We are an urgent care group with multiple locations through out north east Ohio that initially used Physician Ally to renegotiate our contracts with payers back in 2016-2017 We worked with Holly Monogue at that time and we had a great experience over all. In fact I have referred many clinics to physicians ally since that time. 2 years later we reached out to physician ally once again to assist us with contracting and other billing needs however our experience was very much different. After numerous attempts to reach Holly via email and phone over the course of weeks I received not a single reply back . At first I thought she no longer worked for physician ally so I called the main office to inquire and to my surprise she was still very much apart of the company and the secretary reassured me I would hear back from her . Sure enough Holly replied back to me via email later that day in a manner that suggested she did not want to be bothered totally disregarding the multiple attempts to reach her via phone and email and instead directed us to one of her colleagues. Upset we none the less brushed it off and decided to give physician ally another chance. Our Director of operations received an introduction email from one of their billing specialist and he expressed his eagerness to get things rolling for us however after a single email we stopped hearing from him. He never responded to our emails again . Whats most upsetting about our experience with Physician Ally is how much business I must have given them over the years. Their services are NOT cheap. We have spent thousands of dollars utilizing their services at that time and our rapport with Holly was exceptional. I have no idea what has happened to them over the years and why they think they will can survive in a highly competitive industry while being so rude and dismissive to clients. I know very well how important referrals are for billing companies. I also know how important google reviews are in a consumer driven world . Its unfortunate how the poor work ethnic of a couple employees can cost a company tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue. What a shame
