When it comes to the services offered, they are fantastic and the staff is all family.

Came in this morning for the first time. They helped me right away and told me how to sign in very easy and quick. Got a text later on saying my boots were ready. Boots look very good. Nice shine. I highly recommend I will be back for sure thanks code 7!

If you needs any boots done, come here, don’t think of going anywhere else. I took my brand new 5.11 ATLAS boots to them for their first shine. They are by far the best and best price. Ernie and the guys do such great work I got some new expensive Lucchese caiman belly cowboy boots that came with a tan lip and white stitching, so I had them make that pet black and shine them. They knocked it outta the park. Check the pic. They also have a rewards program each time you go you earn points. They are quick value your time. Don’t go anywhere else.

Most of the time, the shine has lots of flaws throughout the boots. I dont bother saying anything because i dont want to wait. But my biggest complain is when youre checking in your boots on their tablet, the workers come over and try to pick the time for you, and when you tell them you need it same day they always pick 5pm, even if you get there when they open at 8am, and then you wont get a text till 5pm right when they close, so you dont get them back same day like you wanted. When i find another shine place , i dont plan on coming back here, ever.

I was told my boots would be ready by 1:30 pm. I get there and surprisingly theyre not. Guy tells me they called me to say they would be ready another day. Big lie. I didnt recieve any call.
