I contacted numerous computer repair people about doing an upgrade to my laptop and The Computer Guy responded very quickly to my inquiry. In fact, he even called me to discuss things. He was completely honest about his cost to do the upgrade, which was very reasonable and he even suggested that I do it myself if I felt able to do so, which I ultimately ended up doing. Despite the fact that I did the upgrade myself, he made himself available by phone and email if I was to run into any problems. I was very impressed with his knowledge and by the end of the original phone call, I completely trusted his judgement.
