Andromeda has been maintaining our network for over 20 years. More important than the fact that they know what they are doing, they are responsive when you need them. We would not trust our infrastructure with anybody else.

Andromeda has been our Tech Support vendor for over 6 months and has done a great job! Being a small company it has been a huge benefit to have a help desk for tech support for our day to day. Andromeda has also successful migrated our email from Gmail to Microsoft Exchange in addition to assisting with equipment orders, cyber audits, and recommendations for enhanced security.

Im not quite sure what to make of Andromeda Technology Solutions although I had high hopes after speaking with Bill Utz. I contacted them on behalf of my condo HOA board to request a quote for a security camera system for our complex. Before we had any sort of estimate in-hand, a slightly pushy salesman tried to instead angle his way into my place of work to try to get referrals/leads from our business. That ended it right there; not sure what sort of operation is being run over there but it sounds like theyre getting really hungry and I found that off-putting.

In the area
