Best customer service ever. Kelly was on my MacBook issue immediately and found me a work around that saved me over $800. Completely professional and at the same time personable and truly helpful. I wont go anywhere else now.

I used these guys to diagnose my DIY computer build when I was not able to produce a signal for the monitor when I first fired it up. I knew it must be a faulty component, but I had no equipment to be able to troubleshoot it. I dropped it off, and they quickly discovered that the motherboard was faulty. They refused to accept payment, though I insisted that they need to, because they helped me out tremendously, but alas, they refused. These guys are nice, generous, professional, and I highly recommend them. Go give them so love.

It was ok the price pretty expensive she did not lube my fans to fix the rattle but at least my ssd was installed the wait time was too long but the job was done 👍

They are great. Helped me with hard drive install, trouble shoot any other hardware issues and install windows 10. I have never seen my laptop fly so fast and yes it was after I have installed all my programs I need. Cant thank you guys enough. :)

They did good work at a good price. Anthony was the name of the guy that replaced my hard drive with a better hard drive after my old one took a dumb on me. I keep some private information on my laptop and wasnt worried about it while they did the repairs. They also installed upgrades and better software on my laptop than what I had for free. Good shop and nice guys working there.

Fast, friendly, reliable. Free drive and virus etc. scans, and if they find nothing wrong (or the problem can be easily fixed at home), you dont pay! Will always be taking sick machines there!

They are very professional and eager to resolve your computer issues. I went in with a desktop that I thought would end up being a total loss, with the crash my computer had. I was told they would do a free diagnostic to check for any issues. Well they found a minor issue and fixed that, True to their word there was no charge. I will continue to use this shop for any computer issues. I also just got an email stating they will followup in a few days and again in a month to see if my computer is still running good.
