I’ve had the clasp on a necklace repaired here once before. I just dropped off an earring to be repaired and they had it fixed in 5 minutes at no charge. The people here are so sweet and the piano player was a nice touch. When I’m on the market for more jewelry (when we can actually go out), this is the first place I’ll look.

I love Becky Whelan! My husband purchased some diamond earrings a few years ago that are gorgeous that didnt break the bank. Recently, I lost the diamond in my engagement ring, and she found the perfect diamond to replace the lost one. She and her staff went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. Had an amazingly disappointing visit to Cecils - they had been recommended by a friend of their jewelry repairman. Yes, I need a necklace repaired - stopped in and waited patiently when Lindsey was available I explained a need to speak with the repairman to discuss a potential solution for the repair. She said I couldnt speak with him, indeed when I explained I would need to speak with, She replied What you dont trust us? Pretty horrific response for a customer service person. Ill go where customer service equals the talent of the jewelry repair.I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

Cecils will forever be my jewelry store. They have helped me with many seasons of my life. Not only did I receive my wedding bands from Cecils, but they also helped me out many years later making a new creation out of that wedding set. The staff made me feel right at home with their friendly spirits and fresh cookies!

Since 2012, my husband and I have been buying our jewelry at Cecils. the ladies there bend over backward to help you in any way they can, possibly. Ive never been disappointed with them or their work. Fine jewelry and exquisite diamonds, you can ALWAYS count on. Before buying from anywhere else give Cecils a try. I like unusual things, not the run of the mill, ordinary, and they will go to extreme lengths to find you what you are looking for. There are a lot of different semi precious gemstones out there and u need to buy a book and read up on it before beginning your shopping experience! Educate yourself first, so it will help you to expect what you will be seeing and the prices!

Such nice people who know jewelry inside & out & have the most gorgeous & unique selection of jewelry in an array of styles. Their full service is wonderful, also. The work they have done on my jewelry has been supreme.

I always feel welcome, even when I’m just “window shopping “. Becky takes note of what taste, style, and designers I like and let’s me know when there are new pieces or sales. I have been able to buy pieces I never thought I could own.

I got engaged in March of 2016, and began the ring-buying process approx. 6mon before that. I didnt know much about diamonds/jewelry going into it, but Im the kind of person that really likes to dive into a subject when I choose one. So I did my homework, then set out to visit multiple stores and see what they had to offer. I shopped at no less than 8 stores, and came away with the knowledge that Cecils is the best game in town.I first started at what I felt would be the lower-end stores such as Kays and Zales (sorry, guys!), and my experience was about as expected. Not much selection, a moderate amount of knowledge, constant attempts at upselling. I also visited some very high-end stores that I will not name, and a few large chains (He went to... lol). At each location, I told them what I was looking for, and what my budget was. Cecils was the ONLY place that did not immediately bring me something outside of my budget. Im serious. If I said I had $100 to spend, every other store immediately brought me something for $120. I felt more pressure at some places than others, and one place even began filling out a credit app for me after I had specifically said I would buy the ring outright! Why?? Cecils NEVER did any of those things, and though I was dressed very blue-collar and had a modest budget, always treated me with great respect. Their selection was fantastic, and I saw some of the nicest loose diamonds here out of anywhere I visited.Both Becky and Erin helped me over the 3 visits I ultimately took to Cecils, and as I looked more and more at their pieces, I really felt the quality at Cecils was second-to-none. I eventually asked to see higher quality/larger stones, and they were very accommodating without ever pressuring me. I ultimately ended up spending over double my original budget when I found a stone that just blew me away, but it felt like MY decision the entire time (mark of a great saleswoman, right?!). I chose a diamond and ring separately, they helped me match two that would go great together, and always deferred to my judgment while helping me select something that I knew my lady would love. Weve been back to purchase our wedding bands since then, and the service and selection has always been top flight. I would recommend Cecils without a moments hesitation, and I feel confident in saying after my shopping experiences all over town at several different levels of jewelry stores, Cecils Fine Jewelry was the best experience, and Im thrilled with my choice.tl;drHighest quality jewelry, very knowledgeable staff, extremely low-pressure buying environment.
