Tommy and his crew are masters of their craft. They are detail oriented and produce beautiful and quality work. Precision Pools was the only company locally, that could give me a 3D rendering of the completed project before we started. I didnt have to guess at what the pool would look like- he showed me! He took my best designs and then improved them by adding texture, architectural elements and color recommendations. Where several other pool companies wanted to change location, design, or flat said they couldnt do it- precison navigated the bureaucracy of Longviews zoning restrictions, battled inclement weather, and worked through holidays to give me what i was looking for. My husband and I have been calling Precision Pools since we bought our house September 3, 2019. We have left several messages and not one person has returned our calls. They are the company that built our pool 4 years ago and we would have liked some information on the equipment. Very Frustrated with this company.

Horrible service...a contractor that works for them refused to do work for us and said it was a waste of his time on a pool that he had previously installed the liner on prior to us purchasing our home..then we requested a quote on a new pool pump and another guy who works for them directly acted like he didnt want to do that either..we were trying to get our pool liner fixed or completely replaced and a new pool pump but now we will be taking our business elsewhere!!
