Unprofessional service. Guy serving approached with a personal vandetta, their job is to serve papers not accuse person you are serving. Felt very personal. Guy even opened papers themselves. Terrible.Process servers cannot harass, pretend to be law enforcement, or be involved in the lawsuit themselves to those who they are serving. What a mature response owner Michael.

I found this process server on Google and our initial exchange was pleasant. I needed my soon-to-be ex-wife to sign some divorce documents after she had finally agreed to end our union (she fought against it initially). Unfortunately, this process server left all the divorce documents at her home and only gave me a delivery confirmation, which isn’t what I wanted. I needed the signed documents to be returned to me because I intend to submit everything to the court so they can see that this is a mutual agreement (the divorce) and they can expedite the judgment. Anyway, I called him to let him know this and he tried to explain away the mishap. But that’s not really what got me upset, because misunderstandings happen. It’s when I couldn’t remember where I put the delivery confirmation (my fault) and asked him for another copy but he never responded to me. I guess that’s how you complete a botched job, by ignoring your client. Anyway, he won’t be getting any jobs from me or my contact list in the future because I just don’t know how to recommend that kind of subpar service.

Needed a same day rush service handled, and Michael had it served within hours. We will definitely use Kool Docs again.

Incredible outstanding service, I was calling around looking for a processing server bc YES LB DEPUTY at LB court was NOT able to deliver DV restraining order meaning (domestic violence restraining order) bc deputy said he was unable to enter, gate locked, intercom broken, and said that called me the plaintiff and left a message but no call back..When I specifically called him back and left a message and spoke to him and have proof of it very unprofessional deputy, that do not go the extra mile to even do there job correctly...I see were My tax money goes!!! ..So nevertheless I have five days to serve defendant I just found out on March, 4 th 2020 and have until March, 6th 2020 to serve defendant... I was really disappointed at LB police court department keep in mind this is a DV restraining order anything can happen !!!!So I call Kool Docs and and no one answered but I left a message and Mr. Michael called me right away!! I then told him my situation and he said I can drop off documents at his place of living..So I text Mr. Michael when I got off work and told him I don’t feel safe dropping off my documents in his home, so he meet me at the corner of the new condos by his home. he said do I feel safer talking in his vehicle or in my vehicle..I went to his car.. When I seen him he is African American with glasses and very slim with no muscles 💪🏾 I was very Leary thinking how can this nerd 🤓 deliver my DV restraining order! Well he totally proved me wrong and please forgive me, Mr. Michael...Mr. Michael is on his JOB he is so professional, does not play games, he showed me his Alabama Identification, he is very text savvy, response to your text really fast 💨, smart in computer’s, he studies hard, he showed me all his work that he was delivering, he told me who he worked for and still do jobs for them.. he goes the extra mile to help you and make you feel at ease!!!! Nevertheless I gave him my restraining order @ 6:24pm on March, 4th 2020. I literally had until March, 6th to deliver restraining order bc you only have five days to deliver before trial..I’m telling you at March, 4th 2020 @ 7:52pm Mr. Michael delivered restraining order upon arrival!!! The rest I can not share with you bc he uses plenty of techniques to allure defendants... I received a text receipt indicating time and location. Mr. Michael also went to LB court to summit proof of serving restraining order. He also mailed proof to defendant, and you pay him on line.. you send him your email address along with defendant name, along with address and if possible scan your restraining order and send it to Mr. Michael, even if it’s a lot of pages you can go to kinkos or staples and send it to Mr. Michael...I told Mr. Michael he needs to go into law school bc he is very informative or go into working for the CIA bc extremely intelligent 🤓 .Mr. Michael you are gifted in this field don’t let his appearance fool you,,, he did more in 88 minutes what LB Deputies could not accomplish, keep in mind I submitted paperwork to the LB deputy 3 weeks in advance!!!! You will not be disappointed Well done 🙌🏿🙌🏿Mr. Michael May God continue to bless you and your company !!!!!
