If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Price was very reasonable and lowest rates I think in East Texas. Everyone else wanted around $150 to almost $200 for same repair. He even told me I didn’t need the other repair everyone else said I needed and saved me some money. I had taken my phone to another place in Longview called wireless repair over by chili’s and they charged me almost a hundred dollars and did nothing to it. They told me they changed my charging port and from the looks at it once inside never did anything. This guy here is totally honest and trustworthy. It wasn’t about the money. I would and will be going back in the future if need be. My phone works great now and so thank you guys for fixing it for me. You guys Rock!!!

These guys are great. Had stopped in some time ago due to Batteries+ providing absolutely horrible service and they told me they would need to order a battery which was great but I couldn’t wait. The customer service was so good I decided to go back when I needed a cracked screen replaced on my iPad. Called in advance and talked to Kevin. He confirmed they had the part and he could repair it in 3 hours. Drove an hour to get it done and he actually finished it early and texted me that it was ready. Better than brand new in my opinion. Highly recommend these guys for your service needs.

Tyler is positively awesome! He took my old Dell laptop that I had not touched in a couple of years because it was slow and would do the strangest things.. he put in a solid state drive cleaned it up put good bug protection in place and what a difference... it’s my very favorite toy now and all for 200$. Definitely worth evwry penny. Tyler will fix ya up!!! And reasonably too!!

The tech was very honest with me and forthright. They must have been busy because the repairs took over 2 weeks. He usually failed to call as promised, but eventually he made contact. For what was done, the prices were surprisingly low.

Not enough good things to say - Id taken my phone to Verizon, best buy, and two other cell phone repair shops here in town and theyd all told me variations of the same thing ...sorry I know its not what you want to hear but if we cant turn it on theres nothing we can do I was urged by each place to take advantage of my insurance and warranty and that the data on the phone was a lost cause.Kevin at TechPros was the first person I spoke to that was willing to open it up and take a look, and give me a plan of action - didnt make any promises but gave me the confidence that he actually knew what he was doing!a couple of hours later and a relatively simple fix (take that, geek squad) I not only had my phone back, but the days worth of data that hadnt get uploaded to my cloud yet (and it was a big day!)Cant recommend this shop enough, first good experience in a long time and Im a happy camper - heres one of the memories I thought Id lost for good! I have done business with these folks on two occasions. The first time, my phone needed a minor adjustment which the did for free. Most recently, my phone would not charge reliably, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a couple of hours. Price was very fair. Highly recommended.

My laptop was doing the blue screen of death for two months. It would always come back up so I didnt do anything about it. It finally did it three times in one day and that was it. I called the place that I had purchased it from and my warranty had run out 15 days earlier. They wouldnt do anything (without making me purchase a service contract that would exclude hardware issues).I called Tyler and he looked at it. He was able to repair it and kept all my files intact.
