Monday: call W& F...nobody answers, so I leave a message. Tuesday: no return phone call. Wednesday: I call again....nobody answers so I leave a message. Thursday: no return phone call. Friday: call yet again, and yet again nobody answers so I leave a THIRD message . The following Monday I call my doctor and tell him I cannot get them to call me back and nobody answers the phone. He tells me to call the branch in Dearborn. Not only did they answer the phone on the first try, but scheduled my appointment. Thanks for wasting a week of my time W & F Livonia.

Wasted Two hours of my time. Could not fill a simple request. Everyone in the place is untrained and lacking in Medicare procedures.Spoke to my Doctor and he sent me to a place that filled it in 15 minutes.There are plenty of medical supply places that would appreciate your business and respect your time while these people sit and do nothing.

Quick helpful, did all the work on gathering medical information from Dr and Insurance Company. Venessa we spoke with on the phone about 12 Noon at 3pm the two walkers were Dr Approved Insurance Approved Ready to go. We have no vehicle so our round trip price was $26.00 but the Lyft Driver was such a pleasant polite young man he waited the few minutes for us to sign our paperwork and im greatful for that.Thankyou for making our visit easy for both my son and i.

Im a former physical therapist and was VERY impressed with all of the professionalism at this facility. Brian was an excellent evaluator of my unique condition and showed incredible knowledge and insight. I definitely recommend that people take the time to bring their issues here and am confident that they will leave with a long term solution.

I had an appointment today at 4pm. Lairicia was the first to greet with a wonderful beautiful smile. Very professional and made sure I made it to the exam room in a timely manner. Then I met Darlene another warm greeting. Took the time showed me a great trick how to put on my compression socks. Overall these two associates made my time there very enjoyable.

I got the run around when trying to get a pair of diabetic shoes. This has happened twice. This last time my podiatrist faxed the information that Wright & Filippis required 4 times and Wright & Filippis said that they never got any of them. I hand delivered them the same information and then a month later they said I needed to get my PCP to fax additional information. My original visit was in October. Its ridiculous that they cant get things done.

My experience at this office today and in the past was awesome. Lairicia and Darlene were awesome and answered all my questions and concerns. Fast service and I got a call to pick up my back brace in no time. Very convenient and very courteous!

I would recommend this location to anyone looking for their services. I received a prescription for a CAM Boot for my injured ankle and called them near their closing time yesterday. By the end of the phone call I had an appointment for today first thing. I got great customer service from Lairicia as she took all my information for the boot and than was fitted by Darlene. The whole process was quick and everyone at this facility was friendly. Wright & Filippis you should be proud of how well they represent your company at this facility

I just stopped into the Wright and Filippis on Plymouth Road. The ladies at the front counter where so helpful and kind. I needed to get a walker for my dad and they explained all of my options and the types of walkers that they had. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Horrible service and astronomical prices even after insurance portion. I don’t know how they stay in business. I will never be able to get back the hour I waited just for an elastic back brace. Fuming mad!!!

I have been coming here for a while now to get fitted for diabetic shoes and custom orthotics. I enjoy my visit when I know Im gonna meet up with Allison. She takes great care and concern for her patients and customers. She is also very nice ,professional and informative.

My son has been coming to this location for 6yrs. for orthotics due to being a toe walker as a toddler. Everyone is very professional and accommodating. Brian and George are the best!

We are extremely pleased with the staff and services of Wright& Fillips located at Livonia. We have been working with Brian for the past 4 years, he is very skilled , knowledgeable and compassionate. My daughter got benefited by several custom build braces from this facility and she is continuing to progress. We are extremely satisfied with thier Workman ship.

Today I met with the staff here in Livonia MI. Lairicia was great with getting me checked in and all the staff members were great and knowledgeable. Amanda, Sara and Marissa are very good at their jobs because all of these ladies know there job very well. If you need medical supplies I do suggest stopping here.

The staff is very polite, professional, and personable. Even though I came in 15 minutes before they closed they worked to get my script filled and didnt give me a hard time. Darlene and Lairicia were absolutely phenomenal!! Hopefully I wont need more medical stuff but if I do I know where Im going...

