I first purchased 38 triple pane windows that were fantastic. No more noise or drafts. I was so satisfied that I came back and purchased trim and gutters that really made the house stand out. Now I am purchasing a storm door and a basement entry door. Each time I asked for my sales representative. Timmy Gayle. He is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. My house was built in the 1890’s and has been in my family since 1904. So I want to do everything I can to maintain it and pass it down to my son and his wife.

What I got was not what I was sold, the picture and the end product are not the same. The contractor he only use this product and has for the last 25 years. Micheal Beat showed a different product as an attic insulation, which was what I believe I had purchased and was getting financed.. I feel that I was miss informed and that the product was a miss representation!
