I never received a final bill, despite giving them an updated email and mailing address. They sent my bill to collections in less than 30 days from closing my account. Be sure you understand how to close your account before signing up for this service.

The employees of this company have a “The customer is always wrong” philosophy. We gave very detailed instructions for a pickup but it was mishandled due to poor communication within the company. Trying to discuss the situation was a waste of time. Jennifer J stayed things that were “contractual “ but were nowhere in the contract.Very poor customer service.

Today I witnessed something that you dont see every day . I was in a very busy intersection of the Denver Health area . A female driver in a big box truck from this company got out of her truck to assist a bind person across the street and to a bus shelter nearby. It was a very rainy day today and Im sure the blind person was very grateful for the help. Please do business with a company that has this kind of ethic.
