The front desk staff was great as was the nurse. Dr. Mohr, however was a different story. I went for an initial visit because I was new to town. First of all I can’t say she did a thorough scan. After she was finished I brought to her attention a spot on my leg that she had missed. She removed it. I didn’t put on any kind of moisturizer because I wasn’t sure it would interfere with any, if needed, biopsies. She scolded me and said your skin is too dry. We should always use moisturizer! She kept saying that she was hungry! I said do you want me to get you something to eat. She scowled at me and said I don’t have time to eat! So maybe it was me but I’ll not be going back.

Just a word of caution. I used to be a patient of Dr. Terri Martin until she retired and she was great ! When she retired last year I was referred to Dr. Mabry by some friends. Initially she was pleasant, but spent only a minute or so looking at my skin. I have a fair complexion, and Dr. Martin had burned off a few spots every year but nothing major. Dr. Mabry looked me over, told me I had too many to burn off, and we would be using a broad spectrum cream ALL over my face for three weeks. I asked if this would irritate my skin, all she said was not really, come back and see me in 6 months and was gone. I dressed, got the info on the crème and sat in my car looking at the medical reviews. It blisters your skin, has severe side effects and I honestly felt like going back in and telling her to use it on herself for three weeks and let me know what she thought. Was so not impressed, I didnt get the cream and Im finding another dermatologist. I really hated this because I had had several years of really enjoying using this clinic and being a patient of Dr. Martin.

I agree with what others have said about the Dr being very dismissive. Really, none of the staff was very welcoming. Seems like every patient is merely a number to them. I wrote out some other skin issues I have beyond what my pcm referred me for and it seems the Dr didnt even read my report they had me sit and type out on their iPad. They are very clearly more interested in their cosmetic procedure/product upsells than they are actually tending to their patients.

The online scheduling Pinnacle makes available should not allow a pending appointment to be overridden by one made over the phone with a live person. Online scheduling was a waste of my time. I ended up scheduling with a receptionist, which went well. The facility is beautiful and the girls at the front desk were welcoming. However, the girl who walked me to the exam room needs a lesson in professionalism. She was condescending to the point that I almost walked out. She asked me the reason for my appointment, when it was clearly explained in the paperwork I had completed. She spoke in a voice so loud Im pretty sure anyone outside the room heard the reason I was there. I mentioned that I also wanted to discuss a secondary concern. The girl quickly and rudely let me know that would require a separate appointment because the doctor preferred to only focus on a couple of concerns. When she finished with what felt like a reprimand, I explained that I just wanted information--not that I expected treatment for the additional concern. I am 99% certain she rolled her eyes and shook her head as she left the exam room. The only reason I stayed was because I knew I would pay for the appointment whether I was there or not. By contrast, Dr. Mohr was wonderful! Because the primary reason for my visit was resolved within seconds, she asked what else I needed. I explained the girl had let me know anything else would require another appointment, but Dr. Mohr listened to my questions and actually treated a different situation. I understand the reason for recommending a separate appointment. I do not understand being rude about it, as the girl was. When the girl told Dr. Mohr she was familiar with the quick procedure we actually had time for, Im sure my face showed my disapproval, and she did not do the procedure. I will visit Pinnacle Dermatology again if necessary, but I will most likely request a different doctor to avoid that girl. And thats too bad because I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Mohr.

Fabulous clinic and staff! Very clean and spacious with lovely decor. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. The services provided on my visit were performed very professionally and the provider was informative and knowledgeable and made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend this clinic!

I went to see a local dermatologist 6 months ago for treatment of a minor skin condition. I was simply given a diagnosis and (I felt) rushed from the room with no information. When I researched the condition myself, I called back to ask about the possibility of receiving one of the treatments I found online. I was told that she didnt offer those and I would just have to wait for it to resolve on its own. The condition continued to spread and I was left hopeless, frustrated, depressed. On recommendation from another dermatologist, I went to Pinnacle Dermatology and saw Dr. Mabry. She was calm, caring, listened to me, and offered me two different treatments, one of which was done in the office the same day. She made it clear that I could come back anytime and she would take care of me. I cant tell you what an amazing experience I had with her. I felt that she truly cared. I highly recommend her and the entire staff.

