They really dont give a damn. I am surprised how the airline is able to make a profit. Certainly, it cant be from understanding customers. It got to be because they have captured and highly tolerant audiences.

If you buy a ticket with them dont hang up until you check your bank account and see how much they charge you. Cause they charge double . And when u call to get your money back they simply wont give a ****.UPDATE : january 28thit has been almost 4 months since they charged me double and I didnt get refund yet , I called them at least 20 times. Every time I call they say that they have sent a check , and deposited the rest to my credit card . THEY NEVER DID .***********DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY , THEY WILL SCAM YOU *********

Dont Do it! dont do it! dont do it! dont do it! they are the worst! when you want a refund back and you call within 24 hours, they will charge you a fee to even give you your money back and then they WILL double charge you and say that they give you your money back. they double charge me and now they will answer to somebody.

We had an awful experience. My fiancé and I booked our flight through just fly, few days later my fiancé found out that the flight was cancelled. There was no explanation so we called to make sure they lied and said there was a credit card issue. We called the our credit company, they said there is no record of justfly trying to collect money. We called them again, spoke to the manager named Kim employee number 4351He said he doesn’t know why it was cancelled. There is nothing he can do and instead of at least an apology he said, you should have called the day we sent you the email about your cancellation. Any how they might cancel your flight and you won’t even know it! Don’t get it through them! Bad bad choice!*******I will never make this mistake and chose justfly again! Do not book with them specially going to Africa. They will show you a nice trip, take your money and later wait few more days and change your trip knowing that you cannot cancel it any longer. Then you call customer service and get the same lady who talks to you like you are a dummy and keep saying that it is the flight you booked. I have both emails and both trips so I know what I paid for.Then you asked for a refund and they say 6 to 8 weeks so you cant go anywhere else.That lady Whatever her name was is not nice at all.This just fly company is a rip off and Ethiopian is not helping. How can you schedule someone to stay overnight in a country they dont know with a child and not give them the choice to go somewhere else.

Ethiopian Airlines at LAX have the worst customer service ever. Passengers with excess bagagges were directed to this individual who had no idea how to use the system on top of that the manager is out there chatting with everyone instead of stepping in and help out. For God sake paasengers are NOT flying for free. Have some respect. I have spent almost $4000 for al the family and we still have to wait for assistance. Next time i ll fly Emirates.

Me and my family were going on a trip and they not only not notify us of a flight change and not know of a time difference between Ethiopia and America, they then could not get us a connection flight, ruining the trip that we had been planning for years.
