They were open on Saturday first off. Did not mark up the parts, were transparent, collaborated with me rather than just doing what they wanted to do (normally my experience with mechanics and repairmen), reasonable labor charges, they were professional and did a great job. Also a nice looking clean workspace/storefront, which is very atypical of computer repair places.

Im very satisfied with the repair done to my desk top computer. I had it back within a few days. It was rechecked before I received it, to be sure all was okay with it...and some more viruses were found. Very professional staff in person and over the phone. I truly recommend Innovative Technicians as your repair shop.
