Missed package 3 times now, only one I wasn’t home. Other two I was awake and waiting for my package and no one knocked. Seems as if they just want to leave a note and leave without even checking if the person is home. I’ve heard of this happening more than once. You guys need to teach your drivers how to do their job. Now I have to drive all the way to Little Rock because it’s too difficult for the driver to deliver it to my house and actually knock so I know someone is there when it’s literally their job. Very poor service, and you’d think something would be done about it considering there are plenty of other people leaving the same reviews.

Very unprofessional, the website is not being updated properly youll be better off calling every single day until your package arrives. Ive had multiple problems with address changes, etc. Instead of them notifying you they just patiently wait until you become concerned about your package before even attempting to notify you the problems. NOT a good way of communication with customers. Good luck calling customer service itll take at least an hour to get connect to a human being if they dont decide to hang up on you after waiting an hour to be connected.

You had a delivery truck stop on Cantrell during lunchtime blocking traffic when she should have pulled into empty lot next door to Blue cake business. She took her sweet time getting the package inside. She could have caused major accident.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD Would not Recommend this place to anybody A month or so ago they lost my work boots for two weeks Last week my wife ordered a part for our central air unitWe received it Wednesday and it was damaged so bad it could not be usedWe got ahold of the company they sent out a new one Ship 2 day air mail guaranteed to be there Friday evening by 7pm but at 7:36pm she got a update saying it would be delivered Saturday somewhere between 10am to 12pm Saturday morning she got an update saying it would be July 6 before we were receive it so she spent around 3hrs to find out what hub it was at so we could come pick it up only to find out after we drove up there that they refused to go get it basically told us to bad just wait so most of the employees were rude and not helpful and from now on anything I oder online I will chek to see what company they Ship with I will not do business with them again I could have drove to the company and got my part and been better off

To be honest they do not even rate 1 star. They have lost 2 packages that I tracked to there facility to only lose my packages. Now a 3rd one was suppose to be delivered and now because of the rain i do not get it. So the next day still no delivery or update on the package, So i am guessing they lost it as well, and it is a clear day. Someone must be making good money off the packages that suddenly disappear.Going to go through a different delivery company now. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Multiple times they have failed to get a package 60 miles in a day. This ups is a joke, somebody is lazy and needs to be fired. Package made it from Washington to Arkansas in less time than it can make it 60 miles down the interstate.

One star is generous and I only give this because zero isn’t an option. I have three packages that have been sitting at Little Rock UPS for a week without being scanned, much less delivered. We did have snow storms a couple weeks ago, but the snow has been gone for over a week now and the roads completely passable. They aren’t even bothering to continue updating the automated “delayed due to inclement weather” status on my packages any more. Nothing at all.FedEx, DHL, and the USPS have all managed to make it to my house multiple times in the last week, so I’m pretty sure UPS could should they bother to try. To make it worse, there’s no way to actually get information or speak to a human. Unacceptable.

What a horrible courier service! I paid for faster delivery of my prescription contacts. I was home, when the driver got here, but they didnt knock or leave an info notice. I called customer service and had to fight the automated system to get a person. She was rude and I had to keep repeating the issue. People should have the option of choosing who they want to ship their stuff. Fed Ex is the best one.

One of the worst logistics companies in the nation. With the correct address provided they say that the address is incorrect. When you attempt to change the address their website says technical issues. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve had an order shipped with them without receiving any call or email update to the contact information I provided them.

I knew UPS was bad, but I had never experienced it first hand.. THE INCOMPETENCE YALLThey tried to deliver to an address that does not exist. [street name] Circle was what I wrote on the website I where I ordered from. But good ol UPS tried to deliver to [street name] Circle, an address that does not exist in Little Rock. I dont know if they walked up to a house, or if they turned around and gave up without using halfway decent critical thinking skills. Typing Cove with the address in Google Maps automatically pulls up the correct address, with Circle.THEN, I requested canceling the home delivery altogether. I begged for UPS to leave the package at Fourche Dam Pike so I can pick it up later that day. I was willing to make the commute and pick it up myself. I dont trust UPS ability to even read addresses correctly at this point. Not surprisingly they cant meet my pick up location request and delivery to the house would be re-attempted tomorrow. Um, because it went so well the last time?The next day, I called UPS and asked if the shipping recipients husband can sign for the package since the original recipient would be gone at work. They unfortunately cant, the name has to be exact. I ask, can I change the first name so it can be delivered today? And here we are again: UPS says the name change wont take effect until the NEXT DAY. What outdated system do you use where the driver cant update something as simple as that?UPS software cant make time-sensitive delivery updates. Their delivery drivers cant read addresses. Their delivery drivers have zero critical thinking/problem solving ability.

