360 Legal Support was hired by the Pinnacle Law Office in Vancouver WA. This was an easy service for them which I will was served in a timely manner how ever they failed to file the proof of service with the courts prior to the court date. This cost me a days worth of work for court and for trying to straighten out the mess and get the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. Supposedly being second to none I would have thought they would have followed all the steps needed for this job.

I hired 360 Legal Support, Mike Elerath, to serve papers to a party residing in Clark County. I mailed him the documents along with enough information to make the serving easy for him. I also sent him a check for his services. Within three days he cashed the check. I tried NUMEROUS times to contact Mike on the status and only received one text back (three days later) stating that he was out of town on family business. At NO time did he keep me informed on ANY progress. I gave him 13 days to complete the task and needless to say, it didnt happen. I still have yet to hear anything from Mike, even after countless more attempts to contact him. The deadline has past for the party to be served and I now have to go back to court and ask for a continuance AND find another process server. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect by anyone, whether in my personal life or professionally. I would not recommend 360 Legal Support to anyone, nor would I recommend Mike Elerath.
