Went in for lunch to get a fill. The older gentleman did my nails. He did not do a good job. I think he skipped a couple of steps and the paint job was messy. Had to go in three days later because two of my nails had broken. For that visit, I had to wait 45 minutes because there were only two people working and both had just sat someone in their chair. Lunch time on a Friday is not the time to be understaffed. They also add on a 3% fee if you pay by card btw. Wont go back.

My daughter and I had pedicures done here. Van did mine and was awesome! She did a great job, carried on conversation with us and even told us about the Movie Tavern when we said we were going to the movies after our pedicures.The reason I gave if 4 stars is because the guy that did my daughters pedicure wasnt very friendly and kept speaking in a different language to another fit working.

I hardly ever get my nails done but I decided to get them done for a New Years party. I had the pleasure of having Van for my nail tech. She was super sweet, friendly and fast. My nails turned out way nicer than I expect because of past experiences at other places. Now I will only come to this location and definitely ask for Van.

Rude when it came to the questions I asked like cleaning up my cuticles. It was just a flat no without looking up at me to give me a reason as to why. Then I asked Oh okay thats not apart of the gel nail service? Then without my nail tech answering another lady answered rudely saying Um if you want your cuticles cleaned up thatll be $10 extra dollars. Then they started speaking in their language to each other. They were unprofessional to me because of the conversations they were having. My nail Tech was a guy and he joked about cheating on his wife. Saying she doesnt know so dont tell her. Anyways the star I gave them wasnt for that the star is because of the rush job he did. They were talking about a party that was going on tonight and they were saying they were ready to get drunk. Ive gotten my nails done tons of times and these were just too plain, square and dull for $35.00 and theyre short so they could have done a lot better since I only asked for clean short nails.

They did pretty good on my nails. i don’t love the shape and length of my thumbs compared to all the others, but; the shape does look fantastic! these are a little shorter than i usually get them and he did really good. i would come back!

Easy to locate and has adequate parking. The service is fast and excellent color choices plus prices.

Was not pleased with my last visit. I feel like Michael did a rushed job on my nails. The tip was applied crooked, my acrylic was filed down unevenly, my nails weren’t all the same length and my polish and top coat wasn’t applied correctly. Because I had to be at work shortly after, I decided to call the next day to ONLY have them redo my polish. When I went in today they acted as if nothing was wrong with my nails and they didn’t want to repolish them. I won’t be returning.

The worst nail salon services I’ve ever received. I’ve been a business patron since their inception on University Avenue. Tried a new color today (DND 424 Lemon Juice). After painting my nails, Tom stated my color choice doesn’t paint well. The finishing was horrible. Why wasn’t this explained before painting? Also, my cuticles have paint overspray. Tom tried correcting the overspray with a drill, instead of acetone to clean my cuticles and edges. Very disappointed with their services and lack of professionalism. Why do we as (African Americans) continue to patronage their establishments if we can’t get the level of services we so diligently pay for?One star should be no stars today.

She did everything I asked and it came out amazing!!! I love this place and will be back again soon.
