Be very careful when it comes to charges on certain sessions. I was unexpectedly charged $200 for a nutritionist session when I was under the impression that my insurance pays for it. It was telemedicine and per the pandemic, I would not be charged any liability. This center misinformed me. Make sure they tell you everything. I am unhappy with the deception I received. May not be back.

I can now manage my PTSD instead of running away from potential triggers.

I’ve been seeing one of their therapists for months now to treat my PTSD. The entire staff is lovely, very attentive, and friendly. If you’re nervous about seeing a therapist this is a great place to go- they can answer any questions you have and will be 100% understanding of your situation. I’m really glad my friend recommended this place to me.

I would give zero, but that is not an option. About two months ago I was reffered here by my psychiatrist for DBT Therapy. I contacted them by phone and gave all my information and insurance information. They said that they did not accept my insurance, but they did offer a sliding scale. At that time they sent me an email containing the fees for sliding scale, and an application for sliding scale. The email said to call back when you are ready to sign up to be put on the waitlist. Fast forward exactly two months to today, I call and tell them sorry it took so long but I would like to be put on the waitlist at this time. She asks what my insurance is. I tell her what I was told about the sliding scale and the email they had sent. She says that they dont offer a sliding scale and I should forward that email to them so they can see what I was told. I get a call back a while later saying sorry but we do not offer a sliding scale at this time, and it would be full price. Im not sure why the policy changed in two months or possibly if someone was mistaken.
