Ended up coming here because I needed to drop off my rental car before Ace Rental Car opened. Really appreciated the great customer service the two gentlemen provided. I entered on 8/26 around 4am. The check in process was easy, and then getting a convenient ride to the airport was a great benefit for me. The driver was friendly, professional and encouraged us to come back the next time we were in town. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I visit LA. Great job! Just a great place to park long term. The Sunrise team are next level pros. Easy quote and reservations made. Service to and from LAX was quick and the drivers were very helpful. The lady that manages this lot is super nice and her team is on point. Will definitely use again on my next vacation.

Prices you see are not what you pay. You pay 1/3 moreUpdated: No, I am not talking about fees and taxes. I am talking about your daily rate advertised in a huge sign on the entrance that is not respected. I have told that this is an online rate and it requires an online reservation. Whaaaat??? Really? Just two weeks ago my brother and I left a car here (1st time we ever used this place) and when we picked up our car the guy at the kiosk was trying to overcharge me by not including my 5 dollar deposit i paid online.until a blonde lady there approached him and corrected him. We decided to use this location again. When we picked up our car this weekend they over charged me. When I booked this location and paid a five dollar deposit online.....they gave me a receipt that stated I only owed 124 dollars at the gate. When I picked up my car the guy charged me $130. So he ripped me off ... They did this to the other family that was with us as well. We were all so sleep deprived that we didnt notice this until we all got home. So be careful... some of the individuals taking your payments are overcharging you.

Great service here. Didnt really like I had to leave my key but understandable. The reason for the 5 stars was the shuttle. Took us right away and picked us up right away once we called.

Best self parking garage located next to LAX. You drive up and they and they give you a ticket with their name on it and telephone number and they tell you where to park so you park your car then you take take your luggage out of your car and the van is waiting for you right there at your car and take you to the airport. That is great service. On the return back to LAX you called them with the phone number on the ticket and they will pick you up at your terminal. Then they take you back to sunrise you get in your car you go to the front and pay them. And then go home. Easy peasy.

What a rip off. I was in need of parking my short wheel base Mercedes Sprinter. I would normally park in one of the covered lots, but my van is tall. I arrived at Sunrise and was told to make a reservation, to get the best price. I did that and left town. When I returned, I was told that my van was going to cost me $25/night, because Its an extra large vehicle. The attendant called a woman to talk to me about it, and she said that I had to pay that much because my vehicle is so enormous. I could understand if my vehicle was a giant motor-home or school bus, that took up two spaces. Yes, my van is a couple feet longer than most cars but takes up no more than one parking space. Find someplace to park.

DO NOT purchase parking here!!! BAIT AND SWITCH TRAP!!! I bought a Groupon and the attendant saying they arent accepting Groupon any more. Yet they still have their Groupon advertisement running. This should be illegal. My daughter lives 6 miles from LAX, had I known that they werent accepting Groupon I could have taken am Uber to LAX and saved A LOT of money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ALSO THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA IF YOU HAVE AN SUV (they wont tell you until you check out!!!). These people are very shady!!! Be warned!!

DO NOT TRUST THE PRICE ONLINE!!!!!!!! I was doing some research online before reserving my spot the price was great online for the days I would be out of town however when I got back when paying I ended up paying $160 more than the price shown (Be prepared: It does not matter if you have the confirmation number with you the cashier does not care about what the printed reservation paper says). I did like the way the people that drop you off and pick you up from the airport treat you they are very helpful with your luggage and the best part is that it is so close to the airport I do recommend this place however something needs to be done about making sure we pay what the online price shows and not surprising us when we get back with an added total amount to pay.

The female at the front who greeted us was very rude.She told us that our truck was too big to park in their parking lot so, they would have to charge extra. Keep in mind I made reservations days earlier on line. The website stated there would be one dollar extra for suv and truck. She had the nerves to pull out some rope to measure our truck. and then told us that we would have to pay four dollars more. I told my husband I was uncomfortable with leaving our truck there so we drove down to Quick park. We drove right in and parked. no hassle at all. Quick park really stand by their name.

