ARA always has good training classes for REALTORS and is usually free.

Why are you against basic habitability protections and are for criminalizing a late payment? Both of which only Arkansas supports? Seems very evil and cold hearted.

The Arkansas Realtors Association is always very helpful. Theyre training and resources are everything a REALTOR needs. Through the Realtors dues each year, everything a REALTOR needs is provided: technology, training, technical computer assistance, etc.

Thieves and con artists. If you rent in arkansas youre basically viewed as cattle and if youre 1 day late on rent they send you packing. You can also spend up to 90 days in jail for related charges! And landlords dont have to fix tenants houses like the rest of the united states. This association lobbied against changes so their wallets would stay packed with minimal effort. Deplorable.
