My first visit at this location was well over 2 years ago. I was not pleased but I decided today that I was in the area and would give them a try again.After being led to a seat and given some acetone and cotton ball, no one ever came back and spoke to me. With an almost dry cotton ball I continued to work to get the polish off myself for 40 minutes. No one ever returned to tell me that they were busy and it would be another 10 ,20, 45 minutes more. Nothing. I looked around Hoping someone would acknowledge that I was still waiting. Nothing. I got up and left. I don’t think anyone noticed.

This place is amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean, bright, and open feeling spa. Will be back for sure!

I been in this specific nail shop since 11:08a. I came in behind a party of 6 (bridal party) so of course I knew it would be a minute which was perfectly fine. Well it is now 2:25p, that party of 6 been gone since 1p… people have came in after me and are gone (I know for a fact at least 3 people). A young man came in a hour after me for a pedicure as well and my nail tech did him before me; and he’s now gone! I came in for a pedicure, seat number 7 don’t even work to give you a massage while you wait. My nail tech did not even scrub my feet! I do not recommend this shop, & I definitely will not be back! They have lost a customer today.! And didn’t even offer a discount off; still asked for full price.

Expensive for the quality of work. Just had a full set put on and I can tell I’ll be back in less than a week with repairs because they’re so thin. The tips are too narrow for my nails and the gel polish is dull and already scuffing after 2 hours.

My first experience at this place was great. The lady did my nails professionally and I was happy with the results. However, my second experience was horrific. The man who removed my acrylics (I think his name was Eric) was extremely harsh. He ripped off the nails instead of soaking them in acetone like you’re supposed to do. He splattered the cuticle oil over my nails. It was rushed. Anyhow, the lady at the reception was kind and quick to help me. My nails are damaged, but the lady did a great job at saving them more than they would have been.

I absolutely love this place! The people are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend coming here.

A friend and I went for a mani/pedi. Even though the place was PACKED, and we had to wait a bit, those girls took their time and did a great job. We felt important and of course left feeling pretty!

My tech is fabulous! She listens to my requests and is efficient and detailed. Great service and very clean!! Prices are reasonable.

Quality of nails are poor. I got my nails done on a Saturday by Tuesday 3 acrylic nails had broken. I went to Eric and he did a rushed job. I called Monday after 2 nails had already broken to see if they could make right. The lady said I had to go back to Eric or I would have to pay again and he could and would not be back till Friday. But why would I want someone to do my nails who has proven not to be capable of even making them last a week?Very dissatisfied I will go back to Little Rock nail bar

I got my acrylics on Wednesday and by that night my thumb nail had already come off. The man who did my nails did a really rushed job and I think it was because of all of the walk-ins coming into the store, but I was an appointment. I was happy with the color of my nails but not the quality. I got my toes done also and they were patchy and polish got on my skin. Also he was super harsh when filing my cuticles and made me bleed.

Came here asking for black and white color interchanged on each finger and a design on my ring finger and walked out with all white nails. The nail tech was rough, kept looking around while working with me, didn’t cut my nails before starting to glue my tips on, didn’t do any kind of cuticle care, and left the nails looking bumpy and textured. I know they were busy as it was the day before Easter, but I came here as a birthday treat and left feeling sad with the results. Just expected better from a salon with luxury in the name.

Came in on a busy Friday wanting a color change on my toes (not even a pedi). They were very unprofessional with how they were seating customers regardless of the order we signed in. Multiple people were seated in front of me and when I finally was told to “sit here” no one acknowledged me. When I asked again I stated, “I was told to sit here, is there anyone who can do the color change” I was brushed/waved off by Tony (I believe) “ just go ask her, go ask her”. This was after about 30 mins of waiting which prompted me to walk out I refused to spend a dime there. First time ever going and is definitely the last.

Awesome nail service even though my massage chair didn’t work and they didn’t tell me until I got comfortable.

Very professional & welcoming. I took my mom here for her first pedicure ever and they were so kind to her, she has always been embarrassed by her feet but they made her feel so comfortable. They took their time and were very detailed. Kay & Amy were great! Amy did my nails & did an amazing job.

I showed them a picture and they did the complete opposite of what the picture showed my nails fell off hours after getting them done, my aunts nails arent the same length the lady missed spots, they are over priced, i do not recommended going to get your nails done here!!!

Just ok. Peter did my pedicure and he didnt do the best on my toe nails. I had to clean up polish that got on my skin and my heals were still rough. He only tried to upsell me when I was leaving. Didnt feel like I got my full service.