I am a first time user because of the parking lot C construction. Excellent Service. After my return trip, they picked us up less than 15 min. No complain. We will use it again. Make sure you make an appointment because it may be full. It costs more than the parking lot C, but it is reasonable.

I have been a customer of Sunrise Parking LAX for over 15 years. The service is outstanding. There is always space available. The shuttles are very quick and easy. The rates are outstanding. The friendlies people you could ever meet. I highly recommend Sunrise Parking for your Lax parking needs. I send all my family and friends there when they travel!

Last minute find when all other lots were full and they accommodated fast and friendly. Shuttled me straight to my terminal, with directions to check -In. When I landed (after a brief snow delay) I had to get to work right away and again, fast, friendly, helpful. They took all the stress of leaving and returning off my shoulders; could not be happier. Thank you for everything!!!

These guys are excellent! Inexpensive, fast, and very nice. No more waiting for the C Lot bus, which takes forever. Wish I knew about them years ago. Youre in and out of there in a couple of minutes. Worth it!

I have been parking at sunrise for 15 years twice a month and have been happy with them. Unfortunately the have raised their prices so high I may have to park elsewhere. Sad loyal customer.

This place is has a misleading sign outside that clearly says daily parking rate is $12.91 per day. But when I went to park there, the attendant told me it will be $20 for overnight parking ( I was there at 7:45 pm on Monday). When I asked him why the rate is different he told me its $20 for in and out parking. But I told him, I dont need in and out access, I will just park overnight and get out in the morning. But he still argued that the rate will be $20. I left as this seemed like a very bad business practice with very deceiving sign outside. No where in that sign it says that $20 rate. Inside sign says that it is $20 for in and out access. But I clearly told the attendant that I dont need in and out access. I hope the owners pay attention to this issue and dont waste peoples time by deceptive signs.

It is true that their sign out front is deceiving. The large posted price is $12.91...but there is more! The very-very small print explains the exception (no reservations). However, I did use them...and their shuttle and service at the booth was good. Kind of mixed feelings about them.

Good price parking lot thats walking distance to the airport and also has a shuttle service. Use to be off the beaten path but now be aware of the Uber, Lyft , and taxi traffic that will back up on the street

I called to ask them if the lot was full and the person who answered said, you just called, we are full rudely. I did not just call and it was very unprofessional and weird. They also liked this comment, I would not trust my vehicle at this place!

The price is decent if you can get a reservation. Without a reservation you are forced to get ‘valet’ service and they will literally steal any and all valuables inside your car like they did to me. No way to get anything back either.To the idiot who replied. I don’t care about the price. Your employees stole everything of value out of the car.

Its no frills but the rates are low and parking is easy. Its quicker than parking on site at the airport because they drop you off at your terminal. Ive never had a problem with their service, though Ive never had the car wash done. I usually park there and keep my keys.

They get 1 star cause the drop off was good. When i came back is when the issues arise. Took an hour to pick me up when I got back. The lady driver sped pass my family once. Find another parking garage.

The service was good, and price was ok. Unfortunately the front right of the cas was scratched up when we looked the next morning. They valet your cars here so it happened when they move the cars around. The manager was polite when we called, but it doesn’t sound like the are going to do anything about it. I would not recommend using then.

Stole money from my car. I messaged the manager and she told me dont leave valuables in your car then in a later message said we dont have that problem...so they are all in on it? Dont trust these people, shady people and rude service.

I reccomend. Prices arent too crazy. A friend dropped her car off and needed me to come pick it up 24 hours later while she was still out of town. They didnt give us any trouble about the request and it was smooth sailing.

My wife referred me to them about 5 years ago and Ive been using them very frequently ever since. Theyre inexpensive and very close to the airport, so when you park its a breeze to get to the terminal in a short amount of time. Getting picked up is tricky at LAX no matter what, but after using them 6-10 times a year for many years, Id say average time from calling to let them know you have arrived to pick-up, is about 15 minutes. For the price and proximity to the airport, I couldnt be happier.