My package has been at the facility for 3 days. Everyday that it has been here at the Little Rock location; there is always some excuses as to why it can’t be delivered. Rain, sleet, snow, or sunshine my packages always comes on time to my customers and to myself with FedEx, and USPS. Horrible courier service at UPS!!!! I am sure their automatic response will be; “We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations.” Nevertheless it will always be the same story just on a different day, and they will continue giving sub par customer service.

Absolutely rude and incompetent. I live in an alley (gravel and sturdy) so that means that I can not have anything delivered by UPS. However I dont have any issue with FedEx or USPS delivery at my home address. Call them to see what can be done and a woman who didnt identify herself got on there and basically told me not to expect deliveries to my address. Will never use again. Save your money and go with FedEx. They are very rude and willing to blame the customer when they cant find the right address.

I have a $700 package that said arrived and signed for. But, I live alone and no one was home that could possibly have signed. The only tracking info just shows delivered in Little Rock. No details about address. I have reached out and given the run around. I was told I would receive a call within 90 minutes about my package. When I didn’t, I called back and told that I would receive a response by tomorrow morning. I had ordered this 3 day air because I need it now! No idea where my package is at this point. They said I should reach out to the sender!! I did that also, but UPS is responsible to get MY package to ME. And they should be able to see where it went. They couldn’t tell me anything other than it arrived in Little Rock. My card is charged for the full amount and I have nothing and no one willing to investigate.

Every time Anyone has shipped a package to my home by UPS its always a load of BS! This last time is straw that broke the camels back! I was in my yard working from 1:30 p.m. until after 3:00 p.m. and they say that they attempted delivery at 2:18 p.m. And there was no one available at that address to accept delivery. BS!! They also are supposed to leave notification with some stupid reference number so that you can go online and get your package rerouted to another address or held at a location, we know they didnt show up at my house since I was working in the yard I check my mailbox which is down with the rest of the mailboxes for my block, if you wanna call it that, nothing was left there either. So what house vcd did he go to? Their driver doesnt know how to read numbers and must not have completed any part of his education because thats just 3 numbers he had to read folks!! come on have i have a 3 digit house number! A child could do a better job matching number to number!! so I call 1st thing this morning trying to get the package rerouted and they cant help me because the systems down excuse me how were you able to look up my information and tell me where the package was supposed to be delivered to if your systems down?!?! the minute you are asked to do any more of you job all the sudden you cant because the systems down?!?!! ! So now I call again hours later to get the package rerouted to my boyfriends work address and I cant do that I have to go pick it up but the facility that its at even though they are open today until 1 oclock I cant go pick it up until Monday because its scheduled to be delivered Monday well excuse the h*** out of me!! if it is at your Little Rock location and that is where I have to go pick it up why N the blue blazes do I have to wait until Monday to do so when there is plenty of time for me to get down there and pick it up? All I can say is I will rely on the United States Postal Service because these people out here that run our routes for the postal service are courteous helpful smart and will do anything to help their customers UPS needs to shut their doors and hand it over to the postal service!!!

Arrived about 10 minutes after open to pick up a package (a package that was undeliverable because the drive was scared of our 5 pound yorkie) waited over 20 minutes to even witness an employee.UPS has an incredibly embarrassing inability to respond to undelivered packages and requests for locating the missing package. Has an even more embarrassing management of on site pick up location.All it requires is effort to improve this experience.

I had a horrible experience with the manger Stan Lee.. he his down right rude and is no way fit to manage anything... he was not interested in helping me find my package that was in fact there he told me so, I went to pick up to get it bc ups called me saying I can come get it since they dropped the ball on delivering it to me... he looked for 5 minutes and said he can’t find it.. but would not make the effort to locate it.. and then Stan Lee laughed at me multiple times when I stated I really need this package can we please find it..i told him the nature of my business and how I really needed the package and he in fact said “I don’t care, I have tried to find it you will have to wait until it’s scanned and someone will call you” So I left disappointed and upset drive 35 minutes home and get a call saying they have the package.. wth..I will not be using UPS any longer for my business.. I sadly am writing my 1st public complaint. When a UPS representative from this location called me because a package Im sending had not been delivered in 2 weeks, she was rude and refused to even give me her managers name or contact information to get help. She kept changing her story saying the package delivery had been attempted, then said it had not been - was just sitting on their counter. Argued with me about whether or not I had a MyChoice account, then said it didnt matter because I couldnt do anything on my end as the sender to get the package delivered. I had to finally hang up to get help from the central help center. I cant imagine treating anyone much less a customer in this way. I will do everything in my power not to use UPS again.

