manager about the problem. He later called me and said that management couldn’t do anything and that they only had cameras on the first floor, also that this robbery always happens with big cars. I found it very unprofessional how they are aware of this problem, but haven’t done anything to prevent it from continuing.

Hispanic driver on Sat night June 1/2019 was quite rude to aGay male couple trying to board the bus apx 10pm terminal 3.Only when other passengers supported them did He let them on.Real surprise was what happened at Crown plaza parking structurewhen they got off. Despite getting tipped He insulted and cussedthem with many FU comments. I was embarrassed. He need trainingor a new job

Not a bad place to park when flying out of LAX. I regularly find deals on Groupon (buy when they offer an extra % off to save even more), which can make this and even better deal - especially for covered parking.Located next to the Crowne Plaza, you can make all the necessary reservations online and pre-pay and print everything before you leave. This is one of two places Ill consider parking at LAX... theyre pretty popular though, so make sure to make a reservation. And if youre going to buy a Groupon (you should) CHECK before to make sure they have space available.Shuttle driver was delightfully friendly and the shuttle was clean and prompt. A good experience.

Not a great experience. 3 or 4 competitor shuttles have gone by. Texted for pickup as directed on the ticket for pick up. They wanted my email for promotions. Finally called and only then did they send the shuttle.

A barely organized mess! Parking spaces are tiny, and I hope theres some sort of fee attached for people who do this, but there are soooo many jerks who take up multiple spots with a shoddy parking job. We had to go through a few employees before we found someone who knew what was going on and how to help us. Wont be going back.

Ive parked here on and off here for years. They have the WORST shuttle pick up. Youll see every other shuttle go by several times before you see a single one of their shuttles. Never again. Ill pay a few bucks more.

Not enough shuttles, takes too long to wait for one. Right after I left the door from Terminal 1, I saw a Airport Center Express shuttle drive past without stopping for anyone. Taking another 15 minutes for another shuttle. There is nothing “Express” about this service

I am an employee thatk has a parking spot at this garage. It is horrendous. Now granted the faculty staff are friendly, the place is secure, and it’s easy to get in and out on a busy day. HOWEVER their shuttle system associated waith crowne plaza is absolutely terrible and has a 85% chance or missing you’re flight or to work. They are slow, take over extended breaks if they feel you aren’t the type to tip, and gawk at women as they get on the bus. I can’t stand coming to work 2 hours early because you never know when you’ll get to the airport.

Cheap parking but the worst shuttle service for pick up! They make one round every 30 minutes and they skip stops. I was at the stop waiting for the shuttle to pick me up and it just skip this stop because there are too many shuttles at the stop. Do yourself a favor, just don’t park here or else you get to the parking by walking would be faster. They advertise as stop at every terminal is BS! And the texting service is worthless also!
