My kids loved getting their haircut by Kalista, she made them both feel at ease and comfortable. My son left with his favorite and ol reliable haircut he’s been rocking for years and my daughter decided on a shaved undercut, they both turned out so amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

Kalista gave my little boy (19 months) a super cute haircut and she was really good with him. He screamed through his first haircut but he did really good with kalista because she was so gentle with him and let him touch the clippers before she started on his hair. She did really well and she was really friendly

These were the poorest haircuts my kids have ever had. There was no attempt to make their hair look nice. My daughter came out in tears because the stylist just ripped the comb through her hair rather than trying to brush gently through it. I wondered why it was so easy to get an appointment. Now I know why...

Got a coupon to go here for a $10 hair cut. Not the best overall in terms of quality cuts. My style was uneven and had to make some adjustments when I got home. Will stick will other groups in town.

Took my daughter in for a Jr. High haircut and the stylist did such a great job, cutest edgy bob ever! They were covid compliant, very clean and they honored our appointment time, no wait. Great salon experience.

We got overcharged and didn’t realize it until later. 3 kids haircuts should not cost as much as it did. They were also slow. Never going to use again.

Came in 30 minutes before close to get a little boys haircut and the lady refused to cut his hair cause she had an appointment at 450 and didnt have time in the 20 minutes to do it. She was playing on her phone and just being lazy. Worst experience ever.

I asked for a trim and my layers to be cleaned up a bit since they grew out some. it ended up very crooked and when i asked for it to be fixed i was given very passive aggressive treatment and two inches ended up being chopped off. I have very short hair so this was devastating to me, especially since I had just dyed it. I do not recommend getting your hair cut with their older staff.

Not very impressed with the stylists there. They are kinda friendly, but the one who was checking me in wasnt. The stylists who cut my hair was friendly, but Im wondering how experienced she was. She didnt make sure all the lengths matched on my hair, and I left with some longer than others for the style I had. She was just doing a trim on it and thinking through my layers. Last time I went here was a year ago and wasnt very thrilled then either.

I was told they didnt have time for a walk in appointment 30 minutes before closing time, for an infants hair cut. Only one person working and no other customers.

Sarah is amazing! Shes cut my hair 3 times now. Shes nice, and fun to talk to. She does an awesome cut, BEST person to make an appointment with! Ill continue to keep going back for sure.

Arent very friendly, and they fee you an additional $3.50 for a covid cleaning fee which is BS. They should really be cleaning like that all the time anyway.

I have had bad experiences at hair places before so I always ask for a manager. I figure Im safer that way. So I came in and had the manager, Jami color and cut my hair. I brought in pictures. Long story short, the cut was good. The color was not so good. I wanted dark mahogany at the roots that faded down to the ends into a red. Ombre. My hair is all a lighter mahogany shade. One color. Not happy. Jami said she could make it darker on top the next day if I came in but I wasnt going to be in town.

I receive a hair cut here. It looked wonderful when I left. But the next day after I showered there where 3 1 inch pieces of hair on my front hair line. They looked horrible. Definitely not happy with this place.

After having a bad experience at another shop my son will not go anywhere else to get his hair cut. He always gets it cut exactly how he wants it.

Checked in at 12:05 they said 30 minute wait and it would be 12:35 waited until 12:50 and someone that came in after myself got called up before me! I could hear the stylists that I was next but it made no difference they started cutting the other persons hair and said nothing to me!! I left and will never get my hair cut at Supercuts again.

I go to the same women each time as my girls at home like the haircuts I get there.

The only thing I didnt like is that the sinks didnt have padding around the neck area. Had a crick in my neck the next day.

My little girl decided to curl her own hair by wrapping a fine toothed comb around and around...and around it very tightly, down to her scalp. This was right in front and was not budging despite all my efforts. I was so scared it would hav to be cut down to the scalp to get the comb out. The girls at Super Cuts were awesome! They patiently worked on my little girls hair for TWO HOURS and managed to untangle her hair from the comb without having to cut it at all! We were both soooo happy! I am so thankful to them for their great customer service and dedication to turning this situation around into a WIN! Big thanks to you guys!
