I called Cache Pest Control just before the 4th of July weekend about a few bed bugs that we’re found in our vacation condo at Bear Lake. After calling several other companies that couldn’t get there or answer my questions I was so impressed with Stuart’s customer service skills. He was so helpful and made the trip up the canyon the next day to investigate. He checked two condos, each with 3 units- no owners on sight. He could have easily told us the problem was bigger than it was to benefit his business. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate someone with this kind of honesty and integrity. Very rare anymore. They were super helpful. We had what we thought was a mouse stuck in your dryer tube. They responded quickly and were very timely. When he got here he pulled out the dryer and found that it was a bird instead. He took care of the bird and adjusted the price to be lower after discovering the cause. Very thorough and we would call them again!

Since the service I needed was a little different, Stewart’s previous boss, whom I initially contacted for pest control, recommended him. His previous boss had wonderful things to say about Stewart so I decided to contact him. Although his business is located in Cache county, he was happy to take my job as he was traveling to my area. I like that he didn’t push any extra services and just did what I wanted done. He was on time, polite, professional, and easy to get a hold of. His prices are also reasonable. He used a spray that was safe for humans. The traps he set up seem to have helped with our problems.

I was really impressed how friendly and how well they explained what they were going to do to help my mothers with her rodent issue. I loved how thorough Cache Pest Control were in checking all possible places where mice can get into the home. They sealed up any holes inside and outside and placed traps where they thought best. As of this writing we have caught 3 mice, hopefully there arent any more, but if there are they had better watch out!! They were well worth the price.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Stewart at Cache Pest control! We have been dealing with what we thought were bed bugs for 3 months. We got spray ourselves and were treating them that entire period. They were always dead when we found them but they just kept coming. Long story short, they were never in our bedrooms which is abnormal for bed bugs. We decided to get professionals. We had a competitive company show up first that hardly looked around. They were just going to set us up for bed bug treatments at $400/treatment with at least 2-3 recommended. Stewart came, took his time and looked everywhere in our house. He wore a mask, shoe coverings and brought a magnifying glass and flashlight. He was willing to think outside the box and connect the location of the bugs and knew it didn’t fit the typical bed bug infestation. He had a hunch and took samples, submitted them to Utah state and was able to verify that they were BAT BUGS. Almost identical but they feed on bat hosts instead of humans. He spent extra time doing all the research and work and even went as far as tracking down the closest company that will be able to help us get rid of the bats so we can deal with the bugs. He didn’t make a penny and saved us hundreds and what could have been over a thousand before someone else would have thought to look into it further. He definitely earned high praise and I would recommend him to everyone! Thanks Cache Pest control!

We had been hearing something in our ceiling for a few weeks so I called Cache Pest Control. Stewart came to my home the same day, figured out that we have mice, and set traps for us. Since that first appointment, we haven’t heard a single mouse.Stewart was very personable and respectful, and gave me tons of tips to prevent more rodent problems. We had to get a termite inspection done for our V.A. Refinance process and were not aware of this requirement until the last minute. We called Cache Pest Control on Monday morning and we were told they would be able to come out to our house that afternoon at 3:00pm. At 3:00pm on the nose, Stewart was at our door. He was very friendly and was able to do a thorough inspection within about 30 minutes. He emailed the Termite Inspection Report and Invoice (as was required) within an hour of leaving our house. I cannot recommend Cache Pest Control enough!! Last summer my house had a serious ant problem. We had people come and look and try to find a source, tried to create “barriers” cleaned everything multiple times etc. We would still be vacuuming up swarms of ants daily.