Never had a problem with UPS until about 7 months ago. Packages were always on time except for being delivered after 5pm. Then I guess they switched drivers for my area. I had a package in October come up undeliverable because of no such street number. When I called customer service the representative put notes on the delivery and had it delivered with no problem. Today I had a package scheduled for delivery. I even saw the driver go down the wrong half of our road and tried to flag him down. He just continued to speed off and never stopped, as I sat there and waited for him to come back the way he came I saw my package status change to no such address. I was mad beyond words, and he never came back towards me and went out another direction. 10 minutes later another truck pulls up to the house across the street, I asked the driver if he had my package or knew the other driver. Of course not. So called customer service and went through the recording until I got someone on the other end. They said they couldnt verify my address. Hello, my address is verified with every other carrier and every website there is, why not theirs? So she put it in to be picked up between 8 and 8:30 tonight or between 8 and 6 tomorrow. I will have to drive 40 miles one way to go pick the package up which makes me even more mad. Then to top it all off there is construction in that area that will slow things down even more. If I could have these companies not ship UPS anymore I would. It has become nothing but a pain for me every single package here lately.

I was to receive a package on 1-9-2020, I have had several deliveries to my business address over the years.I did not leave the building yesterday , no package was delivered, when looking this morning it stated “return to sender “ I called the 800 number, you said it did not have a business name on shipping label ! This is not correct it DID HAVE BUSINESS NAME ON LABEL . I was told to call the sender to have a re shipment done, they looked at order and name of business was on the shipping label ! Your DRIVER DROPPED THE BALL, either lazy or can’t read the address ! And your representatives LIED to me. I now have to wait for another shipment to come...and wonder if it will be delivered or the DRIVER will once again not complete his job! Poor poor service from Simone.Was on the phone trying to release a package to my customer.. (I had been on with a supervisor for hours day prior setting this all up, followed instructions perfectly.) Do to security purposes aka bad, unhelpful attitudes, the package wouldnt be released.So my clients are beyond mad.I was given a direct number to the facility by a supervisor. When asking Simone to explain the situation,I was told by Simone, I have customers, call a supervisor. And she hung up on me..So if and when anyone sees James or Simone, let them know (not because they care) they lost a customer today.

UPS IS THE WORST. They transfer your call about a lost package about 3 times, which with waiting time, takes 45 minutes. Then they won’t give you local telephone number and say that local depo will call you within an hour. This is overnight letter they claimed was already delivered and received by a person who is standing right next to me now. POur office is very small. It is Impossible that we received this. Why would the driver lie?????

UPS sucks. If you have to be at the address on the shipping container and you have a job, you are screwed. When they offer you to pick it up it is not at one of the hundreds of UPS stores they have. It will be at a UPS Customer Service location. Miles away from the UPS stores. I suggest using the good old fashioned United States Postal Service.

Ups has a contract with a medical supplier I use. Jan 3 2018 a package worth $500 was left at my door and it was stolen. Now Ive contacted all interested parties and requested that No packages be left. U0s over rose that and instructed them to leave anyway. I requested that a signature be required. Ups has the most unprofessional drivers for this town that I have ever met. Last night I came home and I had two packages left.

UPS delivery policy is terrible. If a signature is required by the sender and you arent home they dont give you any options other than picking it up in Little Rock. No option to have a neighbor sign, they wont even send it to a UPS center in the town where I can pick it up. Have to drive to Little Rock. They try to deliver it 3 times in a row. What makes them think things will be different day 2 or day 3? On a chat with them for 2 hours with no resolution from them. They are the worst!!