This is my go-to nail/facial wax shop in Little Rock! Infact, I dont even bother going anywhere else anymore now that I found this crew. The whole staff knows me by name, and are always so friendly and happy to accommodate! Tim is the owner/manager and Ann is my main gal. She is THE BEST! Youll have to call at least a day in advance to get on her schedule, but its well worth it. Tell her Kathryn sent you! ;)

Price was okay but nails turned out great! I asked for something specific and it looked just like the picture.

I called and asked if they could fit me in they assured me they could and my 8 year old daughter and I didn’t get to sit by each other and we waited 45 minutes just a waste of my time and not how you should Treat people if you don’t have room just say so.

Their customer service was ok! BUT they had, well it seemed like new workers/beginners doing my nails. My nails were very sloppy, the acrylic was lumpy, my nails weren’t the same size or length on both hands, and he packed too many coats of nail paint on my nails. I came back and a lady tried to work with me, that’s why I chose to give them a 2 STAR instead of 1.

My sweet friend introduced me to this salon a few months ago. Its fabulous customer service. The owner greeted me right away ( A+ to you ). Seriously these guys were fun and did amazing job. Its a good for GEL color! My pedicure feel exciting as well as natural. I swear I have a wonderful day at here. Will definitely be coming back.

Don’t think I’m coming back here again. Waited forever to get in a chair which people who just arrived for sat down and their nails started. Then an employee raised their voice at us for not choosing a color fast enough. The lady that did my nails gave me an attitude several times and told me I needed to take care of my nails better next time. Not to mention, she did my nails standing up moving around talking to people. When everything was finished, I had polish all over my hands and my nails looked messy with some color missing on the nail. I paid and left.

I booked this place for my bridal party about three weeks in advanced and also confirmed the day before and the day off. They were super packed and also had booked another bridal party.I was shocked when I sat down for my pedicure and after under 5 minutes he was already about to paint my toe nails. It was the fastest and worst pedicure I had ever experienced in my life. I talked to the manager and he did not handle it in the way I felt he should have. Our appointments were for 1pm and I did not leave that shop till after 5pm just for a full set and pedicure because the manager had me wait and let so many people go ahead of me instead of fixing the issue and respecting that I had booked a head and was not given proper service. The full set was super thick and lumpy and they repainted my toes and got some of the dead skin off of my feet that the first guy didnt get off but I never got a real pedicure like I was supposed to. No relaxing, the worst experience I could have had the day before my wedding when I should have been relaxed and just having a great time.What made me even more mad is the guy that rushed my pedicure, liters took an hour or more on the next lady he did which was apart of the other bridal party.Everyone that came with me to got there nails and feet done were all done and gone while I wasted my whole day at this shop for the worst work I had ever gotten done. One of my sister were getting her nails done by the manager and it took over 2 hours because he kept stopping and focusing on other things!This was the last thing I needed to happen the day before my wedding.It is beautiful inside this place but it definitely was far beneath a luxury experience

The best manicure Ive ever had in a long time! I visited them today as i was in need to get my Manicure and i really loved the way my nails turned out. The lady that took care of me was very attentive and efficient at what she did. She took time to make sure every details on my nails look perfect. The price i paid was totally worth it. I would love to be back for other services.

The employees were very rude and made a big scene because I was a man asking for a gel pedicure (didn’t know it mattered) and they rushed through my “deluxe pedicure” without doing any of the basic steps. Other employees came over and stared directly at me and my feet (again, because I’m a man) as if I was a freakshow. I will never go here again and would not recommend anyone to go here!

The longest-lasting dip manicure Ive had. They also give a discount to people who work in the Promenade. Great, clean atmosphere and friendly employees - I have had really great experiences with Kim and Kay. Thank you for your attention to detail!

The establishment was not clean, utensils used did not appear to be sanitized, and customer service was not very friendly. I was not told welcome when arrived or offered any refreshments. They just asked me to sign in an take a seat a chair, and even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait ~20 minutes for someone to be available.The man who did my pedicure seemed to be kinda rushing. He rinsed the stone(soap?) and brush that he used to exfoliate my feet in my water tub and put it away afterwards. Im pretty sure they will not sanitize it properly later and theyre just going to use it on the next customer.My nails were not cut straight, they ended up looking crooked and the nail polish was not applied evenly. He also filed the nails after he was done applying the polish and gel coat. Overall, it was a very unprofessional job.This was my first time going into this salon. I havent been living for too long in Little Rock, so I was excited to try this new place and hopefully become a regular customer. Theyre seem to be highly rated by others in the community. However, after my visit today I do not think I will be returning to this place.

