Took phone to get the screen fixed. It was working fine the screen was cracked. Took 2 weeks to get the phone fixed just to find out that the whole phone was broken the hard drive was broken. No refund. Will never go back here. 176.00 down the drain.In response to the response. It was only the 138.00. We were not told you ordered two screens. No communication. The phone was in working order, it was only a month old. The battery was dead. We can not file a claim because we do not have all of the information. And you told us that you could not give a refund unless the company you ordered the screen from would refund you. Which you said was highly unlikely. It is my husband that came in. It is his phone. You told him it would be ready the following Monday, and when he went to get it you were closed. The following day when he went back in he was told you had not even ordered the screen and you would call us when you received it. You had my email because you sent the reciept directly my email the day he dropped it off. The insurance only covers a certain amount and having to pay this and buy a new phone is more than the covered amount. So yes money down the drain.

Super happy! I cracked my phone screen and I needed to get it fixed. I called before I took it in and all the places I called were about the same price. I decided to choose IPhixd because its same day repair. Ive gotten my screen fixed at some places before that take all day, multiple days or just long hours to fix screen. Iphixd was great and it was fixed in an hour. Super happy with my purchase and definitely recommend.

Came in to have a phone screen fixed. They had to special order it from Motorola but upon billing me up front, they failed to mention that I couldnt cancel and have the screen returned to Motorola with a restocking fee should I change my mind. Basically, after paying, I was locked into this choice without being notified. When I brought the phone in, they asked for my PIN to access to the phone. They said it was to make sure the screen worked properly. I politely declined because I wasnt comfortable with giving them access when I wasnt there. Instead of being flexible, I received a lecture about why they needed access without me there rather than trying to work out a compromise. I would have been more than willing to come back at that stage of the repair and unlock the phone for them. After they tried to convince me to give them the code, I refused again. They finally accepted I wasnt going to give it. They proceeded with the repair. When I picked up the phone, I noticed that they had voided their 90 day warranty for the repair without telling me that if I didnt give them the code, it would void the warranty.Bottom line - take your phone somewhere else. These guys dont respect your privacy or communicate the terms/expectations of the phone repair youre paying for. Also, their staff could use a course on customer service and people skills.Response to post:Its not like car keys at all... Cell phones have a considerable amount of sensitive data: banking apps, personal pictures/messages, and so much more. If you dont understand that folks want to maintain privacy with their phone, you are seriously detached from the desires of your customers.

I absolutely loved their service. They were super quick so I was able to get my iPhone screen repaired between classes (20-30 minutes) and they were the best price in town. Definitely love my new screen!

I love Shanda, she’s an awesome individual. From a company standpoint, the pricing here is expensive and I’ve had issues every time I’ve had glass replaced. I recently went back in for my iPhone back glass and had it fixed. a few days later, the glass started to look like it was separating or discoloring. I went in to show Shanda & her husband, who were quick to point fingers for the issue. When I later went to another company to get it fixed, they took off the back and physically showed me how the problem could have been resolved. I was disappointed that iPhixd didn’t take time with me to find a solution, instead played the blame-game. It would have been such a better experience for me if they would have sat down to help me figure out the problem - I even would’ve been willing to pay again. It was that I felt brushed off that made me frustrated.

Quality personable service. Went kayaking with my phone which I do not recommend trying, and they were able to dry and clean it out and replace the battery to get it up and running again! I am so glad I came here and was able to retrieve my priceless photos from my waterlogged phone. And it still works like a charm!

IPhixd did an amazing job repairing my iPhone 6. I took it to them after the screen appeared to have died and the phone was unresponsive to touch inputs most of the time. We arrived later in the day than we hoped, and were actually planning on going to find a new replacement phone. They told us they thought they could repair it, and indicated they would be able to do it before they closed that evening. The repair was done in a much shorter time than I expected, and they were able to repair the phone that I expected was going to have to be replaced. They have a great customer oriented attitude and are great at fixing phones. I had also just had a new screen protector professionally installed the previous week at a different place. He was able to reinstall this screen protector on the new screen at no charge, saving me a lot of money for a new screen protector. I am very impressed with their professionalism and service, and would gladly recommend them to anyone who has any phone issues. Great work by a great team. Highly recommend them!

Its been having problems again, so we took it in and they knew exactly what was wrong (I guess it had some corrosion on the motherboard built up) and they fixed it in less than an hour! I had a cracked screen on my note 5. They were fast and efficient. If you have issues with anything I recommend taking it here first. It cost a few bucks but a heck of a lot cheaper than a new phone.

The technician was very up front about the cost and the time to repair my Nexus 4 screen (phantom clicks and swipes). They were able get parts the quickest and at the same price as a few other repair locations. After the parts arrived they repaired everything in one day. They even transferred my screen protector. They recommended that I get a new battery (which they then installed for me later at no additional cost). They were very friendly and service oriented. I have no qualms giving them 5/5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

I went when the store hours said it was closed, I saw a sir being helped so I went in. So I went in and asked about my phone being fixed he fixed it within 20 mins. Got my screen fixed here as suggested by my phone carrier, not only did the screen never fully work but i went through 3 replacements, a camera replacement and lots of time spent going in. I went to a different shop where they showed me that the quality of screen they used was very poor, discolored and causing the problem to my screen ( finger swiping not being read), im very disappointed i spent money here and they were unable to fix the issue that apparently was being caused by their screens. I went to sell my phone because I upgraded with my carrier and wasnt able to get what my phone was worth due to the crappy screen quality.

