OMG! This was one of the CLEANEST laundry facilities I have ever had the pleasure of being in. Its always crazy when u have to haul your clothing to the laundry mat but properly working machines, staff, and abundant equipment make it sooooo much easier. It was my pleasure to know that a decent laundromat still exists, Thank You Ed for everything. See yall next time💕

Always enjoy coming here. I have two laundromats near me, but I drive out of my way for this one. Its always clean, its cheap, and most of the machines work. When they dont, theyre good about putting up signage and getting them fixed.

First time going there . I just moved to Lorain from Columbus so looking for a good place to do laundry. Washers were cheap so no problem there . It was until you got to the dryers that’s the problem . I used several dryers but number 37 and 43 after 28 minutes I put in time for still left my clothes damp . The lady working there said oh it’s your fault you probably didn’t put them on high . 🤔😡 I know I put them on high and after 28 minutes should have been dried like the other machines . Very bad customer service. She just ignored me after that and kept sweeping again . Will definitely not be coming back.

Attendant saw my washer wasn’t working properly and paid to have it split between two smaller ones to finish the cycle since none of the mega load ones were open. also paid for the dry time as well, cleaned up the place while i was there. only downside is masks can’t be enforced if the attendant isn’t there

1st time here. Pretty good. Nice prices to wash and dry. Spacious washers and dryers. Yeah, 25 cents to dry small. More if the load is thick. Ok place.

The couple that runs this Laundry mat are those salt of the earth people that you watch and think to yourself, I thought I was hard working, but they shame me. Not once, not twice, but everytime. Clean, fairly priced, nothing is ever out, nothing is ever broken, Rock On KO!

Much cleaner than spincycle, but doesnt have enough carts (only4-5)...especially when theyre busy! Attendant is never available either!

Reviewing for a friend. The place was dirty. Their dryers need replaced, they dont dry the clothes. What a huge waste of donating quarters. As for the restroom, it had no soap or paper towels.

Dryers are TERRRRIBLE.$$$$ to dry all the way!the lady who works there is kinda rude too.need later hours!