I needed unexpected surgery to remove a cyst recently and was treated by Dr. Mohr. She and her staff made me feel at ease, handled the surgery quickly and painlessly, gave me all the information I needed for aftercare and were overall professional and compassionate. I had previously been a patient of an out-of-town dermatologist. Im so happy to have one in town.

I have had great experiences with DrMabry and staff. She treated me for skin cancerrecently and I felt like she and her staff genuinely cared about me. I have also had care from the aesthetician and they are amazing as well! All around super group!

The dr is very dismissive and will not listen to what you want as a patient only states her opinion & leaves.

I was very pleased with the service I received in this clinic. Not only was my doctor very compassionate and thorough, but the nurse Leigh was very helpful in explaining and writing out everything I needed to remember once I got home. From the time I checked in until I left their beautiful office, My experience with Pinnacle Dermatology was absolutely wonderful!The receptionists were welcoming & friendly.Dr. Terri Martin took her time listening to me and talking with me about all of my concerns.She was so knowledgeable and her friendly demeanor put me @ ease right away. A couple weeks later I went back for my appointment with Lila Barker, the Cosmetic Care Coordinator. She was just great! She to, was knowledgeable, caring, very professional, yet made my appointment fun! Lila prepared a detailed plan for my particular skin....After years of baking in the sun in my teenage years, along with the aging process, my skin is so extremely damaged... that I thought there was no way to improve it.My skin has become a source of embarrassment, insecurities & sadness for me. I had lost all hope that there was anything or anybody that could help be... UNTIL, I went to Pinnacle Dermatology!! I feel very blessed & so thankful that I found them. I would & will highly recommend to everyone !!!!

First class operation. My derm of over 20 years retired. After several bad experiences with factory floor operations I called him and asked for a recommendation. He suggested I call Dr. Martin.I visited today. The Medical Assistant, Brandi, was very efficient. Dr. Martin entered the room, went right to work, and in due time dealt with the issue.Great place, great service. I will return.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, and excellent service. My doctor made a point to get me medications that were affordable. Lauren is wonderful with lasers procedures. Definitely a hidden gem for aesthetic services in Little Rock.

My former dermatologist quit accepting my insurance plan so I contacted Pinnacle Dermatology. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was seen by Dr Mabry. She was very attentive and thorough.She took the time to address any questions we had. She even explained to my wife changes to look for on different areas of my body. My wife and I were both very pleased with the entire visit .

The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and genuinely interested in my well being. Dr Mabry was also friendly and skilled and the assistant, Leigh, was awesome. Going to a doctor for a medical procedure is not supposed to be fun but they made me feel comfortable.

Pinnacle Dermatology has a beautiful modern office, professional staff and knowledgeable Physicians. The staff seems to really care about all patients. My entire family switched over to Pinnacle Dermatology 2 years ago and we refuse to see anyone other than the staff at Pinnacle Dermatology. I’ve seen Dr. Mabry for several skin care issues including a biopsy, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures. She always provides excellent care. I also highly recommend their skin care products.

I’ve been going to Pinnacle Dermatology since I moved here in mid 2017. Lauren is SPECTACULAR! I do all of my treatments with her. I’ve purchased several lasers, dermalinfusions, and microneedling packages. She makes me feel comfy, and thoroughly explains each procedure and aftercare information. They have monthly specials that make everything really affordable when you want to give it a try. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin!

Im 38, aging and would like to do so more gracefully. When I addressed this with the doctor, her first and only response was botox. As fast as I told her I wasnt interested in injectables or cosmetic procedures at this time, she wasnt interested in our appt and handed me off to her assistant (who was much more compassionate and informative than the dr). I have never had a medical care professional make me feel so uncomfortable and dismissed. To suggest botox as a first call to action is lazy, greedy and irresponsible coming from whats supposed to be a medical professional. So if youre looking to go under the needle, this is your place. But if you want to be treated by a dermatology professional, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with those who felt less than welcome at the front desk. Dropping hints for how far a please and thank you go didnt seem to faze Ahluna (0 stars)...anyways...Dr. Mabry and Hannah were great! Informative, professional, and polite. Hence the 5 stars.

