Horrible customer service. Account reps do not return phone calls, required annual testing is not set up, until elevator certificates expire, predatory contracts. I inherited a 15 year Kone contract; if my predecessor is wondering why he is out of a job, 15 year elevator contract would be a good place to start. Would give 0 stars, but Google wont let me.