Absolutely amazing! I am new in town and visited Crystal Nails in Maumelle and was appalled. A week later, went to Luxury, very apprehensive. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and willingness from everyone to make my nails look amazing! All customers in there seemed to be regulars and the staff was all having fun and being cheery. Kim was so precise and did exactly what I wanted. Top notch!One downside: had my eyebrows waxed and had an allergic reaction. Woke up with my eye swollen shut--- so if you have sensitive skin, even only sometimes, their wax may not be the best idea. But, despite the redness, the shape if phenomenal and they will look awesome in a few days I am sure!Overall fantastic experience!

The best nail salon in town. I have been to many nail salons before but this one is by far the best. I like how they keep everything inside this salon clean, neat and well sanitized. The owner are staffs really know how to treat their customers and always make me feel comfortable. Their great customer services is what make me wanna go back. I got Acrylic Full Set for $28 today as my friend recommended it to me and i was totally in love with it. My technician was very patient and she paid attention in every details. The price was affordable for such a high quality works and products they used on me. I highly recommend it!

They do a good job and I love my nail tech. They always try to accommodate me and make appointments to fit my schedule. They get busy so go when they first open so you dont have to wait.

I felt like my nails was growing so quickly and I chose this salon for a try. During the service, I was treated like as in their family. My tech and I shared everything in our work and life together. She did an awesome shellac manicures and pedicures. Their instruments are sterile. No mention with everything here. If your looking for a good nail salon this is your place!

When I moved here, I was so lucky in a city full of nail salons it only took two tries to find one I loved. I’ve been here twice and had two different techs. The first time, Linda did my pedicure and shellac manicure and it was flawless and long lasting. Today, I had my nails dipped by Erik. This was only my second time to try that technique. The first time was At Another salon in Little Rock and I hated it. I thought maybe that technique just wasn’t for me but I gave it another shot. Very pleased I did! The salon itself is very nice and luxe and I love the feels of the material on the chairs. You can definitely relax here. It’s my go to from now on.

Nails turned out good. However, the service was not ideal. The lady who was doing my service was too occupied talking with coworkers and not really paying attention. Even on my manicure, No lotion or anything after she dipped my nails. Just moved on to the next client. Not very satisfied with the service.

I came in and got an acrylic set put on and a pedicure. I really wasnt happy with the service from either technician. The guy who did my nails didnt even ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be. He assumed that I wanted square which was fine but did a very poor job filing my nails. Some nails were really sharp on the corners and some more more smooth and rounded off. I had to have him redo the clear coat on one of my hands because he added polish after it dried and there was bumps on it my nails. I had to come home and smooth out the sharp corners on several of my fingers the lady who did my pedicure barely even massaged my legs which I thought was part of a pedicure. She was too busy gossiping with the guy next to her and the lady behind her that she barely paid attention to me. Most of my pedicure was done with her head turned the opposite direction. I did not feel that I received really good service and I will not be back here. For the price that I paid I expected a little better quality of service. Ive been to other nail salons that charge a lot less than this give much better service. My friend who was with me got her eyebrows waxed and the person who did it tried to get her to wax her upper lip. She embarrassed her when she didnt do it and made the comment well you NEED to do something about it (referring to the hair) it really made her feel bad.

Horrible service. I went with a bridal party and we made an appointment weeks in advance- might as well of just done a walk in because we still had to wait forever. They didn’t seem prepared for our bridal party at all. All of the girls had horrible service. I noticed that some of the nail techs would be in the middle of a pedicure or manicure and just get up and walk away to do something unrelated to their client. It’s not a relaxing environment either...Their prices are more expensive compared to other places and it doesn’t even last that long and they don’t even have good service... My manicure lasted 2 days before it started chipping.I would suggest so many other nail places over this one.

Went in this salon last month with my husband and its a wonderful place.I called at 9:40 to see if it would be OK to come in and they said yes. Fantastic customer service! They took their time and didnt seem rushed at all. On top of that, the salon is very clean & Will be returning!

The atmosphere was great an the staff was friendly however I was overcharged for my nails I did not get what I asked for. I got short nails that were suppose to be $30 but I was charged $40 An was still unsatisfied. I don’t mind paying the extra if it was what I wanted.

I know this place as I have been coming every now and then since my friend first took me here a while ago and the more I come, the better I like it. If you are ever in the area and need a nail salon that you can trust, try this one. They are very straight forward with the prices and what they are going to give you. People who work here have been in the industry for a while now so they know just what to do, very nice and professional. The place has a great set of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. Comparing to many other places in the area, I would say their price is pretty hard to beat. Pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!!

