This place CANT POSSIBLY be under the same managements as a few years ago. Every time it’s some excuse why a 20 minute programming job can’t be done. No one answers the phone. Because I can’t get anyone on the phone I have come by this place three times. Well, the third time does it. Maybe they just don’t want MY business, could it be because I’m female or.....

Terrible service. The man is standing here on a personal call as I type this and has YET to assist me.

Stood in the front of store for a solid few minutes. Some guy came out, didnt even acknowledge me, and went back. Waited a few more minutes and still noone to ask me if I needed help. Just left. Customer service is something to be desired to say the least.

Didn’t listen to a word I had to say. Basically told me what I was gonna get and rushed my car into the garage cause they were slow... messed up my sub woofer, messed up my Sirius XM, and after spending almost $1300 I was told I was going to have to spend more to get the things they messed up fixed...waited 3+ weeks on a call to fix said mistakes and was run in circles! Not worth anyone’s time or hard earned money. Horrible service.

Very good work I believe its the father who opened it or uncle and now its either his son or nephew thats running it. Pretty cool guy hell definitely hook you up. they installed Memphis Audio 12-inch subs and 500 watt amp in my Nissan Altima definitely rocks.

The first trip the service guys had to stay late to finish without complaint to ensure it was all finished and I could drive home. I called next day with 2 complaints. I was gracious and so were they. Asked me to come back up.... 2 hours drive so I made it in a couple weeks. They Had my complaint written down and completely fixed the issues I had. So I decided to have my subs installed. Couldnt be happier. This is a case of you get what you pay for and treat people the way you want to be treated... Ill definitely be back with my side by side.

I recently had a custom horn installed on my F350 PU truck. I brought a box of parts and asked Auto Audio if they could install it for me. They gave me a great price and I had them install it. This is one of the most professional installations Ive seen. I am extremely pleased with this installation. Everything is tight and secure and well placed.Thanks Auto Audio!! Im looking forward to buying my new sound system from them and having them install it. These guys are PROS!

I am extremely disappointed. I go up to the store to get an estimated price on a radio install, they told me $205 for everything. I said fine and scheduled an appointment for that Friday to drop it off. I drop it off after 5 HOURS later, I still havent heard back from them. They then tell me it should be ready in 30 minutes. So I arrive there and they told me the price is $296. I said wait you told me it was only $205 not $296. He then tells me he had to install something else. So without any phone calls you decide to take it upon yourself to install it. Not only that, now my steering wheel controls and my chimes no longer work, neither which he told me before the install. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend at all. If you go there be ready for them to not give you a straight forward price.

I Have had 2 Vehicles tinted here in the last couple months. They were able to get to them the same day I called. I even had to work late and they were nice enough to lock my vehicle up inside their shop overnight so it would be safe for me to come get it the following morning! Their Price is better than most and the tint jobs were done flawlessly.

Very nice staff, but horrible organization. Went back and forth for 5 weeks before finally giving up. First they forgot to write my appointment down, then forgot to order the part, then the part would be coming in in a week, then I was told to wait one more week, and then another. I was told he would give me a call when it was in but I never received one.

They did a good job installing my new audio system and ba kup camera, problem arised when I noticed that the wrong unit had been installed. Sales person recognized it was wrong and said they would get in a replacement and fix the issue.That was over three weeks ago. This retailer will not phone me to let me know the status, and when I have called him there is always some excuse. Friday I called him and asked if I could get with him on Monday to resolve the issue, he said fine. I went to his location only to find they were shut. I would suggest finding an alternate more reliable retailer.

Over the years I have had a remote start installed and my windows tinted. I came here because these people have a reputation for doing professional work and standing behind it. They exceeded my expectations in both cases. Several weeks after the window tint was applied I did have a problem. The tint began to peel on one window corner. I called, scheduled an appointment and the problem was immediately resolved. The quality of their merchandise and the staffs product knowledge is exceptional. I wouldnt go elsewhere.

