Awhile ago I had listened to a lecture Roya was doing and it changed my life ! She was talking about anxiety and how it shows up differently for each person . She was going through all the ways and said it could show up in the form of procrastination…… what ??? I’ve been doing this my whole life and blamed so many other things . I now can spot it when it’s creeping in and stop it before it gets too bad . A huge huge heartfelt thank you Roya …. You are lovely and helped me identify something I couldn’t see for 46 yrs ❤️
