They did a good job on the carpets. HOWEVER, when they did the quote, it was 622.00!!! It is not a 600.00 good job. Ive been robbed. They charged me .85 cents a SQ FT. So, I have to say, I feel sick to my stomach and have total buyers remorse. I should of told the guy to leave, but I am so fed up with all of the carpet cleaners, just fed up. I called in this company because another company was a bunch of Muppets. I used this company in 2017 and they charged me 250.00 for the same place. A near 200 % markup since then. I seem to see they are using another company named SteamPro Cleaner4Longer Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners Pro, that is what the invoice says. I asked them to do a quote to clean the vents, I was told I would get that when the carpet cleaner was here, he was not able to do it and said he will have it to me shortly. I called a few hours later asking for the quote and some man said he will relay the message. No call yet! Well, I have had it. I will officially never use them again. 622.00 for something like 731sq. My carpet is in awesome shape as it was, just wanted a nice clean. I was ripped off. Please people, negotiate, be prepared to make them walk away. I am looking for a more realistic alternative. I cannot afford this. I see someone recommended Groupon, I am there!

Ive been using Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners for 3 years now and I can honestly say that they are the best in Beverly Hills. Why you ask? Well...I have a carpet. I have a dog. They come over every three months and do my whole apartment efficiently with care to get all the hot spots. And fast too! It dries quickly. I always have full confidence in this company; I wouldnt go to any other.

Another great experience! This is my 3rd time using them, and they are honestly miracle workers. I typically wore shoes in the house before, but after seeing the before and after results, Ive converted to a shoes-off household. It took about an hour and a half to clean my living room and hallway/entryway and the guy who came was totally independent and did his thing. The cleaning crew arrived on time. They were friendly and professional, with smiles on their faces. I gave them a quick tour and they began working right away, letting me know that it would take roughly an hour to complete the job. And they were right on time exactly an hour. Spilled some wine on my sofa last night and I tried to clean it as good as I possibly could but I needed the help of a professional to take care of the stain. The technician showed up and told me that he would try his best to completely remove the stain because it had already set in for 24 hours. To my amazement he did it!! No more nasty dark burgundy red stain on my beige couch. What was very impressive was the tech was up front with me even though he did get all the stain out he didnt guarantee it because he wasnt sure and I appreciated his honesty and come to find out he did get it out

My dog peed on a silk drape which I knew would be expensive to clean. It was one of a pair of drapes. I took the drape to Avi who verified that it would be expensive to clean. I was undecided about what to do and Avi gave me his honest opinion buy new drapes. He couldve gone ahead and convinced me to have him clean it but he was 100% correct. It was less money to replace the 2 drapes than to have 1 cleaned. I really appreciated his honesty!! He also told me that he does jobs world-wide. Its clear that their work is 1st class!

Excellent work, carpet is about 15 years old but looks virtually new. Prompt arrival time too. The carpet did take longer to dry than they said, but it was really dirty. Instead of drying in 6 to 8 hours, it was closer to 24.

They cleaned both 3 bedrooms efficiently but more importantly took an expensive silk carpet back to their shop and when it came back it looked better than it had when new! Colors more vibrant!
