Great place to get personalized training!!! This workout is different than anything Ive ever done . I feel great everytime I leave there . Tom is fantastic and makes it fun to be working out!!

Great place for one on one training or group classes. Tom is knowledgeable and keeps everything upbeat and fun. His classes are tough, but modifications can be made to suit your level of fitness. Pricing is extremely fair for one on one and his classes are a great deal. Whether your a beginner or a fitness expert, Tom has something for you.

Started working out here while our daughter did gymnastics at Flips next door. Now we come here 2 to 3x a week. Get personalized workouts tailored to my wife, my 13 year old son, and myself at a really amazing price. Staff is great and really knowledgable. Will adjust workouts to suit your body type or if you are recovering from an injury. I also appreciate the nutrition and supplement advice they give. Recommend checking them out.

Great trainer, great regimen classes are hard work, but lots of fun.