This was perfect for what I needed! They were able to make a quick diagnosis and repair the problem in a short amount of time. It was very helpful and way cheaper than getting a new phone all together.

Went into a store on an emergency basis after my phone screen had shattered and began to fall apart. I wasnt quoted a price (given I never asked either) but was told itd take about 45 minutes. Surely enough I returned closer to an hour later to receive my phone back with a beautiful new screen. I picked out a new case for it while I was in the store, and then billed for less than $200. Customer service was great, and service was fast. As of now, I havent had any problems with the repairs that have been made. Would definitely return if i needed anymore repairs made.

I had an iPhone 5C and it had popped out of the back. I went into IPhixd to get it popped back in. On top of getting my phone back into place, they cleaned out the camera and inside of my phone to make sure everything was still working properly. All they needed to do was pop it back into place but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

I had them replace a shattered iPhone screen, which these guys took care of in less than an hour. There were a couple of issues with my repair, so I brought my phone back in the next day. They were easy to deal with, and they straightened everything out. I would definitely go back for service here rather than ship my phone off to Apple and wait a week.

For $130 and a lot of time and aggravation, I went from a WORKING phone with a cracked screen.... To a phone with a cracked screen that cant even be unlocked that is BROKEN beyond use.I have never been motivated to write a poor review for a company until today. My husband dropped his phone and cracked the screen. The phone was still functioning but the cracks were annoying. He took his phone in to have the screen replaced. He paid $130 up front for the screen to be ordered. When the screen arrived about a week later, he had the new screen put on. This screen had arrived defective, with a nick out of the top. The store employee told him to be careful and not break it further.When he tried to use his phone with the new screen, it was very difficult because it wasnt touch sensitive. The display changed colors to a muted and washed out look and there were some dead looking pixels on the opening screen. As luck would have it, his phone slipped off a table in our house onto the floor. I felt like a phone should be able to withstand a small fall like this. I felt like the glass broke like it did because it was a very cheap and subpar replacement. The company feels like glass breaks and he just dropped it too hard after being told not to. I acknowledge that they didnt see the phone fall and they cant control what happens to it after it goes out the door.This is where things get dicey for us and the company. The replacement screen comes in and is installed on the phone. It is also defective, not in appearance, but in the fact that the screen is not touch sensitive and will not work. So they offer to have us wait another few days for them to order another screen from a different supplier because they figured somehow they ordered two bad screens from a reputable company that were just unusually defective.They offer, for another $50, to order a screen from a good company ($190 total for a new screen and having to go in three times and wait all the days for the ordering in between). They offer to warranty this screen and if it doesnt work, they will be sure to take care of us. I counter offered them to pay $50 for the original defective screen that my husband broke further by dropping (because yes, that was his fault, yes he had been told to be careful, He had NOT been told the company couldnt get reimbursed for the detective screen of it didnt come back in exactly the same condition), $50 for the new screen from the good supplier, and leaving $30 for labor (the original $130 that we paid). They didnt feel that $30 for labor was enough since they had to work on the phone multiple times. Yes, they did. We also had to wait for a week between screens and go in and pick it up and wait for them to work on it so it was taking a lot of time for us also.He said that he was trying to make it right and make us happy. I asked him if word of mouth was worth anything to him. So heres my word of mouth. Just take the $130 and put it towards a new phone or try somewhere else. Youll have a working phone much faster than multiple trips, waiting for shipping and the aggravation and emotional toll of trying to work with this company.On the bright note, the company said none of this would be a problem if my husband hadnt dropped the phone. Yes, but none of this would be a problem if it wasnt a defective screen either.Were at a stale mate. We each have valid points. But my point is that, while they say they will go to bat for you, THEY WONT MAKE ANY PROBLEMS RIGHT.

My speaker on the phone had been broken and I was hesitant to let anyone fix it for fear theyd make it worse. I happened to be next door and talked to them about it. They were very pleasant and very professional. Their work area was clean and tidy and it looked like they took pride in their work. I left my phone to be fixed (hard to do!) and they had it done quickly. They fixed it and cleaned it too. They didnt pressure me about any add ins but I did get a new screen cover. Ive had my phone repaired at iPhixd multiple times (Im clumsy like that) and when I was having issues with my MacBook they helped me out with that too! Ill never go anywhere else! They also have an awesome warranty on all of their repairs (which I havent had to use, but they made sure I knew about it just in case) and a lifetime replacement plan on tempered glass screen protectors, theyll install a new one for $10 after you buy the first one for $35 ( I have had to use this one a few times, like I said. Im Clumsy.) the quality of service is unparalleled.

After a horrible experience with my phones actual manufacturer I was so glad that they were able to get my phone fixed in less than a week! They had to order parts in because my phone is less common, and the back of my phone cracked but its made of wood. Other than that I was just glad to have a working phone again.

We took our ipad with a shattered screen in at about 11 am and had it back by around 3 pm. Theyre polite, quick, and they do a great job.

I have had multiple devices in to iPhixd for repair, screen protector, etc., and every single time they have been timely, courteous, and the work has been done with quality workmanship. My sons iPod touch (4th generation) had some difficulty with the adhesive used on the original screen replacement, and they re-did the work, no questions asked. When asked about putting a new screen protector on it, because the old one had to be removed, I was told I would only have to pay the $5 installation fee. I was extremely satisfied and even surprised that they were so great to work with. I will continue to go to iPhixd for future needs for sure! I dont understand the negative reviews above, as I have never experienced the sort of behavior described from anyone over there and I have had multiple people help me. Each time its been great.