I had the worst experience ever! I had to wait over an hr to get my nails done. When I finally did get started the guy was VERY rough, he continuously snatched my hands and rushed through the process. I kept telling him, my acrilliic were VERY lumpy and nails were crooked. He continuously said he would fix them, but didnt. I had an AWFUL paint job and I gave an $2 tip because of my disappointment. I told the management, she told me to come back the next day. When I returned, he was continuously rude and had an attitude. He did NOT fix my nails, only filed and repainted them. They all broke off within a week. Never again !!

Only giving this place 2 stars because my friends and I had appointments made and still waited 40 minutes. They did not remove my old nails all the way and tried to cover them up with the new ones until I said something. They left old nail clippings all over the station and it was not very clean. They also left gross stuff all over my hands when I was done. I would not go back because of the poor service and lack of cleanliness.

I have had decent pedicures here before, nothing incredible on either side of the spectrum. Today I brought in my eight year old sister for pink nails with a heart design. (I made and appointment this morning so we could be sure they offered the decoration.) they were understandably busy, and the 45 minute wait was no problem. But when we sat down, the technician was surprisingly rude about how many young girls had been in today. She skipped some parts of the manicure that arent required, and was up doing something else every other step.The decorations are really bad, the experience was awkward and jumpy, and ultimately I wont be back because of how unprofessional and overpriced the visit was.

Absolutely loved it. They have awesome new chairs that give you a massage in places you didnt know existed!! Ha.ha! The only thing that was bothersome to me was that there was a lot of people close to me that were on business calls or personal phone calls that never stopped. Its hard to relax & enjoy when someone 2 feet next to you is blabbering constantly. It was so noisy in there that it bothered me alot. The language barrier is rough. Maybe they could learn some more English & even put a few pedicure chairs in a more private setting for those who want to relax! Make those by appointment only. Just a thought!!

This place is one of the worst nail salons in Little Rock they lie about their prices and the people that work there are rude. Heck nah literally other nail salon in this city will treat you better.

I was charged 25 for a fill, took my family & hers was 40 for a full set short nails?! Regular polish on both. My nail fell off not even 24 hours after. The man was rude, rushed me & didn’t let us pick our colors. I have 7 cuts almost 1 on each finger!!! I don’t think it’s worth the money. Or the cuts. Or time. There’s much nicer, more proffesional places @ Chenal. I wouldn’t mind paying so much if they would have took their time, didn’t cut, me or were rude. But no. I wish I didn’t pay so much. It was a waste. & we were not happy. I deserve my money back.

The guy working on me was weird and bouncy. I heard another customer commenting on his weight loss. He seemed like he was spaced and not paying attention. He did the worst pedicure and full set I have ever had!! Do not go!! I wont ever go!!

It was a relaxing environment and I absolutely love here.The nail shop is located on a shopping luxury area so its very convenient to find a parking lot. The staff here are so sweet and I have Suzane did very fabulous for all of fingers ... look them so nice :) Definitely come back for a pedi next time!

I went in Friday afternoon as a little treat to myself, and had a mani/pedi. My technician was so talented, friendly and did a fabulous job on my nails. The atmosphere in the salon is quiet and relaxing. I might be addicted to it now.

They are very pushy. They tell you what you should like just so they can make the extra money instead of listening to the customer. I would not recommend because they do not give quality service and their idea of a manicure is a joke. Oh and my person took a smoke break in the middle of doing my nails 😔

Very nice establishment. Great hospitality. Reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service. English fluently spoken. I am now traveling 55 miles to see them every 2 weeks for both mani and pedi. Worth every mile travelled and every penny spent.

Went in with a bridal party about three weeks ago. Asked for pink & white solar nails, left with poorly done acrylic nails. Also had a french pedicure that begin chipping the next day, but worse I now have an infection that has to be treated with antibiotics and surgery to repair the damage left behind from the lady who cut deep into my toenail bed/cuticle. WOULD NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!

The service was very friendly, but my manicure and pedicure were of poor quality and did not last. My gel manicure lasted only 8 days when Im used to them lasting nearly 3 weeks. The pedicure was sloppy and I left with polish on the sides of my toes. With so many salon choices in WLR, I wouldnt choose to come back here.

Got Shellac done Tuesday 4/4/17 and found 2 nails on the floor today 4/6/17!!! Please....Shellac lasts around 2 weeks, not 2 days. When I went back today to have them redone, the manager was very unprofessional. He was upset that I hadnt called to make an appointment (its a walk-in salon and I was never told to make an appointment), and told me I was very luck he had time to redo my nails. He even clipped by cuticles dry, which really hurt because he was too busy to fix what Id already paid for. Wont be back.