Every one is nice and kind. I was a walk in so I was expecting a long wait. It was about a hour all together for my registration and fitting for Brace. My helper Caleda was so nice helping me. I like the putting the information on the computer and not having to fill out paperwork. Save a lot of time. Over all it was good experience. Thank you Livonia staff office.

Brian Paulson from the Livonia office was very helpful. He fitted me for my leg brace. Thus far it is working out well. I feel as though I am able to walk better.

I went in Friday at 430p for hand braces. Marissa was very nice and friendly, even when having to tell me they didnt have a fitter on site that day. Mr. George heard and was willing to assist and help me get my braces.He was so helpful and friendly to us. Even gave my 7 yr old a book.Very appreciative I didnt have to come back on Monday. Because I really needed this braces.

Lairicia, Darlene were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Wright& Filippis to everyone. Have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

I have been a client of Wright and Phillips for several years. I have been completely satisfied with their service. The lead Orthotist Brian has been so helpful with fitting me and servicing the braces I need to wear. I would recommend using the Livonia office to those in need of their services.

At first they seemed like they would be helpful, turned out to be a long, long wait like being at the secretary of state. If you can, go somewhere else to get your durable medical good. As slow as they were, you can drive a greater distance and get your product faster than being here. Wright & Filipis Livonia is horrible.

The women at the front desk were not very professional. They talked amongst themselves while the phone rang and rang and rang. I wanted to answer it for them. They only had ONE size for crutches and said it would be 1-2 weeks before another size would come in if they placed the order today. 1-2 weeks? We went somewhere else and got them right away. I highly suggest Binsons if you dont have luck here.

My experience with the Livonia location was great Allison did everything to have my doctor to fax the right script so I can get my socks she promptly called me in to get fitted explained everything to me it was a wonderful experience dealing with her I will return for anything I may need from them

They did not complete my order in time, its been 4 weeks, insurance ended, no shoes. There was no communication from them UNTIL l started questioning where my items were. If what they say is true I could have pursued the paperwork myself and got this handled but I was not notified that all of the forms I gave them were not enough. What a waste of time and benefits!

I would like to personally thank two of your employees again (Darlene and Lairicia) for their hard work in helping my brother obtain the correct knee high compression stockings due to his severe case of lymphedema in both legs. Their knowledge, support, patience and professionalism was outstanding.Lairicia followed up repeatedly to assure my brother would receive his compression stockings as quickly as possible. She worked diligently with me to receive the correct prescription from his doctor which was finally accepted by the insurance company.Darlene measured his legs accurately assuring he would receive the correct size compression stockings. She even took the time to train us all on how to properly assist my bother in putting them on and taking them off.It is quite obvious that both of them love their job, are in the right profession and definitely care about their customers. We greatly appreciated their service. Thank you again Darlene and Lairicia!

To bad the is not a zero rating on here..Although the 3 held up front we very professional as a as the person that fitted my husband for a CAM boot on 1/12/17.. However he was unable to pick up the boot until 1/20/17... The manager (Rachel) was unbelievably unprofessional.. Or insurance company approved the boot several days before and had informed my husband I was completely cover.. But we were told by Wright and Filipis that we could not pick it up until they received a fax from the podiatrist.. I contacted the podiatrist and she told me she faxed it several times and spoke to the manager..(Rachael).. When I called and addressed with them that my Dr had sent it to and she to the Manager she laughed and said oh no honey Im the manager and I never spoke to them.. I stated is this Rachael. She said yes... Then how do I know for name because my Dr told me your name because she spoke to you..5 minutes later I get a call back stating thru have the paperwork and I can come get the boot.. I addressed Rachael at the store and she stated she never said it... Or insurance company had contacted us on Wed stating that the boot was covered in full.. So what we we waiting on? Travel to look in her fax receive box I guess. Mean while my husband unable to walk... Called corporate office to report Rachael.. Wonder how that will be turn care of.. Reading the other reviews looks like common practice

Go 4 miles up Farmington Road to Binsons Medical Supply. If they dont have what you need Binsons will find it.Wright and Filippis looks like a large Call Center. Did not feel very welcomed

Wow, what a completely different experience at the Livonia location compared to Dearborn! They are so kind, professional and efficient at the Livonia location. Lairicia is so sweet and so helpful...both on the phone and in person. Amanda was very nice too and I happened to be calling to say I was stuck in traffic. Darlene was a pleasure as well. She was quick and fit me with exactly what was needed. Very pleased with my experience at the Livonia location. I went to the Dearborn location first because it was across the street from the doctor. Sorry to say the Dearborn location was rude and dismissive. I will always give my business and refer others to Livonia location.