Reading all the bad reviews about this vendor made me little nervous but we didnt have much of choice since we were traveling on thanksgiving weekend. But to my surprise, it was one of the best services we received. As soon as we got there, they had shuttle waiting there to take us to airport and when we returned within 10 mins our shuttle was there to pick us up.

Dont use them!!! First called for price and told $12.95.. called to confirm and told $13.95.. when we arrived they said $18.95 because oversized which no one had asked. We told them we were quoted $13.95 and the said ok, they would apply that price. After 9 days parking $18.95/day... Use one of the other parking lots around... Dont use them!!!!

I arrived 9:30 PM. 7/4 Tuesday. I am an oriental and not a perfect English. When I called the guy was not nice. I parked 5 days and they charged 6 days. I didnt know until I got home. I will never park here again :((

This place valet parks your car.They keep your keys.My car radio did not work after I picked up my Honda Element from this place.My car radio stops working only when the battery is disconnected.I called to inquire about this issue and the female employee who spoke with me told me Mercedes Benz, Teslas and BMWs parked at their place. She continued by saying her employees would never bother tampering or stealing from my cheap car .Furthermore, their sign by the entrance with the price 12.91 per day is deceiving. I was charged 17.00 a day.I will never park here, again.

My car had 26 miles driven and an 8th tank of gas since I dropped it off? Driver was rude and rough with luggage.

The online reservation system was a tad confusing and out of date, but overall shuttle service was prompt and the driver was helpful.

If you want to wait an hour for your shuttle this is the place for you!

I rarely post reviews because I dont want to have a negative impact on business but this time I felt like I had to. Arriving there and getting to the airport terminal wasnt the issue. However when I came back, I did exactly as the ticket instructed me to. I called them to let the attendant know I was there and requested a pick up. This was at 10:20 pm, I went the pick up location as instructed, and waited. After 20 minutes I attempted to call back, no answer. I then saw the shuttle drive right past the pick up location without even slowing down. I tried to call them again, no answer. I decided to walk to the lot at that point calling every few minutes. I finally got to the lot at 11:00 pm and was told that they are busy. They even asked me at the time of drop off when I would be coming back. The excuse I got was that the gentlemen who took down my details doesnt have very good control of the English language. I only parked there from Friday afternoon at 6:00 pm until Sunday at 11:00 pm and was charged $58.00. Only use as a last resort.

I parked here for a week and left the key with them for a free car wash. When I returned and drove back home, I found my garage door opener and car cell phone charger missing. Asides from the inconvenience, I was worried about my home safety since my home address was on the car registration card. I took measures for that but I have never parked here ever since and dont recommend anyone.

I had a good experience here. After comparing reviews from other parking lots near LAX I decided to go to Sunrise.I reserved my spot online to get the online price, not the price you get if you pull up with no reservation.I was the only one in the lot and as soon as the shuttle van returned from picking someone up it was off again dropping me off to the terminal right away, so there was no waiting for more people to show up which was nice.The driver was friendly and the lot is REALLY close to the airport so we got to my terminal very quickly.My experience getting picked up was equally good. Same thing, I was the only one getting picked up and the van showed up right away maybe in just over 10min, but no more than 15.Coming back at night I was now able to see that the lot was well lit and secure.I will use Sunrise again and recommended it. The price point was fair and the service was great. There are cheaper places out there but you get what you pay for. You get good service and peace of mind with them.

Ive parked here twice, and yesterday I came back to LA and to my surprise there is a minor dent on the drivers side of my car. Wasnt there before. I only noticed it because now my door makes a sound every time I open it. Its frustrating to open my door now because I think of the lady there who said, Well you know how downtown is.. (where I live). No... I know for damn sure that wasnt there and Ive never heard that sound before. Very disappointed in the response I received as I was going to park here for future travel. Never mind.
