I live in a 6th floor apartment here in Denver. My building has 2 elevators one (west elevator) goes up to the 5th floor & the other (east elevator) to the 6th floor. Ive lived in this apartment for a year. The elevator has worked a total of approximately 2 months non-consecutively during this period. The rental office & higher ups have repeatedly contacted marshden elevator for proper permanent repairs, but it is never completed. I myself have emailed the marshden office, Ive called several times attempting to leave a message for James, but the mailbox is always FULL. Then one day in December a man answered their emergency number identifying himself as, James the owner. I explained my health issues involving the stairs & he didnt care, even when I let him know that several times myself & other tenants have been stuck in both elevators that he is responsible for maintaining. I included that many times both east & west elevators are inoperable at the same time.So unprofessional & uncaring. I have also started communication with the BBB of Denver. I have all of the email correspondence, the numerous maintenance requests including todays & am moving forward.March 3, 2021 9:19 PM UPDATE:As a result of this review, Marshden Elevator contacted my apartment office & said they will not service our elevators. How is that resolution?