They are very dedicated to providing the worst customer service experience that they can provide. You will find that the majority of people working at this location do not care. I have only had two pleasant experiences. One with Ms. Iris and one with the security team. The customer service manager will argue with you on what a customer service rep did or didnt say. She also stated that I could speak to security services but she did think they would over ride her and the driver... They did. If you try to complain about her to the 1800 number they forward her the complaint. She will call you from a blocked number and tell you that complaining about her wont do you any good.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon and UPS to get a Christmas present delivered to a new location because I found out my office would be closed Friday at the last minute. The woman I spoke to from UPS assured me that my name, phone number and new delivery address had been updated and all I needed was my ID to pick it up from the Customer Center. I get there, 45 minutes from my home, just to be told that my name was not listed on the package like I was told it was and I was not able to pick up my own package. Obviously the other info was updated since it was left at the Customer Center like she said it would be. So, thanks for making me miss on the last gift I was waiting for, driving through crazy Christmas drivers, standing in line in your cold building for awhile and wasting my gas just to be rejected. UPS is horrible!. How do yall make deliveries in my neighborhood Morning , Noon, & Night.. BUT the second I call to reschedule a delivery. You cant..! WHY???? Then when the people at the physical location call you back, they are rude!. Take notes: USPS; if you miss a delivery with them. This place is a joke. I have been home all day with my husband as weve waited for our sons bed to arrive. My husband went out to check the mail and there was a sorry we missed you slip on the door. The delivery man never even knocked on the door. I know this because we havent left the house and my two dogs never went crazy barking at the door. What did the delivery person decide the package was too heavy and just write a slip out in the truck? I called the number on the slip and they said customer service would call. Well customer service called and we missed it so we tried to call back. I called the number on the slip again and the man said customer service would call by 3:15pm. It is now 4:22pm and customer service still hasnt called. My husband will be home all day again tomorrow waiting for our sons bed. If the UPS delivery person doesnt knock again I will raise more hell than I did today. I am one pissed off customer!

Lady behind the counter made my daughter cry when she would not give her the package addressed to me. According to the email UPS sent to me, others could pick up the package with the tracking # and proper id. The worker said it was against company policy. It has taken every bit of effort to not lose my mind dealing with UPS to get my package this week. The woman I dealt with in person was the only helpful one. UPS sent my package to an Access Point that was difficult to find, in a sketchy building, with a phone they dont answer. When I went to go pick up my package the online tracker said it was again out for delivery, but Id never receive it because they wont leave it unattended. Called UPS customer service to have it left at their distributing center... you can pick it up at the distribution center tomorrow by 8. Nope. Went to the elsuive access point. The access point was also closed when I went to go get my package during normal business hours. Still dont have my stuff.

They seriously need a customer service number just for this location to talk to someone at the building for customers instead of having to call the main corporate number JUST to not be able to talk to them or ask a question. These guys have NO COMMON SENSE. I just spoke to Nakita in the Little Rock Office. I told her of a package that was delivered that was about 7 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, and about 3 INCHES thick. The UPS driver chose to leave the package trying to balance on the 3 INCH side. Really? You couldnt lay it down? .... It fell! Luckily nothing broke. There was glass in it.When I tell Nakita what happened, she said that she was sorry for what happened, but that the driver has no way of knowing if glass is in it or not, or what is in it at all. I told her he or she MAY NOT know what is in it, but they could have enough common sense NOT to leave such a large package balancing on a 3 inch thickness whether they new what was in it or not!All the driver had to do was lay it down. That doesnt have ANYTHING to do with knowing what is in it. It has to do with having enough common sense NOT to leave a delivery balancing on 3 inches!LUCKILY, when it fell, the glass didnt break or UPS would be paying for this and it was between $250 and $300!!!! GET IT TOGETHER UPS!!!!!!!!!I have had other issues with this UPS that I will not talk about right now. But, I reserve the right to post all about my other experiences if UPS retaliates against me in any way OR if this EVER happens again!

This Little Rock Customer Service center is a Joke! They cant ship anything an they dont provide boxes. Go to FedEx!!!! They should close down this Customer Service Branch. They wouldnt ship an item for me and they told me to provide my own box. I came back with one. They said they couldnt use that box. Who ever decided that UPS shouldnt offer boxes needs to be fired. Worst experience EVER!!! Received a sticker on Thursday. Signed it. Came home Friday to find another sticker stuck to the signed one. Called UPS and was told to come pick up between 8-8:30. I drive to Little Rock and while sitting at gate I get a call at 7:57 telling me my package would not be there. The truck still had 4 stops to make and 30 minute window not enough time and to come back Saturday 10am. Drive back to Little Rock Saturday and package could not be found. Neither could the packages of 2 customers before me. I felt sorry for the poor girl at the counter. I was told to come back Monday. By now UPS owes me half tank of gas and 2 1/2 hours of my time and still Im empty handed. Sunday I decided to cancel and reorder instead of probly being told they shipped it back anyway. IT is now being shipped USPS. Yea! I will be sure and request FedEx or USPS on any future orders.

So far two days and no package. The driver left a note on the door yesterday which I signed and asked for delivery within a specific 2 hour window which costs $8. He tried to deliver it early, did not accept my signed slip, and so still waiting for my internet modem and cable equipment so I can get online for school. This is the last week of this class. I will be going to Starbucks or McDonalds for Internet. I made another change- to just pick up my package myself so hopefully they dont lose it before tomorrow! I never had problems where I lived before.