Staff is welcoming.Facility is beautiful,neat& clean.Lets not forget well decorated! Dr.Marby,was great at listening too my concerns. She explained everything. Also made sure I knew exactly what to do with Meds! I highly recommended!!!!

Hanah and Dr. Mabry were great! I wanted to get a mole removed on my upper lip, but I had some other skin issues I needed to clear up first - the my convinced me to be patient, treat my skin first, and then removed my mole. My results were much better because of it!

Dr. Andrea Mabry was very thorough with my son. She did a great job of talking to him about the importance of sunscreen esp since he plays golf a lot. I was even able to buy the sunscreen there. I appreciate this convenience too! I will schedule myself and my husband an appointment as well! :)

I was recently a new patient at this facility. Cant deny the facility is gorgeous! My problem is that I didnt have a very good first impression. My appointment was Friday. My pharmacy is just now receiving my prescription today and they say because the doctor wasnt sure what quantity but my appointment was at 3pm Friday, that should have been decided before I left that office NOT 5 days later! Had I not called today, I probably would still not have my prescription because in all honesty I believe she forgot! Not a very good first impression. I gave 2 stars because the facility was gorgeous and I was called back pretty quick.

I absolutely love Pinnacle Dermatology. Dr. Mabry did my botox and I was so pleased! Carol Beth and the girls at the front desk are so sweet and helpful! I will definitely go back!

Dr. Martin was excellent. She was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I am recommending her to all my friends and family. I will be seeing her on regular basis!

I wish I could say my experience was a good one but unfortunately it wasnt. The facility itself was beautiful and very clean. I walked in and was not acknowledge as I approached the front desk. I proceeded to sign myself in and the 4 ladies sitting behind the front desk looked up at me but still did not direct a word to me. I sat down hoping that the situation would take a turn for the better but I was wrong. While I sat there waiting another woman walked in with her daughter and had a whole different experience than myself. She was greeted with a smile was checked in quickly, paid her copay, and was walked back all within 5-10 min. We were both new patients and had to go through the same process to be seen, but; I was still sitting there waiting all though all of them could clearly see me sitting there since I had sat right in front of them. After the woman and her daughter walked back I sat another 5 min before one of the ladies behind the front desk finally asked me if I had an appointment. I was polite in answering all her questions but in return all I received was short answers and a snooty attitude like she was annoyed she had to help me. When I finished my paperwork I brought it back to the front desk and the lady sitting behind the counter looked up at me and didnt say a word. I sat back down and shortly after was called back. The nurse was very direct but as well had very little interest in making me feel welcome to their facility. She led me to my room asked me some questions and walked out. The doctor I saw was very informative and straight to the point but did not take the time to really explain much of anything. My visit with the doctor was only a couple min and did not make up for the experience I was having. My appointment was at 3:45 pm I got there at 3:40 pm waited in the lobby until 4:16 pm and walked out at 4:23 pm. Due to the experience that I did have, I felt and also questioned if I was treated the way I was due to my racial background.

Excellent service, great location, and a phenomenal team! They make you feel comfortable and welcome the minute you walk in. I came in for a minor rash and they found a spot (and removed it) that turned out to be melanoma. Had it gone untreated, I would have been in serious trouble. Dr. Wirges and her staff were able to take care of me and give me advice on what I need to do going forward to take care of myself. I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.

Had my first mole removed today and it was a breeze. I kept waiting to feel something and it was easy-peezy. Hanah was fantastic and Dr Mabry is as good as they get. This is the first dermatologist I have ever been to and I’m so grateful I was referred here. Thanks!

I was a new patient with Dr. Wirges. Both Dr. Wirges and the nurse that treated me did an awesome job of explaining everything to me. Glad to be a new patient of theirs.

I love working with Dr. Wirges! She helped me understand all of my options and put together a plan to hold back the tide! In addition, it is a beautiful new clinic and the staff is responsive and very helpful.