Disappointed...made an appointment on Monday to get my car detailed Saturday at 9 a.m. because I had to go out of town around 1:30 pm. Dropped it off, and had someone pick me up (they said itd take 2-3 hrs). At 12:30, 3.5 hours later, I hadnt heard from them, so I called to check the status of my car. They told me the couldnt get ahold of the detailing guy, so my car hadnt been looked at yet. And they werent even apologetic about it. I had someone then drive me all the way back there to pick it up. The detailing guy had just showed up, saying they only just called him 20 min ago to tell him about my car. I told him the appointment had been made days in advance and I didnt have time now, because I had to leave town. He kept asking me to take his business card, but I told him no one taking responsibility for this or being apologetic for the inconvenience so Im not interested. I expected to get a discount or other incentive to use his or Auto Audios services. Didnt happen. I will now take my business somewhere else.

Got my windows tinted here and it came out perfectly

On two occasions I took off work to take my car over there for the morning for an install. I had made an appointment for this a couple of weeks in advance, and they knew what they job was going to be. Both times I got there and they told me the part was not in and had to reschedule. The second time I did not reschedule. Something is wrong with a company when this happens more than once, and in other reviews I see it happened to others. Not professionally run.

Went in to figure out why my sound was choppy and cutting out when I turned up volume. Was told I needed to change radio out. I did. No problems on that end cause I wanted to change it anyway. The problem was that he told me it would only take an hour. I got there at around 1230pm but didnt leave til after 4pm. I was charged over $600.00 for the JVC KW-R920BTS and the hourly fee but didnt get speakers. Im disappointed that they charged me more for spending way more time on the job than promised.

Stay away, said would do work Monday, part not in stock, Tuesday lunch said starting on it, Tuesday evening said Wednesday, walked away. Nice people but 3 days for 1 hour amp install just not cool.

Walked in for simple questions about stereos and window tinting. Was cussed at by the manager while I was on my personal phone dealing with another issue since I had not been approached. Had several cars that I was needing tinted. Two guys had two different quotes. 20 dollar difference in doing two Windows to a whole car. They were rude, and unprofessional and will be turned in to better business bureau. Also while in the store a very nice man had a system p ut in his truck. After picking truck up realized they had messed up his brand new truck that he had to take to his own body shop bc the truck was brand new and the guys said the lights were already on his new truck. The guy was treated bad as well as I was ...Ill take 5 cars elsewhere! Terrible terrible customer service.... They probably wont be open much longer if I have anything to do with it. Also owner said they had the best reviews in little rock! Nice 2.6. This place is a joke!

Horrible experience. This is the 2nd time Ive used them and they ripped me off again. They didnt complete install and made excuses like amateurs. More than anything, the owner has a horrible attitude and doesnt know what good customer service means. Do not give them your business!

Same story here. I was told one price and when I went to pick up my vehicle it was a thousand dollars more. After two days I went to pick my vehicle up and the install was so sloppy I had them redo it. This was a brand new vehicle with less than a 100 miles on it and they didnt even bother to vacum the car afterwards.After the install, some of the features with my steering wheel controls wouldnt work, so I took it back up there to them.They informed me that they told me that my sterring wheel controls wouldnt work! Such BS!!!The owner has no clue how to treat customers and does not follow through with what he promises.

Just like previous review..Spend your hard earned money else where still to date Im getting the run around when you hear I will call you when the part comes in and its been over a month..and you still havent received a call..that says it all..beware!

****UPDATE****I returned after hearing the new management and will defiantly have to point out a large improvement!

I emailed them 2 days ago asking about installing a $2k plus system in my car with no response. I guess they dont need my business.

I bought 2 set of hertz 6×9 in August I pair blew in November I sent them back and now when I call no Manger is available and they say they are going to call back and never do they are the worst people to deal with please spend your hard earned money else where still to date Im getting the run around