They tried to deliver but they couldnt find me. They inturn wrote I did not accept the purchase and they send the package back. Yet I did not meet anyone.USPS even have keys to deliver to the mailbox. I never have problems with USPS. Each time I get worried whether my purchase online will come with UPS because it is unpredictable. I do not understand why the send it back.

Talked to ups employees , repeatedly to TRY and get a package delivered , twice they have covered my address sticker with some one else’s address. I have been to the distribution center, talked on the phone , but apparently no one can find my address . PLEASE AMAZON DO NOT USE UPS........😡

Worst store ever! I got the 3 day express shipping before thanksgiving and they didnt even bring it to me!! They had Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to bring it!!! Sooo mad words cant even describe my anger. Went Friday to pick it up and it wasnt ready REALLY??!!?! Ooh but the lady said they would be open Saturday 10-6PM so I drove up their and they CLOSED at 1pm!! AHHHHH!!!!! So NOW I have to wait until Monday to pick up my 3 day EXPRESS shipping package that Ive been waiting for since last MONDAY!! I will NEVER go through this crappy store again! If I could give you negative starts it would be -150%!

Went in to pick up a package that was at this store and the lady at the desk was very rude and did not want to help me. She told me it probably wasnt ready or probably hadnt been sorted and wouldnt even look up the tracking number to check. Zero effort in helping a customer out.

Ordered a package that wasnt delivered. Husband broke his foot and I cant lift this box. The first attempt (if you can even call it that) the driver never even came up the stairs and knocked. That night we needed our package so I went there at 8 after calling the call center and having them hold it there for me to pick it up. Showed up and come to find out they never added my name to the package so I was told that after driving and waiting patiently, I still couldnt pick it up because it was under my husbands name. I tried to call him and they said it wasnt in person so they could not take his word. (Even after clarifying all information) we are military and are stationed here temporarily so I didnt need to change my license to Arkansas and because it didnt match the correct address for the package I could not pick it up. Needless to say we had to wait for the next delivery attempt . Next day ol dude comes down our street and doesnt even get out of his vehicle! He honks outside at the end of our apartment complex parking lot downstairs and we just so happen to see him and stop him as he was pulling away. Finally my husband wobbles out on a broken foot and our small corgi gets out behind him. As the guy is coming up the stairs, du, lock yer dawg away. Mind you shes a whole foot in diameter and is 12 years old so she wasnt even interested in him or the reason why he was there. He slides it to the top of the stairs. The worst part is it didnt even require a signature! Why wasnt it left the previous day if it wasnt required?! His excuses I honked to see if yall were home I only leave packages at my discretion horrible company with no respect for customers and are completely rude and intolerant to military people. Wont EVER use this company again. Sorry not sorry. Lol its not like they care. They just sit down and honk their horns to earn a pay check!

Unbelievable! Even with a note taped to the door as big as the state of Arkansas - delivery driver would not leave a package! This is ridiculous! And now the package is lost!! This is why USPS should not ever go away!

If I can put zero star that would be my rating, people leave you a voicemail to pick up a package and you can’t even call back the number they use, I called million times and no one answered, costumer service suck too, they basically say they can’t help, UPS should not operate at all, holding a package not delivering to the address is ridiculous!!! There’s a reason why it was sent via mail, not asking the receiver to come pick it up 24 miles away to receive a package!!

I have had some of the worst experience ever with this company. To begin; the driver here makes little attempt at all to his job. He tossed around packages, and doesnt even bother to find your apartment, he simply marks it as undeliverable. Ive since had my package sent back to my old address in Texas (no idea why) and am getting my package now a week late. Numerous phone calls later, Im told I can meet the driver in the mall parking lot and receive my package there (which Ive done once before with a package) and he never showed. I waited around for almost an hour.Please, please. Be cautious of using this UPS store.

Im in the process of moving so I had them hold a package that wouldnt arrive until after I left that house. Went and picked it up this morning and was in and out in less than 2 mins. It seems most of the one star reviews are from people that are blaming UPS for their own misfortune. The 1 stars are people who think a multi million dollar company should go out of its way just for them.

Called center to arrange pickup at facility knowing I would not be home for holidays. After speaking with representative and getting manager approval, they authorized pickup on January 3rd. When I arrived January 3rd, they tell me they cant hold packages longer than 5 days (although I specifically asked them for pickup on the 3rd and manager okd it), and automatically returned to sender without notifying me. Were unable/unwilling to help redirect from there. UPS is a nightmare.
