I always get my haircut there, the online appointment system is easy to use and reliable. The staff is friendly and know us and they always get me and my wife’s haircuts done great! Super fast and friendly, the only place I really go to get my haircuts done!

They did real good with my 4 year old

I went in to get my hair straightened and decided to trim it while I was there. I told the lady who did it (Jennifer) that I wanted only one inch trimmed off because I love my long hair. She ended up cutting off nearly 4 inches without showing me first and overcharged me after. Will not be coming back and will probably cut my own hair from now on.

Far and away the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life. She didn’t know what a low fade was, which I learned after the haircut. I asked for a half inch off the top, and she probably took a good 2 inches, and somehow my entire neck is in pain from her pressing on it with the clippers. I went from angry to just sad

Rude staff and a haircut for 25$ that I have to go home and just shave cause they cut it that short. No point in going if all they are gonna do is shave it for you.

Average price for a mens cut ($21) and the stylist was alright, didnt talk too much, but that didnt bother. Could have better magazines in the lobby, and more dum dum pops.

Will never go here, or any Supercuts, ever again. Wasted my time with misinformation, terrible service and poor management. Martha gave me the worst haircut Ive ever had. Scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. Martha started cutting my hair when someone else walked in who was late for their appointment. She spend 5 minutes on my haircut and then said it would look better with product in it. She rushed my appointment so she could get to the one that was late. The other girl working there spent twice the amount of time on her appointments haircut. I want a refund!

If you want a standard cut and/or service, theyre fine. I wouldnt recommend them for more trendy contemporary haircuts. Most of the staff are friendly.

Showed up there at 4:30pm and by 4:57pm i was out the door, Glaydis Gonzalez did a great job! Shes was fast, professional, and made me look great, i recommend her to anyone who goes into supercuts and i will definitely be back in again.

Poor management and minimal staffing have produced poor service. Appointments are now required for coloring sevices and they will not let you schedule an appointment without a in person consultation. The problem with this is that you can go to the trouble of appearing, for a consultation, but not be able to make an appointment. Save yourself time and frustration by finding another option if you want to get your hair colored.

Latisha is awesome! I get my hair cut here by her exclusively every two weeks. She’s always on point and has consist quality and precision.

I would not recommend this place if you are trying to get a wax to think I was going to walk out with fresh new eyebrows I come out looking worse than when I walked in. Never again they should hire people who know how to do their job right i could have done a better job myself. okay service but last time I will be walking in here again

There was one mayne two ladies that can cut hair there. one was thin . i even asked a girl named sierra if the thin lady was working she said her name was allison. I then booked my appt with allison and was shocked to see a heavy girl call me t o her chair. My hair cut with no suprise came out horrible. I wish i could.post a pic..they need to go.back to bauty school or learn how to take there mother fn time.i will never go back.

Do not ever, and I mean ever send anybody to this place! This place completely F@#!ed my sons hair up. Went in for a fade and came out with a half mullet half mohawk! It disgusts me that they even let him walk out of there like that and took his money! Chick had no problem giving me the refund. Goes to show their lack of skills.......

Waste of time. Forget making an appointment.... While they do a good-enough job of cutting hair, I have always sat for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I might as well just walk in. After sitting half an hour after my scheduled time, I asked one of the workers who said there were 3 people ahead of me.Bottom Line- Theyre cheap but they arent worth the wait.I dont want to bash on all the stylists- some are really pleasant and skilled! Others... I could probably do the same quality with a pair of gardening sheers

4 employees, 7 people sitting waiting and the employees are all in the office talking. Its been just over 15 mins now and no one has come out to help a customer. Pretty unbelievable.

Didnt care for the way she cut my hair. Very jerky and fast. Also, very very short. Its like one cut fits all. Wont go back.

The last 3 times the cuts were lopsided and uneven. We havent been back since.

They did a Great job fixing my daughters after a different salon missed it up.

Called two hours ahead and asked if available to come in, worker there said next available appointment was in 2 hours, so I did schedule it. When I showed up for appointment they had a room full of people and said others are ahead of me and that appointments are not really appointments and I had to wait another 30 minutes before being seen.

I went once because they were the only place I could find open on Sunday. I got a sloppy, poorly done cut. She practically needed step by step directions on how to cut my hair. It was a waste of money.

It sucked a** i would not go here they ruined my haircut , i told them i was going to a party and needed a super good haircut , i asked for a comb over they gave me the opposite of that smh , they charge 17$ for a cut i would do better at my house , this place just sucks they dont know what there doing and then at the end the lady cut my ear and i started bleeding ,i want a refund but feel bad because this place sucks real bad !

They totally destroyed my hair! ...and I paid $20 for the privilege... Im going have to go to another barber to get it fixed... Stay away from these guys, theyll hire anyone who can hold a pair of scissors.

Long waits because they never have enough people working during busy hours. The carpet and the waiting room chairs are nasty dirty.

I was a walk-in and told 30 minute wait, after 1 hour I inquire, she tells me 15 minutes. Shear incompetence!!! I sat there listening to them bickering about the music, they change the station, then it was to loud. Unacceptable, just a terrible experience, never again here!!!!!