My review for this clinic is a little delayed but I felt it was needed. My experience was not the best. The front desk staff I would say definitely needs a shakeup and improvement...not friendly. My first point of contact was with a seemingly young receptionist who was distanced and tempermental. We all have our bad days of course but I was at this clinic on numerous visits and she stayed the same each time. The dermatologists I saw was a lady from Mississippi who seemed to have a distanced and cold bedside manner. Overall, this facility has a beautiful exterior but horrible interior as it concerns its employees customer service and bedside manner. I agree with a prior review on this clinic of different experiences with this clinic and this clinic doesnt seem to be well adjusted to diversity.

I was treated here for severe acne and scarring with Dr. Mabry. She was very dismissive with any concerns I had about the medication I was taking she barely listened to me and ran out the door as soon as she could. I would see her monthly and she wouldn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room with me. I was prescribed medication monthly that I had a small window to pick up the medication and on 4 out of 7 months of treatment they did not call it in to my pharmacy after the visit so I had to reach out to the nurse via phone and remind her to call it in. I never write reviews but when you are paying thousands of dollars for treatment and you don’t feel cared for as a patient or that your concerns are irrelevant it makes me not want to come back.

Dr. Mabry and her staff were exceptional! The overall experience was top notch, from being checked in, to promptly being taken to treatment room. Dr. Mabry and her staff were professional, attentive, and thorough during my procedure. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely return!

Worst experience ever. I was referred to this clinic by my GP for a few things. The Blonde doctor I saw who never introduced herself didn’t want to check out any mole or freckle. She was more concerned with redness from a procedure I had done by an esthetics nurse. She finally listened and biopsied a mole. Felt the first cut and the second wasn’t bad. The return call the nurse didn’t explain where she was from or who she was. They gave me 2 diagnosis on the phone then hung up on me when I asked for antibiotics due to a medical condition before I could have anything else cut on. Horrible experience and after paying what I did for the small time I was there I would never go back. Lastly another doctor in a different field had the same experience as myself with the same “blonde” doctor.

It just doesnt get any better than this! Dr. Mabry and her staff were engaging, pleasant, professional, and on time. I dont know if Ive ever been able to say that a physician exceeded my expectations, well I can now. From the moment you enter the door, you are treated as much like a friend as a patient. Forget the sterile, often arrogant approach of doctors offices, this place is like visiting a neighbor.Thanks yall! Looking forward to our next visit.

I keep seeing posts about how beautiful this place is. Listen, if I want to see beauty, I will go to Hawaii. When I arrange to see a dermatologist, I want skin relief. I spent hundreds at this facility and got an incompetent doctor. They need to mark excema off of their list because they dont know how to treat it. Face lifts, yes! Excema NO!She came out and blasted my excema with liquid nitrogen. She did not tell me she was going to do that, explain to me why or tell me about the side effects. Google had to help me with that after the fact. I almost missed days from work because I had raw and exposed burns from the nitrogen. Needless to say, the treatment only caused pain, it did not treat the rashes. A total waste of time and money!

The dermatologist was great. The front desk staff didn’t know what they were doing. Confused over billing. Huge hassle.

Doctor Mabry constantly interrupted me, and misdiagnosed my four year old. Dr. Maybry also prescribed medication that made condition worse and my daughter suffered. She was hateful and uninformed for a doctor. How could you be so careless with children.

Dr. Mabry was fantastic! I came in for Botox for the first time and was a little nervous, but she put me completely at ease! Not only was it completely painless but it looks so natural! I will be coming back soon to try out their new laser treatments!

I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology! I have had a great experience with Dr. Mabry. She was so informative, welcoming and professional. I had came in with some concern and came out feeling very comforted. I even had a few other items I wanted to address and didnt during the visit and called right after I had went to the parking lot and Dr. Mabry had me come right back up to address those issues even though she had other appts! I was so grateful she didnt make me come back for another appt. Ive already seen changes in my skin for the items I came to address after only 3 months. I cant wait to see continued progress with Dr. Mabrys help.
