Eric, the owner, and his team did an incredible job and went above and beyond. I have very high standards for attention to detail and their work was exceptional. I’ve employed cleaning services in different areas of the country for over 20 years and MTZ is the BEST I have ever come across. If you want cheap, cursory cleaning, look elsewhere. I used MTZ recently for a deep clean of my parents home. My father is elderly and hasn’t been able to keep up with it well since my mother passed. Needless to say, it was a mess. Erick (the owner) made time to come out to the house, give me an accurate estimate, and show all that would be done. He communicated with me throughout and sent updates while he and his team worked. The before and after pics were NUTS! I cannot express how thrilled we are with the level of detail and work that MTZ performed!!! My parents home has NEVER been this clean. Mr. Martinez is a true professional. He holds his work and his team to a high standard, and the job that MTZ does reflects that. It was worth every penny! We’ve been using them for a while, and they have by far been the best cleaning service we’ve used. They clean the spaces you don’t even think of, and maybe most importantly, very consistent. Their pricing is also a bit cheaper than the less than stellar ones we’ve used in the past. The initial deep clean is a little pricy, but totally worth it!

I can’t rave enough about the attention to detail and overall quality. This wonderful team was great in their communication, punctual, flexible (especially given a rush job), and most importantly, left my apartment— every nook and cranny— virtually spotless. Rather than a quick surface cleaning, MTZ dedicates all the time necessary to giving a home that brand-new, move-in type of clean. They move furniture, get in cracks, and simply go above and beyond. We are so grateful to have found this service. We do biweekly service, it’s very reasonably priced. You provide whichever particular cleaning supplies you want to use, they provide the rags and energy. They really put in a lot of effort and detail. Erick and Mari have been able to get off paint splatters that landed on some furniture when a drop cloth moved, have scraped burnt residue off my stovetop that I couldn’t get off, and take the time to wipe blind slats individually when it’s their turn in the cleaning rotation. They are incredibly thorough, taking their time to do things correctly. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive to texts.
