High Fives to New Hope Prosthetic & Orthotic! While visiting a few weeks ago, I was moved to see first hand what this team is doing for their patients. I was fortunate enough to meet a patient whos prosthetic device will be life changing for him. Learning that New Hope will always be with this patient through every stage is a blessing! I see that they really do go above and beyond!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My ankle brace has never felt right it hurts so bad I can’t wear it. I have returned it at least 4 times to no avail. They are constantly billing me for a messed up brace in the closet. I won’t be going back there anymore they lied and said because of my issues with the brace they would 0 out my balance. Nevertheless I’m being threatened to be sent to a collection agency😡😡😡. I don’t mind paying for something that works but this is ridiculous.

I know there are amputees that are soo bad he or she can’t wear a prosthesis. Try New hope. I feel love and compassion from these people and they know what they are doing compare to hanger, snell, etc. I have been to all these companies and if you don’t use new hope, enjoy being a number and not a patient.