Brian Paulson is the best orthotist that my wife has ever been to and she has been to many and some were terrible. Marissa and Lairica, at the front desk, were terrific, friendly and efficient.

He is professional and thorough, always going the extra mile for the good of the students. Truly the best!!

Took over 6 weeks of phone tag to just get paperwork right it was a lot of he said she said long wait time just over all the patient suffers and its all because of the god old mighty dollar, , i will find a better store i hope

Walked out after 25 minutes. Inattentive, poor attitude of receptionist. Was one other person there waiting....so no excuse for delays. Clearly could care less about servicing clients. A simple wrist measurement...2 minutes. Then I see all these other reviews...spot on.

I would only give this company one star! Because of one and only one employee. Go in for an appointment and I am the only one waiting and I sat for almost a half hour while the morning staff was behind the counter eating and talking about their personal life and complaing. They do not give you a follow up call when your order is in. You have to constantly call and check. The ONLY person who knows what they are doing and has been professional and very kind is Jessica. Last week I called on some diabetic shoes that I have been waiting on for three months because there has been so many issues. I spoke with a woman named Judy. She was very rude couldnt not or should I say did not want to help me and passed me over to the Flint office who than did not understand why should couldnt help me. When people I know hear that I went here they have notjing good to say about this company. My family and I have given them alot of business. Never again! We will go to Binsons. I will also tell everyone I know including my doctors to use Binsons.

The main Secretary was extremely rude & unnecessarily impatient all because we were a walk in. I guess if doing your dam job is an inconvenience then quit! Its not my sons fault he needed a foot brace. Nor that walk ins are accepted but treated unprofessionally. The other ladys were very polite.

Very happy and content with the care and attention my daughter gets with her braces. Brian is very knowledgeable on what will best fit her needs!

We called them and they told us they had the item we needed. We said we were driving from about an hour away and they said no problem. We get there and are told to sign in as a walk-in. We sat there for awhile and they asked for id, insurance, and drs prescription. Sat awhile more. Then we were told the fitter had a 2 hr appt and then another appt before we could be seen. We waited for another half hour hoping someone could just show us the item. Finally we were told they could not help us this same day (Fri), but if we came back next Thurs we could be helped. We needed this item sooner! We went home, ordered the item from Amazon and will be taking it to the drs nurse to show us how it should be worn.

Five MONTHS passed after being measured before I received a compression garment. I was instructed by my surgeon to wear this for 23 hrs/day for 12 months to prevent scarring that would affect my mobility, and the doctor that fitted me here told me they rush orders for this type of injury for that reason. FIVE MONTHS it took for them to fill my order. FIVE MONTHS. Were they weaving it from spider silk?I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, and Id go out of my way to avoid them. Id drive across two states if need be to find somewhere else.Ill reiterate: FIVE MONTHS TO FILL AN ORDER! Thats ridiculous.

I was a walk in new client seen by Marissa who got me in, and out in no time! Fast, efficient and polite!

A sloppy run outfit with no ability to prioritize. Inattentive staff prefers to use their cell phones and play with each other to taking care of patients. They make free an easy with your time and simply have no clue when you resent them not paying attention to the appointments they make. The support people do not know health insurance very well and have very poor patient care skills. They dont even know the companys own paper shuffling requirements but they have all kinds of time to socialize rather than learn these necessary skills. Very poorly run and very frustrating. Binsons, just up the street at Farmington and the I-96 service drive is a much, much better choice. Thats where I went and no regrets.

If there was zero stars, that would be an appropriate rating.
